How long should your PSAs and CSAs depend on you for help? May I ask you this question: How long should your family depends on you for help?

Of course, definitely our family can depend on us for help anytime they need us. And there is no time frame or dead end when it comes to caring and helping any member of our family who needs help.

In SFI, the management, staff, our sponsor, uplines, PSAs, CSAs, PRMs, a2a friends, forum friends, and league mates we are one BIG FAMILY. We treat each other the same way as we treat our family and extended families.

Our new PSAs are like new born babies. Their first months is the most crucial time for their survival and success in this business. So we need to help them build a strong foundation and equipped them with knowledge about SFI, TripleClicks, Internet and affiliate marketing. We should teach them how to use the marketing strategies and tools that SFI has prepared for them to help them in building their SFI business. We need to let them understand the importance of 1) Becoming a Fast-Track Member, 2) Maintaining the EA rank each month, 3) Becoming a Team Leader, and 4) Doing all the tasks that can generate multiple residual income.

Remember, the success of your PSAs and CSAs in this business is also your success. As the popular adage says, “What you sow is what you reap.” If you help your team members earn $$$ in SFI, you also help yourself generate fat commissions every month. This is an example of the Law of the Harvest: “You reap more than you sow.”

With the so many information that we need to convey to our new PSAs, I focused my welcome message to explain briefly the 5 important tasks that a new affiliate need to do to achieve SFI success: 1) Log in every day and accomplish the To-Do list actions; 2) Be a Fast-Track member; 3) Earn minimum 1,500 VP and become an EA; 4) Advertise your SFI & TripleClicks business; and 5) Become a Team Leader, teach, and duplicate.

Here is my sample letter:

Hi _________! I am _________ your SFI sponsor.

SFI is by many measures the best affiliate program that has evolved on the net. SFI is real business and easy to do. As your sponsor, my role is to help you get started and keep going until you reach the level where you can earn a 5-figure monthly income.

There are 5 important tasks that you need to do to be successful in SFI.

1. Make it a habit to log in to your SFI Affiliate Center every day without fail and claim your 13 FREE Daily Action VersaPoints (AVP) or 390 FREE Monthly Daily AVP and earn at least 6 entries to the Daily Grand drawing.

Your SFI Affiliate Center is your virtual office where you need to report every day. This is the place where you can find everything you need to build your SFI business successfully. If you plan to be a STAR in SFI and you want to earn an extra 10% Fast-Track bonus on your VP totals, which could give you a significant amount of monthly Executive Pool bonus, the most lucrative part of SFI’s compensation plan, become a Fast-Track member. But you have to decide fast whether you want to go Fast-Track or not and should act within your first 10-day as an SFI Affiliate. Complete the 5 Fast-Track actions in the Getting Started section of your To-Do List: 1) Confirm your SFI registration, 2) whitelist sfimg.com, 3) Complete your affiliate profile, 4) Send your SFI commitment message to your sponsor, and 5) Upload your photo. Then you either sell the New Member Pack (NMP) to your friends or buy the NMP yourself.

3. Earn 1,500 VersaPoints (VP) minimum and become an Executive Affiliate (EA) during your first month.

Executive Affiliate (EA) is the rank where you can start earning the TC Executive Pool bonus, TCredits, 2 Co-Sponsored Affiliates (CSA), 10% Royalty fees, etc.

Your rank in SFI and the total number of monthly VersaPoints earned (Personal and Matching VP combined) will determine how much commissions you can earn every month. The higher your rank and the higher your total number of VersaPoints (Personal and Matching VP) the higher your monthly income in SFI will be. SFI’s commission cycle is from the 1st to end of the month. Hence, cut-off is every end of the month.

4. Advertise your SFI and TripleClicks business

Promote and advertise your SFI and TripleClicks gateways anywhere, everywhere, and every day to flow new Personally Sponsored Affiliates (PSA) into your downline and Personally Referred Member (PRM) into your TripleClicks store (PRM). You can earn 45% of CV Direct Commissions, Leadership & Training VP, and Matching VP from your PSAs. You can earn 45 % of CV Direct Commissions and all the VersaPoints attached to the products your PRMs have bought at TripleClicks. You can earn 10% Royalty fees from the monthly sales of your ECAs. What do I do to help my PSAs become Team Leader?


First, I share Knowledge.

I inform my PSAs that that one way to increase their income in SFI is to increase their TC Executive Pool shares via Matching VersaPoints (VP). 1 VP = 1 share. In addition to earning Personal VersaPoints, they can earn even more VersaPoints via Matching VP. Only Team Leaders (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Diamond) can earn Matching VersaPoints. Earning Matching VP is based on the number of VP generated by their EA2s both CSAs and PSAs up to 12-level deep depending on their rank each month. The higher their rank as Team Leader, the higher Matching VP they can earn; and that means higher TC Executive Pool shares. And also Team Leaders can earn shares in the 2nd Home CSAs. That gives the Team Leaders more opportunity to develop EA2s in their downline.

Second, I help them put value on their belief system.

My team members should figure out why they want to become a Team Leader. Because the more value they can put on achieving this SFI goal, the more they can think of ways to achieve it.

Third, I reward their effort.

Lastly, for a job well done, I congratulate my Team Leaders and reward them with Gift Certificates and Team's Co-op shares.

I will try my best to have an open communication with them and find out the reasons why they think that SFI is not what they have expected.

I will explain the importance of having a proper SFI mindset. I will teach them how to develop the correct mindset to be successful not only in SFI but also in life. It is only when they are clear with what they want to achieve when they signed up with SFI can they figure out whether SFI is the right business for them or not. For example, if they were simply looking for a job or a get-rich quick plan, SFI is not for them. You will be barking on the wrong tree.

But don’t give up hope on them. Maybe you can still turn around their decision to stop or quit. Try your best to add more value why they have to stay EA.

For example, if I tell you, “I am selling a bottle of water and the cost is $1,000.” Will you buy it? Of course you will answer, “No!” How about if at this very moment, your hair is burning and the only water available is my bottle of water, will you pay me $1,000?

Got my point? Add more value to your SFI business.

Of course you should continue training and supporting your PSAs even though they advance in SFI faster than you do. Why? Active PSAs working on sponsoring and duplication is all what you need to accelerate your SFI business and earn fat commissions.

Take note, moving to the next level is easier to achieve if you are new in SFI; that is because of the initial support that SFI provides to all new affiliates. But the crucial point is, maintaining the EA or TL rank in the succeeding months is not as easy as it was during the first month. This is the reason why as your PSA’s sponsor, you should not stop giving training and extending your help. Be an awesome sponsor that any PSA could be proud of and duplicate.

You should be knowledgeable enough in terms of how SFI works. You must have your own strategy for growth that you can share to your PSAs.

After finishing my daily To Do list I devote my time on tasks that can help me build my team of EA2s and TLs.

First I need to increase the number of PSAs in my team. Since I am not good in advertising, I leave that part of the business with the expert. I place a Standing Order of SBuilder and PSAs to Go. This I way I can ensure that new PSAs will flow into my downline and new PRMs into my TripleClick store every month. This way I can also maintain my wave 3 membership.

Next, I allot enough time to increase my knowledge base about SFI and TripleClicks. I review the LaunchPad, read everything in my homepage, read the Forum discussion, read the Ask SC questions and answers, study internet income course, etc. This way, I will be more equip with SFI knowledge when I give advice to my team members.

Lastly, I teach and encourage my teammates to duplicate what I do to earn BIG INCOME. By providing support to my 5 active affiliates and encouraging them to "DUPLICATE" what I am doing. It is very important that I show my affiliates what should be done by doing it first yourself. So, I lead by example. They can see in my badges that I have a Standing Order; I am a Fast Track member; I am a wave 3 member; I am a Team Leader; I participate in the Pricebenders Penny Auction and Eager Zebra games, etc.

Remember: You cannot cannot ask your PSAs to do what you yourself is not willing to do. Sponsor - Teach - Duplicate is the strategy that you need to implement successfully, if you want to reap SFI success!

Definitely, advising your PSAs to buy from ECAs in their country is really helpful. The reasons for this are:

1. They can save from shipping cost.
2. They can also meet up or pick up their order, if the local merchant included that in their delivery options.
3. If the ECA is a LocalPay merchant, they can pay their TripleClicks order in local currency.
4.Supporting their local ECAs is also a way of supporting their own country.
5. Harmonious and closer business relationship and friendship can be developed.
