Team Support!

Team Leaders should focus on communicating and supporting their group in the following order:

1) Personally refereed Affiliates to include Team Leaders should be your first priority.

2) Team Leaders within your 12 levels.

3) Non-Team Leaders within your 12 levels.

Use the 80/20 rule when managing you time supporting your group. You can NOT be everything to everyone!

The fact that you're asking empowering question(s) means you're on the right path! Building your SFI and TripleClicks businesses, like all businesses, is a process. You'll find that when testing everything in your business that some strategies work well and others do not work well at all. Your challenge is to use the 80/20 rule and keep what works and while discarding what produces unacceptable results. I would suggest:

1) Consider the source(s) of your leads and how each source affects

For the sake of clarity there's going to be two parts to this answer. The first part will cover "your" potential involvement in SFI and the second part will cover SFI's business opportunity potential in the international market place.

Part 1

SFI, as a company, places significant value on it's opportunity being an equal opportunity for all involved. No matter what an Affiliate's ethnicity, gender, religious beliefs or political position may be they'll be welcomed to

I would recommend that you plug your new CSAs into the system that you should already have in place:

1) Send them a "get to know you" email which makes it clear that you're focused on helping "them" succeed.

2) Provide access to your best tips for success or something similarly titled.

3) Communicate with them weekly.

4) Work with the workers. Follow the 80/20 rule in everything you do!

This whole process should be systemized

Which is the best way to receive your SFI commissions (Payoneer, PayPal, check, etc.)?

The #1 consideration before making your Commission Payment choice, in my opinion, is do you currently have a Credit, Charge or Debit card that you can use for business purposes. If not, then I would strongly recommend the TripleClicks MasterCard from Payoneer. The reason is that in order to build an "internet based business" you'll need to make various online product and service purchases to include, for example, advertising which is CRITICAL to your success (Remember the 80/20 rule as

One of the most important business strategies I've ever used is to find those that have done what I want to do and then do what they did to succeed. With that in mind if your objectives are:

1) Income Freedom (do what you want).

and...

2 Time Freedom (do it when you want).

and...

3) Location Freedom (do it where you want).

I would strongly suggest you start with the end in mind and focus on the strategy that will bring those benefits

Step 1) You should consult with anyone in your upline who may have experience with LocalPay in your country.

Step 2) Determine your choices here.

Step 3) Do your "due diligence" and start investigating each candidate. What are others saying? This is the most critical part of the process as you do not want to waste resources like time and money when you get to step 4.

Step 4) Rank your choices

If your objective is to be a successful online product or service marketer then you'll be considerably more successful if you have experience with the product(s) or service(s) you represent. The online game niche is a multi-billion dollar industry with over a billion participants. If you play the Eager Zebra game(s) then you'll be better positioned to creatively get your share of the tens of thousands of NEW customers that will be attracted to TripleClicks. Don't miss this opportunity!

How can we shift from quantity to QUALITY with our sign-ups?

I've addressed this issue, as a full-time marketer, for well over two decades and quality over quantity is a BIG challenge. Through testing we've found that the more you qualify a prospect the higher your "per lead" cost. You need to find a balance between the level you qualify your prospects and the actual results you receive from those that convert to Affiliates and then to EA2 or above. The following recommendations are for intermediate to advanced Affiliates.

How many hours a week do I need to devote to SFI to become successful?

You'll want to define exactly what you want from your business so you can work backwards to determine the hours per week needed to achieve your goal(s). I strongly recommend studying the concept of the 80/20 rule (the Pareto Principle - Google it). After you understand the concept of the 80/20 rule then focus your time on learning the skills needed to produce maximum results toward attaining your goal(s). The more efficient you become the less hours per week will be needed to attain the results you
