A weekly support message to the down line is nothing but an indication that you value their efforts and want to communicate with them.
As far as I am concerned, I never send group messages.
I send team mail to individual person (mentioning their name) after knowing their VP score from my GENEALOGY, and help them set their goals individually.
If it is the beginning of the month, I congratulate them for their last month's achievement and remind them to at least maintain it.
I talk to them about the new opportunities to score VP, also I mention in my every letter about the POWER OF COMMUNICATION and at last a general tip which could be helpful for the affiliates.
Lastly I tell them to talk to me any time any where for any kind of doubt, quarry or help.

I have a large downline, but few are advertising SFI. How can I get them to start advertising and marketing SFI?

In the downline of every affiliate, there are affiliates who are working nicely or determined to work if supported and also some who don't have interest in working at all.
First of all segregate those who work or want to work from the others and focus on them, help them support them. This can be done by:
1.Communicating them regularly and positively and timely responding their mails.
2.Inviting them to participate in advertising coop of your team.
3.Giving them a share in S Builder Coop or asking them to buy it.
4.Rewarding them gift certificates for encouragement.
5.Increasing their knowledge regarding SFI and teach them the how to marketing.
6.You can also suscribe IAHBE for them if they are dedicated to learn and try hand at advertising.
This all efforts can be enough for the one who is interested in developing and might find other ways on his own.

As a sponsor it is your duty to be in touch with the affiliates in your down line and you must follow it, yet if it is not done, you must do the following:
1.Send a team mail to all the affiliates in your down line.
2.Notify them by your a2a posts.
3.If any of your down line member is inactive for a long, contact them at their personal mail id.
In all your mails, let them know you are there to support them , be with them and also assure it will not be repeated and also ask for the same treat from their side.

The only thing you need to do is at first to ask all your downline members to go through all the SFI lessons, go through all the training material provided on site.
Next comes giving them some information regarding all the programs such as Pricebenders, Sponsoring, TripleClicks member listing, ECA Referring etc.
Then comes leading with an example. Ask them to do what all you did to get success in SFI.

Its very simple for a beginner. But here what I am to say is for the person in the third month.
For becoming EA you can get approximately 500 VP from the action VP in TO DO LIST then you can have 10 single T credits for 1.99$ each so the total of 19.9$ and you are EA.
So simple.!

Turning a TripleClicks member into a buyer is dependent more on that person than you.
Yet you can give a try as follows:
* If you are selling items, you can share your deals or products at a2a posts or personal e-mail accounts and encourage them to buy by entertaining handsome offers.
* If you are an upline member, you can reward him/her a gift certificate for any achievement.
* Make them think regarding this option which also helps in scoring VP; by mentioning about it in your stream posts, team mails etc.

Meaning of success is different to each and everyone, yet the bottom line can be explained as a satisfactory achievements. So while discussing about me, I achieved a lot of knowledge, lot of friends and especially lot of badges in SFI. But when the focus comes on money, I am a little down there, yet to achieve success in that part but I am hopefully working hard and hopefully will achieve it too. Will surely discuss the turning point with you then.

For monitoring and helping the 2nd and below generations affiliates in your team, you can try following:
1.Have a close eye on the VP score of each of those affiliates from your genealogy.
2.Send them team mails with lots of support and encouragement.
3.Ask your 1st generation PSAs to take care of the affiliates and communicate regularly to them.
4.Let them feel that you work here not as an individual but as a team and assure him for all possible support.
5.Note that you always respond well to the one who has approached you and for others, you maintain a regular contact and always be in touch.
