Three key elements; SFI Basics, Launcpad and Ultra Simple Plan
Explain to them that they first need to read. Next understand the simple duplication process.

Daily To-Do list will help them accumulate VPs - on daily, weekly and monthly basis.

My suggestion would be;

1) Standing order of your choice is a must. 125 TCredit pack with 1500 VPs, your monthly EA is confirmed. Alternately,100 TCredit pack x 2, will give you 2400 VPs, better VPs compare to 200 TCredits pack.

Its simple.
Changing your physical store to your own online store, TripleClicks.

When you get someone to join your team and you, as their Sponsor, are responsible to teach and guide them through. You have to make them understand on how to get started, how to score points, how advance to next level and so on. All of these tools are available 24/7, by SFI. We only need to read and apply what we learn.

Once you are sure that they are able to move forward on their own, it is time for you to let them go. I personally feel that you cannot hold their hand for too long.

Communication is the key to your success here in SFI. Proper and timely communication required between you and your PSAs/CSAs. Working as team, helping each other by communicating to your downlines or uplines.
