This is a great question: What do successful Leaders in SFI know and do?

Read and Learn!! Then start Applying what you Learn!

You do not have to apply everything at first. Just start out doing what you feel comfortable doing at first, then gradually add one more thing, then add another and so on. Before you know it, you are doing all different types of actions that are going to lead you to one more step closer to success.

Read all of the information on all of your To-Do list pages. Including the Alerts page.

Read all of the training materials, (everything listed in the Training tab -- https://www.sfimg.com/Training/ ), and all of the marketing materials that are available for each and everyone of us.

It all depends upon how much you apply yourself to be willing to learn all that you can.

Read all of the training and marketing materials more then once.

By doing so, it just seems like another "click to a light bulb" that comes to the surface with something new. You will be surprised what you did not pick-up on the first time around.

Read the Forum and Ask SC, the experience and knowledge from so many other affiliates is well worth the time to spend reading.

It will open up new doors for you and not to mention, start to get you to think outside of your "Box" with new creative ideas that you would have never of thought of on your own.

The learning must never stop. Continue to learn what you can outside of SFI also.

Learn new techniques in both advertising and marketing and also in leadership.

Always be available for your downline. Because by you helping your downline, you are helping both them and yourself to working towards success.

Answer their questions to the very best of your ability. If you do not have the answer right away, let them know that you will get back to them as soon as you can. Do the research necessary to find the answer and then remember to get back to them.

Share!! Don't be afraid to share information or techniques or make suggestions with your downline and also with anyone else.

You do not have to share your secrets to your "Fishing Hole", but maybe make some suggestions that could be helpful for others to be able to find their own way to find their own "Fishing Hole".

Be Helpful!! If someone needs a helping hand, reach out and offer your help to the best of your ability. You have nothing at all to lose by helping someone else.

By helping others, you are also helping yourself by maybe learning something new by researching what someone else needs help with.

You will be amazed by how much more you can learn just by helping someone else.

Do not be afraid to admit when you have made a mistake and to share that mistake with others so they do not make the same mistake.

Making mistakes can be our best teacher, as long as we learn from those mistakes.

You should create Goals to reach for, to help you to get to where you want to go.

Make them realistic and also within your reach.

Create a Plan for each one of your goals to help you to achieve that goal.

It is very important to Advertise. If you do not advertise, the world will not know that you are in business.

Try to make one of your goals to gain 5 PSAs a month.

Create a plan to do at least one hour a day advertising your business.

A share of the Executive Pool consist of two components.

1. TripleClicks products. From each product purchased, 40% of the Commission Volume, (CV), (almost all products have a CV attached), are put into the TC Executive Pool and the TC Executive Pool is shared among all affiliates who earn Versa Points (VPs).

2. VPs Earned. (Versa Points (VPs) are points earned for many actions that you can do, that will increase your income, gain some extra benefits or bonuses, and help you to move up in team leadership status, and will earn you shares in the TC Executive Pool).

For each VP that is earned each month, an affiliate will earn 1 share of the TC Executive Pool. The more VPs that are earned each month, the larger amount of the TC Executive Pool shares you will earn each month.

The higher you can go in becoming a team leader and having your teammates become at least an EA2, (when one of your PSAs or CSAs become an EA2 or higher, you will earn Matching VPs, that will go towards your share of the TC Executive Pool), the higher your share of the TC Executive Pool, will be and the the higher you income will go.

Sales from TC, equal shares put into the TC Executive Pool.

VPs earned, equal higher shares of the TC Executive Pool, equals higher income for you.

Hello Everyone,

When I start my day working on my SFI business, the first thing I do is check my personal e-mails for anything from one of my team members and also from any of my a2a friends. If I have mail from either of them, I then try my best to assist them with whatever they need help with.

Then I sign into SFI, the first thing I do is check my mail and respond to all that I need too.

Then I go to TC and enter into T-Time to start my chances at winning 2 TCredits for the day.

Then I check out my Alert Page and see if there are any new posts in the News.

Then I click on all of the newest Forum Posts and read them and if I can I will respond.

The information from just doing those two things will keep me updated with the latest information.

Then I go through all of my To-Do list tabs. I read everything in each tab.

I respond to all Stream posts and always try to give some information or a good quote in my Stream post.

I always go and check out the newest items listed in TC. (Never know, there might be something that I might want to buy.)

I always check out the Scoreboard to see what is going on with my VP's that I must work towards to be able to maintain my leadership. I also check into my place in the E365 race, because one of my goals is to become one of the E365 champs.

So, it is important to do as much as I can to take the lead and keep on trying to get ahead and stay ahead of the race. This is a challenge.

When I get to my Movers tab, I see how much my team has done. If any one of them has moved up to say EA or other leadership, I congratulate them and also see if I can help them with anything.

If I noticed that someone has not signed in for a couple of days, I will send a team mail and ask if everything is going ok and how can I help them with their next step.

When I get to Ask SC, I read and vote on the first 10 answers to the questions. Then if time allows me, I will continue to read the next 20 answers to the questions to get a extra entry into the Daily Grand.

Then when I get to the Win-It tab, I see if any of my team or my a2a friends win. If they do, I send them a little congratulations note, because it will make them feel good for the day, and I am happy for them. Then of course I click for my entry.

When I am all done with my To-Do list, I go back to the Alerts page and read the forum posts again to see if any more information has been added to the threads that I have already read.

Then I might go and check on some of the other topics in the forum for some of the threads that have new posts in them.

Then my time in SFI is finished for now. Now, it is time to get advertising. I will post ads where ever I can for at least one to two hours daily.

I also take time to do some searching on other things to help me with my advertising, such as blogs, pay per clicks, traffic exchanges, drop-ship companies for products to sell in TC.

I look for other ways to do some creative advertising.

I also look in the Internet Income course for this information and also in the forum. So much information can be found in these two locations for advertising and many other informative topics.

It is important to take some time to read articles and the forum posts. Reading is going to help you in so many ways with your business.

Near the end of my day, I go back into SFI and check to see if I have any mail from my team and if so I respond.

I will check out the newest posts on the Alerts page and also try my luck at T-Time.

I also try my luck with PTP in the auctions and sometimes I will watch the auctions and also play in the auctions for something that I want to win. But a lot of times someone is using the auto-bidder so I don't stay.

In my opinion, I don't think that it is that people don't want to advance in SFI, I think that funds are a big part of the reason that others cannot advance in SFI.

In order to become an EA, one of the easiest ways is to maintain an Standing Order.

For those that cannot afford an SO, they must work harder to try to Build up a Downline, in order to help them begin to earn the funds to be able to obtain an SO.

It would take a little bit longer time in order to be able to do that, unless one is very savvy in their advertising.

Another reason would be that maybe some are not aware that if they could open up an ECA, that they would be able to try to earn some funds to help them that way to be able to obtain an SO.

But, then again, it comes down to having some funds to be able to do that also.

Because you need funds to really take part in having a ECA store and being able to pay for the products that one might sell upfront before they can get paid.

I would think that another reason would be that one might not have the Sponsor or Co-Sponsor giving them direction or suggestions on what to do next, so they might feel like they are stuck, and just keep on reading and going through the working of the SFI program the best they can, because they really do want to succeed in their SFI business.

I don't think that one does not want to Advance in SFI, I think that some just find it a little bit more difficult to be able to advance because of the money issues and lack of sponsor and co-sponsor support.

Is it worthwhile to send individual welcome letters to new PSAs...or can I just send out group mailings?


Yes! Of course it is worthwhile to send your new PSA a welcome letter.

You are building up a business and people want to have that personal contact with the one that they are doing business with.

You want to be able to open up the communication line and also you would want to have your new PSA to start having some trust with you.

What I do is, I have my welcome letter combined with my greeting letter, that each new PSA will receive after they sign up under my link. This way, they are not getting too much mail.

I will than send them a Welcome E-Card. I will welcome them into SFI and I also let them know that I am their sponsor and I am here to help assist them.

I also mention about earning the 500 VPs from working the Getting-Started Actions in their VP Ledger and that they can earn the Fast Track Badge and also an additional 200 VPs.

I keep the E-Card short and sweet and direct.

You want your new PSA to feel Special and sending them a personal welcome letter or E-Card you will be achieve that.

For me, the best advice I could give my new PSA are the following:

Click on the Gray Start button at the top right of the page. This will show you how to get Started.

Click on the Blue Basic button at the top right of the page. This is your Guide to follow to be able to earn an income.

I also mention, don't rush to earn all of the Versa Points within the first month.

Try to only earn the 1500 VP's to earn Executive Affiliate status. Take the rest of the month to learn as much as you can about how SFI and Tripleclicks all work together to help you build a business.

I mention that by saving the remaining one-time Action VP's for the next month, will benefit more to help you to be able to gain Executive Affiliate status much easier or maybe even an higher rank next month.

I also mention to try to Read, Read, and Read all you can within SFI, there are the Training Tools, the Forum and Ask SC.

I then mention that I know that this might seem a bit overwhelming, but if you take your time, there is no rush, you will be ok.

Hello Everyone,

Here are my suggestions for the first three month working with SFI and TripleClicks

Month # 1 -- The Learning Month

1. Set-up your Greeting Letter www.sfimg.com/MyAccount/NewAffiliateGreeting with a warm Welcome and also your getting started Actions.

By doing it this way, the following things happen:

a. Your new PSA will already receive their Welcome Letter from you, no need to send another one.

b. Because of the Time Zones, they can begin to start working immediately, because you gave instructions.

2. If you see that your new PSA is working after you get notified by SFI, send a Chat message to check in and re-introduce yourself and inform them that you are here to assist them.

3. Have them get familiar with SFI Home Page

4. Inform them that it is very easy to jump ahead and earn STL status or above within the first month, but all they really need to focus on is working on the Daily To-Do list and also the Getting Started Actions.

By doing this, they will make it to EA status and will earn the first two members of their team and that is the 2 CSA's that they will receive.

After they reach EA status, send them some TCredits as a Reward for doing such a Good Job.

5. Inform them that SFI will be sending them the daily Launch Pad Lessons every day for the first 30 Days, ask them to read the lesson and then answer the question at the end. By doing this, they will earn 15 VP's and also some valuable information about SFI and TC.

6. Direct them to only earn enough VP's to keep them above the Green Line so that they can make into the E365 Championship Race for the first 30 days.

7. Direct them to spend the rest of the time Reading and Learning all about SFI and how it all works. Ask them to check out the Forum and to complete as many of the Ask SC questions and answers that they can each day. This is going to help build up their knowledge on many different topics.

8. Direct them to click on all of their Gateways and get familiar with them so they understand what they are advertising and what others see from their gateways.

9. Direct them to enter into the Daily Grand each day for chances to win prizes. Also, to go to TripleClicks and enter for T-Time every day and every hour for their chances to win TCredits to help build up their TCredits to use at a later time.

10. Always follow-up and check in to see if they need any help with anything.

Month # 2 -- Take Action

1. Direct them to continue to sign in daily and work their To-Do list and also make sure they enter into the Daily Grand and T-Time.

2. Direct them to work on the remaining Action VP's that can be earned to help them get to EA2 status for the month.

Which TEXT ADS have worked the best for you to attract PSAs?


I don't think that it would matter which text ads had worked for one person, because that does not mean that they would work best for you.

I would suggest to run a test for yourself and find out which text ads work best for you. Also create one of your own text ads.

Since each text ad has your own SFI link with it, try to use Key-Codes for this type of advertising and all of your other advertising methods.

For each text ad that you use, use a different key-code. Do this with all of the text ads that you want to start to use.

example: The number 123 is the key-code used for this text ad.

What I would do if one of my team members or a2a friends asked me a question and I did not know the answer was, I did the research on the question.

I used the Glossary at https://www.sfimg.com/Support/index?category=26444&folder=52454

or I would check in the Training at https://www.sfimg.com/Training/

or I would just search the subject they were asking about. Learn all I could about the subject and than I would share the information.

I also use the Search Bar at the top of each page for quick reference.

If the question was a Support problem, I would send in a ticket and ask the question.

Sometimes I also used the forum to find answers to questions that were asked from my team members.

If you do the research yourself, you will find that by helping your team members, you are also helping yourself to learn more. This is in some sort of way a Win/Win for both you and your team member. You are helping them to solve their problem while at the same time, you are learning something new also.

There is an answer for just about all questions relating to SFI and Tripleclicks somewhere within all of the information that is available to use. We just have to research it, unless of course it is a support problem.
