The team mail, stream and your team members email (if it has been registered).
Using all 3 of these venues will provide you the means to send your team members your motivational words. Words of congratulations and words of encouragement.
I, myself, use the team mail multiple times a week. Not just the 1 time to gain the VP. The same goes with the stream messages that I post for my team members. If you have given your email to your team members, you will find that some of them will send you a message this way and that is how they communicate with you.
Lastly, I would say to use all 3 of the abilities you have at your finger tips. Don't hold back to the minimum to simply gain your VP.

What are some tips for getting the most out of the SFI Forum each day?

Within the forum, you will see members posting questions or posting their advice.
So you, yourself, could learn from the answers given in reply to the question or from the advice. You can also ask your own questions and see the advice given.
The other side is to have resources for your team members when they have questions. You can direct them to the links of specific forum dialogues to provide the guidance they are looking for.
If I only have one hour a day to spend on SFI, what should I spend this limited time doing?

I would suggest that you:
1- Complete your daily, weekly and monthly tasks
2- Advertise some TripleClick products that draw your attention.
3- Have a daily topic picked and take a few minutes to read the lesson or thread.
4- Check on all of your stats IE: Your Acct, Hit Tracking, Genealogy
5- If you feel comfortable with your knowledge of AskSc questions, jump on in and help fellow SFI'ers with answers to their questions.
The above is a basic outline of my daily to do list when I log into my business. It is important that you also contact your team with a short note of congrats or "do you have any questions?", "how can I help you?".
Wish you the best of success.

How do I encourage an affiliate to remain active when they feel they've been demoted?

First off, I would find out exactly why they feel they have been demoted.
2nd, take a look at their activity IE: VP ledger, profile etc. Take notes from what you see. The next step would to open a good dialogue with them. Suggest improvements they can make. Let them know if they are missing out on actions to collect the VP.
3rd, continue to support them. Let them know that a business is not built overnight. They will have times where they will fail. This is a part of business. How they react to the fails will determine their success. If they fall, help them back up. Success will come to them if they are willing to push forward and improve daily.

What can I do to get my new sign-ups to stay engaged with SFI for longer than one day?

This is a question that many of us have. I, myself, have 1500 team members and only 5 to 6 are active.
What I suggest is to provide your new sign ups with proper guidance and motivation. Let them know what they will be able to achieve building their business within SFI. All of the perks that they can receive by being dedicated and committed to their business and team.
In the end, it will be up to your new sign up to make the decision to log in on a daily basis and work on their business. If you are doing everything you can, that is all you can do. I wouldn't fret over not seeing them logging in daily. The only thing you can hope for is that your new sign up may start logging in daily later down the road.
I wish you the best of success.

How do you get affiliates to understand that SFI is a serious business with serious earnings potential...and not just a hobby?
David Bryant, Aff (South dakota, US)

Affiliate since: 01/04/2015, Power Rank: 99999999
First, be honest with your team members. Let them know that SFI is a business. It will take time to build your business from the ground up. SFI is not a get rich quick scheme. It will take time and effort.
2nd, Ensure that your team members know that you will be there to help guide them along. Make sure to provide your team with information that will help move them in the direction of success. Direct them to the SFI Basics, The Launch Pad, and Internet 2.0 classes. Forward links to relevant forum and SFI news posts that you feel will provide your team members with valuable information.
3rd, Continue to recognize your team members, even for the smallest accomplishments. Sometimes the first 2 items will not grab your team members attention. Simply recognizing their accomplishments will give them a boost to become a dedicated and committed team member.
If you can continually do the above for your team. Then you are doing your part. We always have to remember that in the end it will be the members choice whether or not they log in daily and complete the necessary tasks to move forward.
Another tidbit, make sure to let your team know of successful tasks you are able to accomplish that boost your business's earning potential. This will help show that SFI does have Serious potential as a business and residual income. "Proof is in the Pudding" so to speak.

How can I earn 1000 AVP for the status of BTL if I do not have any team members yet?

Hello there, attaining BTL is my goal every month as well. This is what I do to achieve my BTL status every month.
Your Daily actions can provide you with 15VP, which is 450VP for a 30 day month.
Weekly actions provide you 20VP/ week, that is 80VP and 83VP if you submit 3 messages via the Stream.
The monthly actions provide you 20VP.
So, in total, that is 550VP. Now, we are going off of a 30 day month, this means that we will need an additional 450VP. The way I approach the needed VP to gain my BTL is taking the needed amount divided by the number of days in the month. In this case it ends up being 15VP per day. I gain the 15VP per day by bidding on PriceBender Auctions. You could also participate in the EZ games to gain your needed VP.
As I go along in the month, I also submit answers in ASKSC, in the hopes that I am able to rate in the top 20 answers to gain the VP from this as well.
I hope this helps.

How could posting in your native language in the My Country or My Region categories in the forum help build your SFI business?

1 of the many great things about SFI, is the interaction a person can have with fellow team members all over the world. The 1 downfall of using the translator, is that it might not help you in getting your exact message out there. What we may type in English and translate to, lets say, Spanish. It may be perceived by the Spanish speaking individual differently than what you intended.
Participating in the Native Language Forum for any individual will help create understanding and comfort. They are knowing exactly what is being said or portrayed. Doing this will also reduce the chance of the individual(s) getting frustrated and quitting.
Eventually, after being part of the business, an individual that is not fluent in English will probably get accustomed to the way the English language is spoken and/or typed. This will help him/her in better understanding this as well as being a well rounded individual.
Now, this goes for all of the Native English speaking members of SFI. If an individual is dedicated to building there business and building a very well rounded team. Then it would be beneficial for them to learn, a little bit at a time, other aspects of the languages around the world.
I hope this helps. I wish you the best of success.

There are many actions in SFI for which you can earn VersaPoints. Which is the action you should recommend to your downline to focus on and why?

As we all know, there is a lot of information that is at our fingertips. I give the advice to my team members to:
1-Focus on their Daily tasks (The To-Do-List).
2-Check their VP Ledger to ensure that they haven't overlooked any tasks and miss out on the valuable VP's.
3-Do to the possibility of being overwhelmed by all of the information, I advice my team members to pick one subject to learn on or read and concentrate on this. The next day pick another topic.
4-While completing the ASK SC ratings, take the time to read the answers that have been given. You never know when the answer might spark an idea.
I hope this helps. Wish you the best of success.

How do you know if you are capable of building a successful SFI business?

"How do you know if you are capable of building a successful SFI business?"
I feel that this really depends on an individuals ambitions.
Is the person willing to spend the time to build their team, help guide others and learn the business?
Everyone needs to realize, whether you have computer/internet experience or not, that SFI has all of the training that a person will need. So, this in fact, will allow a person to be successful in building their business.
The individual will need to have dedication of time, setting of goals and the want to improve his/her self. Aim high and dream big, this will help all of us become successful.
