If you're new in SFI and new to marketing, etc., how can you help a new PSA who needs guidance?

Dear member,
This is a good question for 50% of member that never do any kind of job like marketing, seller or buy items from the net.
One of the things that SFI offer to all member is LAUNCHPAD lessons, otherwise you can learn to much from posted question in ASK SC tab, or from SFI forum.
There we can find so much common interesting and helpfull question and answers.
Be involved in this type of comunication with older member. This can be surely helpfull for all.

What is the most effective strategy for reassigning people in your downline?

this is a nice question, and will be more helpfull if other older member put an answer on it.
As we know, SFI give to us 5 VP for each reassigned member. But noe the wright is why if the same member can collect VP or buy/sell something ?
We know that SFI is planetary used business platform, but this doesn't mean that every member that become a part of it know english lenguage.
Maybe most of member, don't understand the action that must do on it, and that rarely rest in SFI. most of this kind of member after a couple of months leave SFI because you as team upline was enable to explain him/her everything in his mother tounge lenguage.
Probably the reassignment will be a good action if in as your PSA you have someone from INDIA, and you reassign to him one of your INDIAN Csa.
Sometimes will work or not but you try it.

To most important factor, when you decide to became a member in SFI is how much time you want to spend on it.
People enjoy on SFI like a personal company, and some of member spend 12 and more hours a day, to get what he/she want.
Most of user think that is important to collect 12 VP daily or weekly, and don't dedicate to much time on marketing and team growing.
It's not important how many point's you have, or how much money you can spend - but how you do it.

This is a problem that most of us have, espetially people that travel not only for vacation, but also for working travels.
I think that for the first couple of month is more important to be active and support every member for your team growth.

This is a usefull question, and is good that someone is put it on ASK SC tab.
One of most import is probably, marketing and duplication, but other action are not less important.
Every action you promote will give you, and your downline member point and hundred of important price's.
That's the reason why is more important to dedicate as much time you can to promote SFI, like you will probably do with any other kind of personal business.

I think that SFI as a personal business was advertised by the year, and for all new member a good advertise is that SFI is the only who lives seventeen year in a row ...
People who understand this will see the time that the company spend to see all member happy with his own business ...
Otherwise people look at hundred of web pages where the sites lie about great income, and people become more sceptic day by day and don't want to fllow simply instructions provided by SFI and older members ...
I suggest to you to continue with your advertising method using all available possibility with social networks or blog, mail and speaking to people around you ...

This is a good question, that each member is post to himself.
This is an additional way, that allows every member that in a month didn't hit the necessery point's to confirm his/her status for many reason.
Good way, that will give point's that we miss, addittional member in your downline, for a small ammount.
A small investment for big price's, that's why I promote it with all my downline member, as my upline do to me.
How do I advertise if I want to reach a specific target group?

Otherwise I reccomend to follow and read all the business lesson provided by SFI based on all previous method used by the years ...
Normaly if you want to have a specific targeted group, I reccomend advertisement on specific web pages or blog to targeted group choosing buyers or seller, or simply marketing ...
Every day take a look on ALERT page to LATEST NEWS, normaly used by SFI to provide some new action and give to all of us a big help ...
