When you find out that your down-line teammate has limited access to using a computer there are a couple things you can do as their sponsor that could help them.

I would only recommend doing this with a “worker” and that is to copy and paste important information into a word document, print it out and mail it to their home address. If it needs to be translated then you have to do that for them before you print and send it. I have done this in the past with good results. (See note below)

As a gift you can send them copies of fliers already made out with their ID number so they can get copies made at a printing place.

Remind them of Internet café and public libraries where computer use is available. They can also use smart phones and I-pads.

If your teammate is serious she/he will find a way to get on line enough to keep their affiliate-ship with SFI and TripleClicks active while they are doing whatever they can to obtain better time use with a computer.

Don’t forget to inform you teammate that whenever they are using a different device they will have to verify their device with SFI by having to send in a code that SFI will send them for using the new device. Make sure you copy the instructions and send them to their email address.

NOTE: One of the reasons I suggested sending information to their home address is that come Internet cafe do not allow them to print and copy work off the computer without paying more for it. And some Libraries do not have printers set up to use.

Your affiliate will have to plan out the Internet time very carefully so to get the maximum benefits in the shortest amount of time. Many affiliates have had to start this same way and if they have been able to achieve this then others can also.

It will take longer to build their business with limited access to the Internet but it can be done so encourage them a lot and help as much as you can. Encourage them to sponsor people and sell TripleClicks products as soon as they can and reinvest earned income into purchasing a computer.

What should I be doing besides the daily actions on my To Do List to build a thriving SFI business?

You are asking the right question. The reason I say that is there are a lot of affiliates who will advise you to just do your daily “to-do’s” and you will slowly build a great business for yourself.

This just isn’t true. Your Affiliate Center is the hub of your home business with SFI and TripleClicks. Through the Affiliate Center you learn all the basics and advanced methods of building a successful home based Internet business.

It is very important that you visit your Affiliate Center every day and follow the activities that are suggested through the “tabs” and to read the latest up-dates from headquarters and to order products and services through TripleClicks.

Also through your Affiliate Center you have the tools to keep in constant touch with those who you have enrolled (PSAs, Personally Sponsored Affiliates) or have received as CSAs (Co-sponsored Affiliates)

Your Affiliate Center is also the place to get all your questions answered through the various channels that has been made available to all members such as – ASK SC, a2a Friends, and your up-line affiliates and through the Forum and SFI support center.

The main activities for building a thriving SFI business will be what you are doing after you log out of your affiliate center. Your number one activity should be some form of advertising.

To have a thriving business you will need to keep bringing in fresh new affiliates either for your own (PSAs) or for your down-line. Nothing is more exciting than giving some new affiliates to those who are on your front line and then watching how your front line affiliates catch on fire with excitement.

Another thing that can help you have a thriving SFI business is again found in advertising but instead of running ads for affiliates you are advertising products found in TripleClicks. Money is earned when products are sold and/or used and no other way!

The two activities mentioned above should be introduced to your team through training in duplication. Without duplication there will be neither team nor financial rewards. Find easy ways to enroll affiliates that will be easy to copy the same with selling products if you find a good avenue for selling products then teach the system to your down-line. The more products moved the more money everyone makes.

Your main focus for obtaining a thriving business should be zeroed in on the target of duplication.

As an affiliate with SFI (Strong Future International) you will soon learn how important it is to keep in touch with the members of your team. Without proper communication with your teammates your success in SFI will be hindered.

The owners and Admin in SFI know how important communication between the sponsors and their teammates are. In knowing this SFI has given its affiliates several modes of communication that when combined together make a communication system that is second to none in the Internet Marketing business.

1. Our first communication with a new teammate is our welcome letter that we compose our self and it is automatically sent by SFI to the newly signed up teammates email address and their in-box in their affiliate center.

2. Next we can send our teammates free Ecards designed by SFI, covering 9 different categories such as; welcome, congratulations, tips, here to help, inactive, don’t go, birthdays and anniversaries.

3. We also have what is known as the “stream” where we can send short messages or recognition messages to our A2A friends, CSAs (Co-Sponsored Affiliates), our PSAs (Personally Sponsored Affiliates), or to a combination of CSAs and PSAs.

4. We have access to a live “chat” system where if one of our teammates is logged into their affiliate center we will see a yellow bubble by their name and if we click the little bubble then we can chat with our affiliate in real time.

5. When we log into our genealogy page we can send group mailings through a variety of filters allowing us several different choices concerning the teammates we are attempting to communicate with. The possible combinations of filters used are too numerous to mention here.

What I have listed above doesn’t count the fact that we can also communicate with our teammates through privet email, Skype, social networks and phone calls or other media.

As to which is the best? I cannot separate the effects of using all the possible communications made available to us – they all have equal importance and have their place in helping you to build a solid team.

I will say this however – the personal touch is always more effective than any automated system. So whenever you can, personalize your messages and contact individual affiliates when the need arises.

Somewhere around 20 years ago I was involved in a MLM company where I learned that the most effective way of sponsoring was doing one on one presentations.

First of all I had to run ads so I could get some contacts who would agree to meet me in a neutral location, such as a coffee shop or restaurant. Out of 100 leads I would get about 5 or 6 appointments for one on one meeting. Out of 5 or 6 appointments only two or three showed up for the presentation.

Upon meeting for the first time I would enter into some friendly small talk to get the feel of why this person even showed up. Once I felt comfortable with the prospect I would hit the target points that I picked up on while doing our small talk.

The MLM company I was with supplied a small photo album and scripted information to share with our prospects – you turn the page to a new photo and describe all the benefits that are achieved before going to the next page. When you reach the last page it was the sign up page in which the prospect was expected to sign up as soon as you pulled it out of the note book.

For me that system never worked – I lost a lot of prospects that way. I soon learned what worked best for me when I went on a one on one.

I learned not to take the booklet with me. I would share information from the experience that I had while being an affiliate with this company and its products. I would only share enough information to gain an easy positive response from my prospect. Instead of asking “would you like eat food and earn money doing it?” I would make a statement question such as “Isn’t that easy! Make money because you eat food!” The prospect usually always said yes.

Getting my prospect to agree to a yes statement at least 3 times usually ended up with them signing on the dotted line.

In three days I signed up 34 people from one on one meetings and ended up being the top enroller for that week.

I ended up signing up over 135 people that month. I would still be there if that company hadn’t shut down just 6 months after I had joined.

Doing one on one’s is easy if you just be yourself – be friendly – ask questions about them so they can see you care – start getting “yes” answers to simple questions. The more times you can get your prospect to say yes to something the greater chance you have of signing them up.

Putting out a newsletter (team mailer) every week can start to make you think just what in the world am I going to share with my team that they haven’t already read or heard.

The first thing we need to understand is that we do not know if the information that we are sharing is something they have read already. After two years of being with SFI I am still learning and finding out new things.

Also keep in mind that if your SFI and TripleClicks business is growing you will constantly be adding new people to your group, PSAs (Personally Sponsored Affiliates) and CSAs (Co-Sponsored Affiliates). So the information you share can be repeated at times so your new team mates will have the same information as the rest of your team.

The content that I use:

First – I always have a few short lines to cover subjects that are not related to the business. I believe this personal information lets your team feel more comfortable when reading your newsletters.

Second – I have subscribed to the SFI News post and the news post from TripleClicks. Believe me they send you enough material every month to put into your newsletters to your team. The majority of my newsletters are made from the news blogs listed above. I simply copy and paste the news into my letters and then I tweek them a bit to make the news little more personal without changing the content.

I also like to conclude my newsletters with a couple current testimonies from the SFI weekly post. And with my sign off stating that I am always ready to help then and I include the email address where they can reach me faster than anywhere else.

P.S. By the way I always save a copy of every newsletter that I send to my team. This way if a member ask me about something that was printed in a newsletter a week or so ago I can look it up in the newsletter file and see the exact information that I sent I send them a new copy to verify what was shared before. (This has helped me several times).

One thing that needs to be noted, SFI is automatically emailing your new affiliate with information about the NMP (New Members Pack) along with how many days they have left to make their decision. As their ten cays starts coming to a close SFI sends more information daily to convince them of the benefits of the NMP.

On that note if you start hammering your new affiliate to acquire the NMP you might blow that affiliate out of the saddle. It would be better to wait say 3 or 4 days after they have enrolled before contacting them about the NMP.

I would put information in a weekly newsletter that goes to all your team including CSAs (Co-Sponsored Affiliates). I would list just a couple benefits and then include the SFI link: http://news.sfimg.com/2014/10/07/introducing-fast-track-2-0/ and also include the link for becoming a Gold Fast-Track member: http://www.tripleclicks.com/games/GoldStreak.php

Just before the end of their ten days, say around the 8th day and you notice by their VPL (Versa Point Ledger) that they have not become a Fast-Track member yet I would contact them and inquire if they need any help in becoming a Fast-Tracker – Help as you see fit.

I know some affiliates are already stating that you can purchase the NMP for them. The problem with that is it can end up costing you a small fortune. The reason I say that is because the way I treat one “beginner” in SFI is only fair if I am treating all of my new members the same.

I would purchase the NMP by using a Gift Certificate with a two day limit, this way if it isn’t cashed you get your money back. I would only do this if the new affiliate is a relative of mine that I am close to.

What I do suggest is that you put the information about the Fast-Track program in your advertising email as a fantastic discounted bonus of 66% off the retail price if they take action within the first 10 days of enrolling in SFI.

This way when the affiliate signs up through your email or other advertising they will already be expecting to be confronted with the Fast-Track program.

When I first started working in MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) I was introduced to doing open house meetings or also called “Home meetings”. At first I did not like it because I was at that time, very shy.

My sponsor would come to my home meetings and help with the presentations until I was able to do them on my own.

Home meetings can be very effective in building your SFI business in your local area. But it takes a lot of preparation to have a good turn out and sign-ups.

One of the first things you will need is to be well versed in how SFI and TripleClicks work and have a source ready if someone ask a question you have trouble with. In other words you should be able to go on-line and quickly find an answer for your prospect.

Because SFI is based on selling and/or using products then you should have some SFI direct products on hand and also be able to explain the broad product range in TripleClicks that is available to all affiliates and those who are just interested in purchasing products.

I lived in a large city so I held 3 or 4 home meetings a week and once in a while I would do a home meeting at one of my down-line homes.

For me to obtain enough people to hold home meetings I constantly ran ads in the classified section of two highly published newspapers in our city. I would book at least three times the people that I could get in my house. The reason for this is a numbers game only a small amount of people will actually show up.

From those who showed up I would convert about 10 % of them and out of that 10% only one or two would stick with the business for over a month.

If you are ready to handle a lot of “in your face no’s” and times when you have 30 people invited and you prepared finger snacks, sent the children over to the baby sitters house and no one shows up for your meeting and you can stay positive through it all then by all means start hosting open house meetings.

Don’t let what I shared scare you off of doing house meetings. I personally have had good success with using that method in the past. However; because of access to the Internet and my present age I see no need to start home meetings again.

Also remember whatever you are doing in SFI make it easy enough to duplicate so your down-line members will be able to copy your success.

SFI and TripleClicks are global markets and present in 190 countries at the time being. With this vast coverage it is very likely that you could and will sponsor affiliates that cannot speak or read English.

To stop recruiting people who do not speak English then you would have to limit your advertising to English speaking countries only by doing this you would no longer have a global business.

You need to understand one thing and that is somehow the prospect signs up to your advertisement which means, they found a way to translate the ad or had someone translate it for them and they still joined which shows that language is no barrier when on the Internet.

If everyone duplicated your idea about not recruiting people who don’t speak or read the English language then there would be no reason for SFI to be present in 180 different countries.

Many of the top affiliates present today started out in SFI and had to translate everything using the translator at the bottom of every page on the SFI and TripleClicks sites. They were and are successful because they did not let the English language hinder their progress.

Don’t put limits on recruiting anyone – SFI is a huge family and we all work together to overcome any barriers simply by using the forum, ASK SC, the Stream post, A2A friends and the translator button along with Google Translate system which is free to use.

That is a good question that many (if not all) affiliates try to figure out just how to get your team mates to break the ice (so to speak) and make a purchase. I would also ad “for any amount dollar wise”.

This being a free company to join there are great amount of new affiliates that want to build a business without ever spending any money. Things just don’t happen that way.

One of the ways that I have been trying to coach my team into purchasing from TripleClicks is at least once a month I will write up something about a product that I personally use from TripleClicks and I talk of the benefits they will receive by using so and so product.

Another way is that when I give out rewards for monthly achievements I send them a small Gift Certificate and I date it for the end of the same month that I gave it to them.

I also try to encourage my team to do transfer buying – I do this by showing them examples that I have been transferring to TripleClicks store.

I also have ran contest where a purchase from TripleClicks is required because the VP needed to place a winning position in the contest is too high to be able to do it without at least a small purchase. This at times has worked for me.

Sometimes I give them something big that will require at least a 1,500 VP SO or at least 1,000 VP SO. I award affiliates who earn over 1,000 VP in a month a free spot on my team rotator for new affiliate sigh-ups. This also has worked well for getting affiliates to make a purchase.

After joining SFI and have learned enough of the basics it will be time to start prospecting for new affiliates to join your team. The sooner you start prospecting the quicker you will build a team and it is teamwork that will take you to the top of the success ladder.

Now comes the time when the question of “where should I prospect for new teammates?” “Should I concentrate with people of my own country or try enrolling globally?”

Let’s look at the name of our marketing company – SFI; those letters stand for “Strong Future International” The last word in the title is “international” that my friends means globally.

It is good to prospect people in your own country do that as your “warm marketing” that means your friends and relatives. As they join, they will enroll friends and relatives of their own and you now have a group starting within your own country.

Put your main efforts into prospecting for affiliates in as many countries as you can. The reason for this is because many factors can change the economy of a single country such as natural disasters, war and so forth. If all your affiliates were in that one country you would risk losing everything.

Growing your business internationally is income protection at its best. It is much harder to destroy a business that has its base set globally.

Because your SFI business is based on “teammate relationships” I can think of no better way than to have friends in several different nations. The information on culture, customs, traditions and exchanged knowledge among different nationalities is priceless.
