Is it wise to 'bribe' your downline with Gift Certificates, TCredits or other incentives? Or does this practice come back and bite you?

I think while doing duplication it is better if you create a contest, so you can reward your downline with Gift Certificates, TCredits or other incentives.
This way you don't need to 'bribe' anyone, but you offer some help for your downline to be more excited in grow their SFI business.
You may keep yourself in the leading position and no one will come back then bite you.

SFI has a well organized structure, then it is good for most people who do not have a focused mindset.
In the other hand young people in general still has a great energy and idealism, but it is easy to shift and sometimes their minds less well organized.
When both are combined, the result will be enormous.
So, my answer to your question is YES!

As you know all the SFI LaunchPad lessons is a unity that can not be separated.
But, after run the SFI business for over than 9 months I think the most relevant lesson for me today is the DAY 16 LaunchPad lesson: The big funnel.
It describes best about the fact we face here while trying to build our own team. Then it gives us encouragement how to keep forward and reach our goals by doing the right things.
How does a2a help me build my SFI business?

a2a can not directly help you build your SFI business. But if you have a friend that goes along with you, then your journey will be easier to bear.
With a perspective like this, you should use and take all the benefits of a2a program.
For example, when you feel bored or lose interest, you can contact your a2a friends.

What about offering them a $24.00 Gift Certficate and ask them to investing in
S-Builder Co-op Unit.
At least they would await the outcome of the investment and is not stopped quickly from running their SFI business.
As you know with the S-Builder at least we need to wait several months before getting all the sign-ups that may be obtained.

There are three categories in marketing methods here, ie for Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced marketer.
You are lucky if your new PSAs are advanced marketers, they will have no difficulty in doing marketing.
For average people you should first recommend 'Beginner' and 'Intermediate' marketing methods that provided by SFI.

With all the strength as well as his/her weakness, everyone is a leader.
Become an SFI Team Leader is not an easy thing, because you will encounter a variety of characters from your downline.
It could be you are a person who understand how to deal with THE FUTURE and be able to practice your knowledge of SFI, but you will be dealing with people who are more like his/her feelings about the current state.
Or those who are willing to involved with you as long as has the same vision as you.
To be a successful SFI Team Leader you need to appreciate them all as it is, while trying to moved him/her so they want to help each other to achieve team goals.

What is the best strategy to become a Platinum Team Leader?

To become a Platinum Team Leader you should focus on building your SFI team.
You can achieve PTL easily if you have at least 30 active EA2s(your own PSA) in your team.
For each EA2 you earn 100 action VP. Total 3000 VP
Min. 6000 VP requirement for PTL.
Only max. 2000 VP from purchase/sales VP are counted towards TL ranking.
Let’s calculate the Action VP in the To-Do List and see how much Action VP is needed to achieve PTL each month.
DAILY ACTIONS VP => 330 VP
WEEKLY ACTIONS VP => 152 VP
MONTHLY ACTIONS VP => 115 VP
Now you have earned total 597 Action VP for the whole month and every month for doing all the actions.
Max. 2000 VP from your purchases + 597 + 3000 Action VP = 5597 VP.
Min. 6000 VP(PTL requirement) - 5597 = lack 403 Action VP.
The final lack of 403 Action VP can be earn from a combination of:
1) Using TCredits to bid in auctions(under DAILY ACTIONS section in To-Do List). =>earn 1 bonus action VP per each Pricebenders Auction bid (maximum 500 action VP per month), and/or to enter Eager Zebra game (maximum 200 AVP per month).
2) Distribute TripleClicks Gift Cards(under MISCELLANEOUS section in To-Do List). =>earn 10 action VP per card(maximum 300 action VP per month).

Internet marketing business is not something that appeals to most people. So many scam on the internet is one of the reasons, I think.
Maybe in the future it will turn out better when more and more internet marketers use their common sense in marketing their business.
For the moment let's face the fact - while still trying to get new affiliates as best as you can .
