I have been reading a lot of answers here from people who just answer for the points they might get.. They will tell you to do your daily tasks and your to-do list but that is NOT what the question is.. You asked for the BEST way to get more VP's..

So I will give you the answer in stead of copy and paste some standard info..

The BEST way for you to get more VPs is to create EA2 en Team Leaders and selling TC products.. Nobody earns a living clicking red tabs..

Make sales is the PRIMARY goal to get Versapoints and thus income !

The VP ledger, the daily, weekly and monthly tasks are extra's..
Create EA2's and TL's will give you EXTRA VP's while also building your team and making sales give extra VP's and money..

So these are without a doubt the BEST ways to get more Versapoints !!!

This is interesting,. What I did was:

As soon as I received a question I could not answer I would use the forum in SFI and the search box at the Top Right Corner to find the answer.

In the 16 years SFI is doing business there are (almost) NO more questions that have not bees asked before.. So the answer is out there..

When you find the info you need to "guide" your PSA do not copy and paste but rather
Read the info and tell your PSA in your own words.. That way you do not only help your Team but yourself along with it..

Learn while you do !!

I am not a fan of READ READ READ, LEARN LEARN... People who advice you that forget the WORK WORK WORK part ;)

Do NOT analyze every simple question just so your answer LOOKS cool..


I MOTIVATE my team by showing them that they can succeed.. I can show them my successes but that doesn't mean anything to them so I create successes for THEM.. I send them PSA's once in a While, I show them easy ways to make sales or get PSA's..

If you are a friend to your team your team will be friends with you !

For me the most effective strategy is:

Whatever makes me feel good !! For me personally it doesn't matter if I sign up PSA's in my First, Second or whatever Genealogy.. They are ALL part of my team..

Reassigning can be helpful when a PSA is working hard but his efforts aren't very effective.. Give him some PSA's so he already has a team to lead so he won't quit..

Reassign some PSA's when you need a few more VP's to achieve (next) level VP's
(just make sure you assign PSA's who made over 600 VP's in the last 90 days)

It is all just a big puzzle and as long as you enjoy what you do you will become successful no matter HOW and HOW MUCH you reassign..

You can't..

There is NO WAY to make sure your team members receive your EMAILS..
The messages in SFI will be delivered but if your PSA doesn't log in or doesn't read the messages then there is little you can do..

The only way to make SURE your PSA's get your messages is if they reply..

My way of making sure is that I contact them on my own way's..
If I send messages trough WhatsApp or Social Media I can SEE when messages are delivered and I can SEE when they are read.. That is my sure way of reaching my PSA's

For me that is just a question of talking with my PSAs..
If I had to guess, then I would guess wrong, but if I ask the PSAs what their positives and negatives are then I cannot go wrong..

I would just ask them.. Tell them that if you know their positives you can help them to use that positive into building a profitable business,,

Tell them you can help them with their negatives also.. Two people know more then one, A whole team knows almost everything..

When talking about things like this with your PSAs you will automatically bond with your PSAs and vice versa.. That will translate into a great working team..

I wrote the first sentence JUST to show that bribing PSAs or CSAs never ends up good..
You are creating dependency then.. I know you did not talk about bribes but that is the first "feeling" I got when I read the question..

All you can and should do is offer your help to serious people.
If some PSA (or maybe even CSA) is shy a few points at the end of the month and you KNOW they are trying whatever they can then OF COURSE you could send some TCredits, Gift card or whatever to help.

But offering people something BEFORE they made up their mind to take SFI SERIOUSLY i would HIGHLY discourage..

But this is just my personal opinion :)

Just make sure you know one thing before you act:

Is it they do not WANT to recruit ? Then forget them and move on to them who DO want to duplicate.. WORK with the WORKERS !!

Is it they do not KNOW how to recruit ? Then TEACH them.. Add them to your Social Media or maybe even your What's App on your mobile,.. Take them by the hand and learn them how you did !!

I know sometimes it seems like you plant out seeds and nothing will grow..
But just the fact you are able to do something that (obviously) has not brought in money yet for over a year shows commitment, show a fighters-mentality..

I have been searching and testing and buying stuff for over 10 years now.. Nothing what was promised in ALL those overnight-get-rich things worked or they where the kind of programs i DO NOT want to get involved in.. Like: Pay 10 dollars to get the golden tip to succeed online and then you receive a message saying : Do what I just did 1000 times :(

It's all just to get your $10,-.. If you really think about it : If you had a chicken who laid golden eggs would you sell it for $10,- ? But you would be astonished how many people are that desperate so they buy it..

Then SFI came along !! SFI is not a question of IF you will make it but a question of WHEN you will make it.. There will be a day you do something (and PLEASE write down everything you do) that WILL work,.. something that WILL bring in good, hardworking PSA's..

Hang in there, Don't give up, Don't quit now that the end of the tunnel is near !!
Try to become somebody online,.. Don't sell SFI but rather find FRIENDS online EVERYWHERE you can.. From friendships online you will get to know people,.. Talk to people,.. Get to know them..

Be a friend and when the time is right they ALL ask you : "Anyway Gias,.. What is it you do for a living or what do you do for work ?"
I always answer then,.. "Oow,.. i just work online a little and enjoy my kids and family".. Imagine the conversation following..

That might not bring in PSA's by the 100's but the ones that DO enter then they will WORK.. The more they work, the more you want to help and thus you learn.. When you learn more you can teach more and so the snowball starts to roll..

You benefits from their Successes, Sales, Purchases, Duplications and so on..

Effort doesn't bring in cash ! If you see your PSA's making EFFORTS every day but you do not earn anything, you can help the PSA to turn his EFFORTS into SUCCESSES

Nobody got rich on trying, on making an effort..
They got rich by DOING what they thought was best and let nothing stop them..

Do not try to sell anything just SELL stuff..
Do not try to become great just BECOME great..
