Is it wise to offer non-SFI related incentives to my CSAs and PSAs? For example, create a standing order and get a free DVD?

It is totally unwise and unethical to offer non-SFI related incentives to CSAs and PSAs such as Standing Orders and to give a free DVD.
SFI is a long standing marketing and Business entity where honesty, patience and persistence should be considered as human virtues. Those who join SFI should read and digest the storehouse of knowledge available and work on it professionally.
Giving such incentives referred to above is akin to bribing your own team members to a route for their own future

What is the best way to maintain my SFI position and continue to support my team whilst on vacation with limited, if any, internet availability?

This is a very important question which will receive a vital reply.
To go on a vacation within or outside your country, it is very important to carry with you the laptop. Internet availability is available in this highly developed technological age in almost any hotel, e-cafes and communication centers. Even at residences the Wi-Fi facility is available. So going on a vacation should not be regarded as an obstacle to anybody who is keen in maintaining his or her SFI position and to continue

How do we know if our PSAs and CSAs are serious about building a successful SFI business?

This is indeed a very opportune question which needs careful study. I have been in SFI for 4 months and regrettably have one active PSA out of 16 and one active CSA out of 15.Some of them when they register become Fast Tracks in one day and then become inactive. Some question on the 1,500 VPs they need to obtain in the second month and become inactive.
The advertisements inviting them to be investors operating from Home needs more details regarding the operational methods at SFI. Merely saying

How do you allocate your time for SFI and TripleClicks? What percentage of your time do you spend on marketing, training, communications, etc.?

I spend at least 1 1/2hours daily at SFI on clicking the red tabs ,viewing the Forum items of interest and rating ASK SC questions. Then I spend once in 2 days also check on Movers Page to see how my Team members are faring and send chat messages and e cards. I also go to the Genealogy consisting of 4 pages to see whether any non active affiliates have commenced login including the new CSAs assigned to me each month. Is cold calling, using a local telephone directory, a good method for attracting new PSAs?

I do not consider using a local telephone directory for cold calling a suitable method for attracting PSAs due to the following reasons:-

1)It is a nuisance to a receiver of such a call from someone unknown to him or her .
2)I consider it an unjust travesty to the independence of a person having a telephone purely to seek the assistance of becoming a PSA for which the person is not at all interested.

A very pertinent question needing much thought and understanding.
You can take a horse to water but cannot make it drink!
But our downline are human beings who will definitely stand up to reason.
So one should patiently and carefully analyse the mind of the downline affiliates and explain to them in our messages that in any business that we undertake it is necessary not to be in haste to get an income at SFI.They should be told to read the Rules for success. Read and inwardly digest

MRP is really a bonus we receive by playing Eager Zebra Games. TripleClicks Daily Crown, at Price Blender auctions, Daily Grand and E365 Champion prize contest. We could encash 126 MRPs to obtain 1 TripleCredit and 102 Versa Points (Sales).Whoever does not wish to have a SO for 126 TCs could utilize the MRPs to obtain 1,500VPs for EA status. The MOVERS TAB is essentially a ready reckoner on the progress shown by PSAs and CSAs in my TEAM, which is viewed daily by me. It gives an indication on how the affiliates are performing daily. With a view of their Home Page the sponsor is able to see the Ledger and witness the performance of the Team members.

This question needs a refined answer. PSAs are considered to be an asset. However once they are registered some of them find that the opportunities before them is a daunting task even to obtain 1,500VPs from the second month after been Fast Track.. Some of them question the sponsor on the difficulty to retain their Executive Affiliate level from the second month. So while the Sponsor gives encouraging ways to become an Executive Affiliate some of them who have this mentality should be discouraged
