This a common question of people who really don't have money and the people who is doubt that it is worth investing in SFI.

I will first address the person who really don't have money.I will tell him honestly that its impossible to be successful without buying anything from Triple Clicks because it is a requirement for team leadership which is attached to being successful. There is always a strategic purchase to be done sooner or later.

However buying alone does not guarantee success either. What guarantee success is really finding the affiliates that will carry the business to the next level. So both Purchase and affiliates are necessary.

Here is the logic, Purchase can not be solved without money but affiliates can. The good news is, if you find right affiliates you can earn money, because when your affiliates buy you earn commission. Then you solve both.

Many are advising to sell items from Triple Clicks the idea is correct but to whom? Based on experience of many your PSA is your only eager customer who is willing to buy for obvious reason. So exert great efforts to find that sponsor who can see the potentials of SFI Business and has the capacity to buy from Triple Clicks.

It is very crucial then that your first affiliates has these two characteristics. Keen to understand SFI business model and has the capacity to purchase online.

Where do you find these people? Your first layer are your friends and relatives who trust you and be sure you are really familiar with SFI otherwise they won't trust you and will never join you.

When your network of relationship has been exhausted and you will start going to online FREE advertising, be sure that you know how to target the audience in countries with lots of credit cards and are use to purchase online. US, Canada, Australia, Europe to name a few.

It will take some time and a lot of efforts to find the ACE that you are looking for. But as long as you don't give up you will soon one day find them.

For the person who have the capacity but don't want to invest you need to know the reason why. Again your knowledge of SFI Basics and Business Model is very important. You should be able to present the benefits clearly with the corresponding risks. You should be able to lay them all down and let him decide.

By the way, I am one of those who started with really don't have the capacity to buy from Triple Clicks. I did exactly what I told you above. I contacted my two friends in the US who are keen on earning online and immediately they grab the opportunity and invested few hundred dollars. The next month I was able to pay what I need to stay in my rank and invest also my earnings to find more affiliates.

When you see them logging in in SFI it best to use the SFI messaging system. But if you dont see them then use email outside SFI. You can find when was the last time the person logged in from your genealogy sorting and filtering facilities.

Few steps to achieve this.

A. Establish Contact. - This all depends on the information given in his profile.
1. If phone number is given - call them by phone or skype.
2. If Email is given (as usually is) - find them in Facebook and Skype and in G-talk, YM and other social media facilities.
3. If only name is given then do the same as in 2. and searched in google and find the needed information.
4. Of course don't forget the given facilities we have at SFI.

B. Prepare you topic/goal in every stage of communications. Make it interesting, informative and fun so that he/she will keep on communicating with you. Simply put it, be prepared on what they need.

C. Be always friendly and respectful. - You are dealing with people of different culture.

Trust from your down line Yes, but fueling growth depends on many factors. A more permanent growth is brought about by your ability to recruit PSA month after month. on monthly basis is your ability to sell items from Triple Clicks. But usually sales from TC will also come from your PSA. I hope every one who is reading this can see the real key for growth.

I asked some of my affiliates why they stopped or don't want to even start their SFI business. There are few who responded, Here are some of the answer.
1. They understand that they need to buy at least something and they don't have the capacity.
2. They don't understand the system.
3. The work is tremendous.
4. They don't have time.
5. It's too difficult to earn.

As Team leader I went through them on how to overcome what they said a problem of not continuing, all those who responded I offered a personal coaching. So far I get some results but not very significant. Really we can lead a horse in the streams but we can not let them drink.

Hmmm i'm late in answering this question therefore I must have a very good answer so that you will vote for my answer hehehehe... Probably, just offer him $100 per month? Do you think he will work? Of course this is ridiculous!!!

Ok here's my piece. Our tendency if we are motivating our down-lines is just to say any thing that will make them do something. We sometime sugarcoat SFI up to the point of lying or hiding the realities on how SFI works. This will result to short time motivation. But SFI is a long term program therefor we should motivate our downlines to long term endeavor.

I think the first thing that we should do to motivate them to engage in long term endeavor is to start with ourselves. Do we have a clear picture of SFI business model? and do we have a clear understanding on how to succeed in SFI? Are we convinced ourselves that SFI works? If you are not sure of these questions, go and study some more.

Secondly, we need to present SFI as it is. And keep on correcting misconceptions from your down lines. You can sense it when they are asking irrelevant question, or wrong questions, or peripheral questions. You answer them but always give the bigger perspective. The goal is realy for them to engage long term.

When your downline have grown, the reality is you can not attend to them all, so just send your general thoughts to everybody but keep an eye to your Aces. Give more attention and personalized coaching to this person.

First of all I affirm that you are in the right direction with looking for more affiliates even to the point of investing money for PPC. Many affiliates here in SFI are pouring all their energy in gathering VP and not attending to the right foundation which is tons affiliates.

There are 3 important things to prepare if a newbie want to launch into PPC.
1. Your budget. - approximately it cost $0.75 to $2 per sign-up for SFI program. But of course nothing is guaranteed.
2. The Website - where you want to put your ads. Read and study first the PPC site. Do not go into it if you don't understand.
3. Advert content - This is very important it must be something that will make the person click your link. You must experiment on this. The title specially.
4. Tracking your adverts - this will show you the sites that is giving you results.
5. Management of your adverts - based on your tracking, manage your adverts which one to continue and discontinue.

If you pay attention on getting more affiliates in whatever means, (now you want it through PPC), I am almost certain that you are on the road to sustainable income in SFI.

My Plan is gather as many as I can to add value to my SFI earnings. You see if I buy 1 or two pcs every month from my SFI earning, can you imagine how money will grow?

Secondly, I plan to carry always with me 1 to 3 pcs. It's very easy to show it to the person next to you, and boommm!! I am sure they will be interested to get one.

Thirdly, I plan to give my children and people I treasured in my life 1 each.

First of all you must understand that there are three requirements to maintain Team Leadership and should not only concentrate on VP but the two other requirement. But since the question is on VP, I will just mention in passing the two other requirements and and answer the question with MINIMUM expenses but maximum impact to your SFI business in mind.

The Three requirements to become a full-pledge (can harvest Matching VP) BTL are:

1. You should be maintaining your Leadership Page - the small colored green icon right after your rank at the upper right corner of your homepage. It should always be gree, if it is red then you are not maintaining it.

2. You must have at least five (5) ratings from your PSA with an average marks of 3 stars. - This implies that you must have at least 5 PSA otherwise who shall give you the ratings? Your PSA must be two months old before they can give ratings.

3. Is the 3000 Qualified VP - NOTE that not all VP you earn will be counted towards your BT Leadership. Your Earned VP should be.
a) 1500VP min - 2000VP max from purchase from Triple Clicks.
b) 1,000 to 1500 from other activities you do.

This is very Important: You have two things to balance to jump-start your success here at SFI. VP and PSA. Whenever you spend money as your investment you should not separate these two. So, with this as your guide here is my suggestion which I am also doing.
1) Buy 1-100TC pack and 1-50TC pack. Total cost is $48.50. This will give you 1200+694 =1894VP and 150TC.
2) Buy 10 PSA (now they have plus 10 promo) total 20 PSA - (this is 100% sure) for 134 TC from one of the ECA's from Triple Clicks. - you don't earn VP because you use TC but its ok. you have enough VP from purchases, anyway. But you ear 25 VP when you submit a review.
3) Bid using your 16TC on 2xMRP items, you have additional 16 VP and 160 MRP.
4) With your 160 MRP, you buy 1-TC worth 122MRP - this will give you 102VP.
5) With your 1 TC bid again on 2xMRP - you have additional 1VP and 10 MRP.

Let me summarize so far what you have:
1.) 20 PSA - this is realy great!!!
2.) VP from purchases you will have 1894+102 = 1996VP - note that you need 1500min/2000max. So are with in the requirements.
3.) VP from other Activities - your target here is 1004VP to complete the 3000.
So far you have:
a.) 17 VP from Bidding, 100 VP from reviews of the four items you bought (100TC, 50TC,1TC and 10+10 PSA.)and 40VP for 20 PSA you enrolled (2VP each). Total 157 VP. You are 854 short of 3000 qualifying VP.

Now you do this.
1. Daily weekly and monthly task = will give 492 VP
2. You help at least four of your PSA to become EA2 then you have 400VP - I want to mark this part to be very necessary. Do not not neglect this because this will make you an authentic Team Leader and also will set you to the road of success here in SFI. Do not be fooled by the idea that you can maintain Team leadership without this. Many will advice you to just purchase anything, that will lead you to spending rather than earning.

In summary this is what you should have after 2 or three months of spending $48.5/month.
1. 30 to 60 PSA. with at least 4 as EA2 at least.
2. 1996VP from your purchases
3. 492VP - from daily,weekly and monthly task.
4. 500VP - from your EA2 and up. - I want to lump the remaining VP here because other sources I mentioned is only earned once. But VP earned from your affiliates turning EA2,BTL,etc. is the MOST STABLE source of additional VP for team leadership. Becuase that is the essence of TEAM LEADER.
