What is the quickest way to advance from affiliate...all the way to Diamond Team Leader?

A structure built on shaky grounds is bound to collapse!
I would say that moving from affiliate to DTL, is a process that requires commitment, hard and smart work, patience and persistence. The recent changes in team leader qualifications have placed more emphasis on team building rather than buying team leader status. Before these changes were introduced one could become a BTL just by earning 3000 versa points (Sales/Purchases plus Action points) without having a single PSA under him or her. In other words, apart from performing all other tasks, we now have to put more emphasis on building a strong team.
How does one do that? Well the answer is not a quick fix because building a team requires investment on your part in recruiting new members. And even when you have hundreds or thousands of new PSAs enrolling, only a small percentage will be active, so much that you have to be persistent in your advertising campaigns to get that magic 5 Platinum Leaders. In other words becoming a Diamond Team Leader does not necessarily have to be achieved quickly but rather progressively!
If you already have active PSAs in your team, you can take advantage of the “Designated Diamond” idea by inviting them to join your PLAN. You will notice that even the PLAN has got goals and a time frame!

How can I convince people who do not speak English to join SFI and work with me?

Speaking English is certainly helpful but not speaking it should not rob one of an opportunity!
It is understandable that in most areas of work, speaking the official language of that industry or organisation is important, in order to ensure that mistakes or accidents do not happen as a result of misunderstanding or communicating the wrong message.
However, SFI is largely an Internet based program, where the affiliates are free to learn at their own pace. Language should not be a barrier because although the website is in English, there is also a translation tool for many other languages. The key word here is “understand.” That is as long one can translate and understand, one can adequately establish a working platform.
Last year, SFI introduced a system in which one could swap CSAs from his or her team who are from other languages/countries for those from his or her language/country. The idea is not merely aimed at getting rid of your inactive CSAs but also helps to narrow down the communication problems by placing the CSAs under a under Co-sponsor who speaks the same language.
In addition it is also possible for you to re-assign affiliates in your team to other PSAs under you. So if you have active PSAs in your team who are multi-lingual, you can re-assign the non-English speaking PSAs to them depending on the languages spoken.
Overall, when you advertise, you will be reaching people from all parts of the world and language should not hinder you from making progress

What can you do to make SFI more exciting and fun for your team?

One reason why people keep doing what they do is because they enjoy it. Indeed work without some fun can seem stressful!
One can start by introducing the team to the fun that is already in existence at SFI; Eager Zebra Games. What’s more is that with some of these games, team members can play for free without spending a Tcredit.
To make it even more exciting the Team Leader can consider having team contests with attractive prizes such as Tcredits or Gift certificates.
If it is feasible, organising conference calls for your team is another exciting way of team bonding.
There is really no limit as to how creative one can be in putting some fun and excitement in the team!

What do you do about PSAs that start off great but then suddenly become completely inactive?

This is unfortunately the truth with a large number of new PSAs who become inactive in the first few days. I think the problem lies in erroneously believing that if you generate a lot of versa points quickly you will realise your earnings or expectations. As a result some of them set out doing just that and when they see that it is not happening, they are greatly disappointed and presumably just move on searching other adverts..
The first impression is very important for it maybe the basis upon which one either sinks or swims. I think the letter of welcome to new PSAs should stress to them that this is a gradual rather than instant success, as it requires learning and growth. It is important to have a dream as it aspires one to greater heights but to realise that dream one should not only think about it but also put one’s thoughts into action.
Once they become inactive they also seem to stop reading any emails coming from SFI, which makes it difficult to communicate with them. However, this should not stop the sponsor from sending the weekly messages to the “inactive” as it has been known that some sleeping affiliates suddenly wake up and realise their dream, even becoming successful sponsors themselves.

I would say the best way to motivate your affiliates to buy from Tripleclicks is simply to explain to them the expected rewards:
1. If you have an item that you regularly use, by buying it from Tripleclicks, you are investing in your own business. One drawback suggested by many is that the shipping costs outweigh the advantages. Indeed one cannot ignore this but in this case it is better that the affiliate buys from the Local ECA to offset the costs of shipping. In addition there are many other products such as E-books or digital items that do not have shipping costs.
2. By buying from Tripleclicks, you can earn versa points that can count towards your status (that is EA, EA2, BTL, STL, GTL, PTL, or DTL). And this in turn can contribute towards your share in the executive pool. However, you also need to emphasize that this is just one among many other things that one should do to maintain their status. Others include team building, sales and many more.
3. Tell them that when they become team leaders, they will have a group of affiliates under them and they will find it easier to explain the advantages of buying from Tripleclicks if in the first place they are also buying. In other words, the process of duplication is much easier when you can match your words with actions.
4. Finally it is important to remember that you are not forcing them to buy anything but merely laying out the advantages of doing so.

What is the best payment option for a Standing Order for an affiliate who does not have a credit card?

You have raised a genuine concern for a lot of people. I would suggest that you consider the following three options:
1. PayPal
2. Payoneer Card
3. Local Pay
If you open a PayPal account, then you will not need to provide a credit card for your standing orders and the recipient will be informed of payments through email.
However, if this is still not possible for you, then you can apply for a Payoneer card through Tripleclicks. Your payments from SFI will go to this card and when your business has grown you can just used this card for standing orders.
Another idea is to set up a standing order through your local ECA. In this case you can make payments to the ECA in your own currency.
There are of course also other methods of payments at Tripleclicks such as checks and money orders but for setting up a standing order without a credit card I would go for one of the above three options.

Everything takes time and input does not necessarily yield an instant great output.
It is true that it can be very frustrating when the affiliate considers how much time or money they have invested and do not see the expected returns. An example of this is when one invests in buying PSAs through say “PSAs to Go.“ Out of say100 PSAs, sometimes not even one of them logs in beyond the first day. When faced with this the immediate temptation maybe to stop buying but a better reaction is to re evaluate your advertising strategies, then advertise, advertise and advertise!
This is just one example and there will be a lot other situations which the affiliate may initially find frustrating.
What you can say to your affiliates is that they should be patient, persistent and never give up. Both time and money are valuable investments but equally one’s approach and attitude have a great influence on the output.

I'm an EA2. What should my next objective be and how should I fulfill it?

To be EA2 shows that you are indeed committed to achieving your goals. Congratulations and maintain the same fighting spirit that has taken your there.
One of my upline once wrote to me that: “Your first goal in the first month is to be EA and your next goal for the following month is also to be EA.” What he meant was that I should maintain EA as my minimum. If one can afford, the easiest way to do that is to setup a standing order with a minimum of 1500 versa points. But if you cannot set up an SO, you should not place unnecessary pressure on yourself, as long as you can still perform other daily, weekly and monthly tasks to earn the necessary points.
When you are sure of your EA position, you can then focus on other developments such as:
1. Advertising/ Marketing
2. Team Building
3. Sponsoring/Mentoring
4. Learning new strategies
5. If you have something to sell, you can open an ECA store
6. Have time to participate in Pricebenders Auctions and games. Here you will earn action versa points while having chances of winning bargains such as PSAs, CSAs, Tcredits and of course bragging rights for the games you win.
There is really no limit to what you can achieve.

What would be your best tips to build a strong team with real active and motivated members?

Most of us struggle to retain active PSAs and without active team members, the growth of the team is also slow but this should not hold us back from trying again and again. There are many reasons (most of them outside our control) why some affiliates choose to remain inactive and the sponsor should focus on those who are committed.
There are many ways in which people get motivated but in the case of SFI, I would say if you want to encourage motivation in your team then:
1. Listen to the members.
2. Always respond to their queries and offer solutions where possible.
3. If they are doing well, recognise their efforts with incentives (Tcredits, Gift certificates, PSA reassignments, and many more).
4. If you also take part in the forum debates, your team members will be motivated by your presence.
One other platform where you can also motivate your team is through your Leadership page. Encourage your members to visit the page.
Last but not the least, your badges, would show whether you do what you say and can act as a driving force in motivating your team.

SFI is a global institution and therefore the sponsor is more than likely to come across affiliates from different countries. This should not cause the sponsor great concern but rather offer one a chance to reach out to those outside one’s niche. Most of the communication between sponsor and affiliate is done online and therefore the only problem I can imagine that you maybe thinking of could be language or culture. Fortunately, there are now many translation tools at our disposal. The sponsor should not shy away from helping those from his or her country but instead build a stronger working relationship. However, sometimes the sponsor may come across affiliates from other countries that in spite of the sponsor’s efforts are not willing to work with him or her for reasons best known to themselves. In this case it is a good idea to re-assign these affiliates to active PSAs in your team who are from the same country as the reluctant affiliates. This would overcome any initial cultural related difficulties that the affiliates maybe facing but I am sure that once they are established, they will also quite easily be part of the global family.
