It is yet to come but let me tell you the phase I am just passing through is what I think is a turning point. I am developing all my skills and also I am supported well by my sponsor. I have been EA continuously from the starting of my journey and hopefully if the project on which I am working, gets completed then I might taste the real success in SFI. Just now I have no solid things that I can show that I have achieved but soon it will change and hopefully will achieve what I desire.

Message to the new EAs to encourage them to keep it could be something this kind:

Hi (name),

First of all, heartily congratulations for achieving EA status for the first time.

Becoming an EA is an opportunity itself, and the first milestone in SFI that you have already achieved.

Now, the next thing is to maintain it and if possible get even more than that i.e. TL by scoring 3000 VPs or more and also a bit of purchasing/selling, team building and a lot more.

But don't worry, here in my team we will work together to achieve it; just the one thing is required, your COMMITMENT and your DEDICATION.
