I don't have time to do free advertising. What are the best paid advertising options?

As you clearly mentioned that you don't have time hit & try and than no results or little result. The best paid, certified and getting good results option is S-Builder Co-op Unit. Buy as more as you can afford. I suggest at least 10 units. Then give it at least 1-2 months time and then enjoy the best results. Plus related vps are extra bonus. Instead of wasting your time and money here and there, give it a try, you will be satisfied.
Does having a co-op for your downline help get them active and stay active?

The answer for this question is not 100% YES. Not only Co-op, but you have to use all the available tools to make and keep them active. It is a step you have to take along with other steps like GROUP MAILING, GIFT CERTIFICATES, RE-ASSIGNMENTS, TCedit TRANSFERS, etc.
How do I go about finding ECAs in my own city?

1. It is simple, at Tripleclicks Homepage, go to LOCALIFE at the bottom of the page, then select VIEW MORE, select the search radius in between 10 to 500 miles, all the products offered by ECAs in your city/area will appear.
2. For complete listings of all ECAs, at SFI Homepage, select ECA report under Reference Tab. At same page you can find different country listings by clicking underlined blue colored "HERE". Then Select your country, the listings of ECAs in your country will appear, with complete addresses & city they belong.

Do you reward your active CSAs the same as you reward your active PSAs? If not, how do you reward them?

Yes I do reward them alike. Many of my CSAs are much better and doing very well. Overall, I am benefiting from both, so I won't feel much difference, because:
1. I get commissions from their sales and purchases.
2. They ask me questions, share their experience, giving me knowledge and expertise.
3. They assist me in many ways and vote for me where it is required.
So working as one body and respecting and rewarding all alike makes a big difference.
How should you advise your downline--who have never run a business before--how to proceed with advertising?

Work with movers, whom really show some interest by logging in and try to do something. And they are responding your messages. Better to use skype to guide them. To make them proceeding with advertising, communicate regularly and share your experince. Consider some points as below:
1. Start with free ads sources, guide them to give some knowledge and experience.
2. Their family, friends, class or work mates will be better for a good start.
3. When you feel that they are doing well and got some know how, then provide them some economical paid ads sources, which you already tried and getting good results.
4. When they are up and running, hopefully they will themselves find more or will ask you to provide them better ads sources even if costly.
Hopefully till now they got experience, you are free now to take new movers.

How can I get my downline members to understand SFI and what to do?

Communicate with all of your downline members on weekly basis regularly. Motivate them by offering Gift Certificates on their achievements. Members who respond, pay special attention to them. Work with Movers, using simple and easy means:
1. Use Skype, talk & explain to them all Launchpad lessons and SFI Basics one by one.
2. Make things easy, take easier things first, explain to them, avoid complications, once understood then move to next.
3. Whatever learned, let them do that practically. Lead them by examples.
4. Judging wisely, their interest and improvements, take them to advanced levels.
To do all this, you have to equip yourself as well with latest tools & developments, information and improving your expertise/knowledge.

I have many affiliates in my genealogy that haven't been active for weeks. Should I just ignore them?

You cannot ignore them as you are getting 30vps weekly sending them Group Mails. And by continuously doing that, besides 30vps, I got some affiliates responded and became active. To get better results and motivate them to become active:
1. Offer them some easy goal, and on fulfilling them, offer rewards as gift certificates, Tcredits, re-assignments or free co-ops etc.
2. Be their friend and share information other than business as well.
3. In your Group Mails, include easy autolinks for tasks from their VP Ledger.
Normally as I experienced, you will get 5 to 20 percent responses from these sleeping affiliates. And then don't let them sleep again.

How much should an SFI affiliate spend on advertising each month?

It depends how much one can afford. Work out and allocate your monthly budget for advertising. My suggestion is:
1. Allocate enough budget to Maintain your TL status at SFI. ( Approx. $20 to $30 )
2. Retaining TL status will give you valuable marketing/advertising tools & links.
3. Use your links with Tracking codes, advertise on different free/paid advertising sites and then stick to one producing better results. ( You can start with $10 ).
4. If you can design/maintain your own website, go for it. SFI is offering excellent VeryVIP Packages ranging from $14.95 to $39.95 per month. Go for one you can afford. You will get much better results maintaining and advertising at your own website.
As a whole, you can start with $40. Pouring more sugar will give you more sweetness. Increase your advertising budget as you start earning and getting better results and experience.

1. An attractive ad should be short with meaningful words wisely used. As people don't have time and don't like to go for lengthy ads.
2. Design ads with eye catching colors, to- the-point animations that at one glance reflect the ads motive.
3. Satisfactory info, testimonials & contact info for advertiser.
4. Short & meaningful one-click Link that takes to easy registering / getting involved page.

1. Type TRANSLATE in the google search and hot search. You will get plenty of translation tools & utilities to translate almost any popular language of the world. Use the one which appeals you.
2. Google translate is so far good and handy tool to translate. www.translate.google.com
