I have a very simple way of doing things, and that include reading, reviewing and understanding the SFI BASICS and the LAUNCHPAD lessons and following the SFI Rules of Success as my guide and road map.

Then I teach these basics to my team, give them a simplified version of the To-Do list, and share this with everyone in my downlines to help eliminate confusion.

Knowing the Ultra-Simple 3-Steps plan by heart and teaching the simple duplication that results in following the

By aspiring to be an awesome sponsor, we learn the following things a good team leader should possess:

Skill with people.- We need to understand people and human nature- why people do things that they do. When we know why and how people will react under certain conditions, then we can become skillful manager of people in our team.

We need to realize that people are primarily interested in themselves, as in our business they are interested in how to earn money fast, quick and

When SFI introduced the TW and CW programs it sort of solved the problem of what to do and what to give to encourage new PSAs and CSAs to get started.

Although I have yet to see how successful this program is going to be, I think giving 5 TCredits or the $1 Cash as a welcome gift is really clever.

Not only does it convey friendship and warmth but it also shows how generous Affiliates are to encourage new members to explore TC and browse through the thousands of products on offer,

In my welcome letters to my PSAs, I try to keep my message as simple and as concise as possible to avoid overwhelming them.

As their sponsor, it's my pleasure to welcome them to my team and to show them how easy it is to get started with a brief information about SFI, and a link to Compensation Plan, to check out how income is earned.

After explaining the importance of reading and understanding START, SFI BASICS, and LAUNCHPAD, I would add a friendly advice/tip that if they

The new CSA Exchange program is one of the best changes to SFI recently, and it is already creating a positive buzz among affiliates in the SFI community.

Yes, you should take advantage of this new CSA Exchange program for growth and success.

You can now exchange all your inactive CSAs from other countries into the CSA Exchange Pool for CSAs from your own country through www.sfimg.com/fp/MyAccount/CSAExchange.

The idea is to actively harness the power of this exchange

What a question!

If I were in an elevator going up to the top floor, and there are some passengers who are all staring at the door watching the floor number change, I'll wait till there's one or two left in the lift with me.

While waiting for my floor number to come up, I would rehearse what I would say to the last person/s standing, then give a smile.

And go, "Wouldn't it be nice if we have a business that goes to the top without a hitch? I know of just one

As we know, S-Builder is a program for new Affiliates who have little or no experience, time, or knowledge of doing advertising globally. It gives Affiliates the ability to build a team to accelerate growth for their SFI business.

TCredits, on the other hand, are virtual currency use for transacting business within SFI.

TCredits and S-Builder go hand in hand, not an either/or investment, at least for new Affiliates.

With S-Builder one gets to build a team of

There are many ways to help your Movers to move up to the next level.

As we all know by now that some will and some won’t do anything to advance to the next level and are just happy to plod along and stay EA or BTL or whatever rank they are in.

Be creative and resourceful in finding ways to get your Movers moving forward with you.

Of course, it starts with you leading the way and showing your Movers that if you can do it, so can they.

You must always

SFI Forum is a wonderful resource for additional learning about the business.

To get the most out of the SFI Forum is to visit it regularly not only to earn 1 VP but to be visible to your team by your active participation.

It will not only improve your own understanding of how other affiliates solve the day-to-day problems we all face, but it also enriches your knowledge of how to build a team, how to advertise using your Gateways, how to deal with ECAs, how to refer, and

I have a dream. My dream is about reaching DTL on my goal date and to enjoy the fruits of my labour.

It needs a plan, simple enough to act on and big enough to spur me on, to keep the fire burning and not to be discouraged when things don’t go according to my plan.

So it starts with simple tasks to do. Logging in daily and earning VPs as well as learning all I could to understand how SFI works. know how to make use of my strength and not be weaken by my lack of technical
