Skillful members in the team is what everyone hope to have and dream of.It is very important (almost crucial) to recognize those members on time and pay more attention to them (as said,"work with workers").
What are the skills that such person should have?
In my opinion,it's these abilities:
- to learn new things
- to focus on work
- to have positive view on oneself,as well on the job and the company
- to communicate with others
- to listen and follow what is being told
- to start,keep going and not to stop
- to successfully solve problems on the way
And other abilities,beside these ones.
How to identify those skills in someone?
I would advise you to watch these parameters and criteria:
1. First and foremost - logging every day and performing at least daily actions.Doing so will:
- start process of duplication (even that person's might still not be aware of that)
- building reputation (earning badges,advancing in E365 contest,increasing power rank,etc.)
- building "business" mindset (creating attitude to treat this opportunity as a real job)
Just to name few major advantages of doing minimum from "To do" list.
2. Completing all (or almost all) other getting-started actions (and later weekly,monthly,intermediate actions and Launchpad).Among which these are most important (for a new member):
- confirming your registration
- whitelisting
[email protected]
- completing your Affiliate Profile
- sending your SFI Commitment Message to your sponsor
- uploading your photo to the Affiliate Center
Because those are the preconditions for becoming "Fast Track" member.
3. Advancing in each and every way.I'll just list couple of things:
- becoming Fast Track member (e.g. ordering New Member's Pack),becoming W3 member,putting a standing order,S-Builder Co-op
- earning different badges
- passing the rounds ("green line") in E365 contest
- winning Pricebender's auction(s),playing and winning Eager Zebra games
- opening ECA store
- building his own/her own team
- advertising and marketing SFI and/or Tripleclicks,by marketing aids and methods from SFI web-site (Gift Cards distribution and the rest)
All in all,following your plan of success or even creating their own plan (under your supervision).
4. Active in communication.Which,for example,means:
- asking questions on various topics (how SFI works,how to earn here,develop business,open ECA store...etc.) and eagerly waiting for an answer
- answering your e-mails,team messages,chat sessions,joining your Facebook group (if you have such),attending webinars
5. Being present in the community:
- showing each day on your "movers" list
- making and enhancing number of "a2a" friends
- taking part in posting in the SFI Forum (and also getting "likes" for posting)
6. Not stopping after first failure.Even that our affiliate may face with some kind of failure at some point of time,he/she will not stop (and cry like a baby,refusing to start again),but will have strength to overcome the problem and continue to grow his/her business.
The more of above said one has,just keep on expanding his/her abilities and the more likely is that he or she will become "a star" (future Diamond).
