What are the things that most make you proud to be an SFI affiliate?

I will be short and simple and I will write it in capital letters....TRANSPARENCY and NO FALSE PROMISSES make me proud to be part of SFI. Lack of these two is what is unfortunately very common in this type of business. Because of many programs that were scams you have people who are cautious and generally suspitious about affiliate programmes. Here, you are clearly said what is expected if you want to be successful.
How do you deal with PSAs who you offer unconditional support but still rate you poorly?

Firstly I would look back and check if I really provided good and unconditional support. Was my sponsor strategy appropriate? I would check Be an awesome sponsor article again and check if I was actually realistic when thinking of myself as an awesome sponsor.
One of these things and these have already been discussed here is how often you communicate with affiliates. Good sponsor should not been perceived as boring and pushy. So there should be a balance.
And although it hurts your feelings the point is that you do not understand the reasons behind the poor rating. You think you are better than the rating you have been given. There is only one way to find out…Talk to that affiliate.
I would ask him/her directly what the reason for such rating was. If that conversation will help you to become even better sponsor, that is great. Also if you see that there was no real reason for such rating, you will just be aware with what kind of person you are dealing with.

How can we shift from quantity to QUALITY with our sign-ups?

I start from the beginning…..advertizing. Many people put misleading advertisements promising this and that. What are you going to get in that case? Lots of signups seeking to get rich over night with as less work invested as possible. Maybe quantity, but rarely quality.
So, honest and straightforward advertisement is crucial for the quality.
Secondly, where you publish that advertisements is also vital. What is your target group? Have you tailored your advertisement towards the target group? All of that has an impact on quality.
And later when you have a large number of signups (quantity), you have to be able to recognize the diamonds (quality) amongst them and invest your time and effort to polish them.

What was your greatest challenge to success in SFI...and how did you overcome it?

We have all, at least I have joined because of earning additional income. I took my time to study the programme and one of things was Earning calculator. I put some numbers in and than there was a prediction of my earnings over time.
I played with it and then asked myself?
How I am going to make it? Will I give up somewhere along the way? Do I have enough patience to wait for the satisfactory income?
But then again the earning formula is simple and I said to myself: It is all up to you! Do your advertising well and be a good sponsor and that is it.
So if we can say how I overcame it : by patience, persistence, positive attitude and clearly established goal.
Regards

How do you handle prospects and affiliates who expect to get rich fast?

I do not see anything wrong if someone wants to get rich fast. However, understanding the methods of getting there is very often a problem.
If someone thinks that just by clicking buttons can earn and get rich I immediately warn them that it is not the case here.
Rather I point them to the Compensation plan and Earnings calculator. If they can follow the steps it does not matter how fast they do it.
Some would need more time but some would easily achieve success.

How do you get new PSAs to commit to SFI?

Primarily, the very fact they registered means they want to earn.
Therefore I focus on making them understand how the money is earned here.
Then I do my best to point out the transparency and honesty of this program since many have negative experience with previous ones.
I also point out my achievements with the logic why I should waste my time and efforts and spend more than a year here if it did not work.
I tend not to be pushy with e-mails but rather be available to assist when asked.
I explain how investment can assist but I do not insist on it,in order not to send a wrong message. I rather help build their own understanding of Compensation plan.
Praise their success, do not criticize if they do not do as you told them, because it is their job and style after all.
Point them to forum, and posts made by successful individuals.
And try to provide a role model so they can duplicate what you do.

Can I set up my SFI business to run on autopilot? If so, how?

Pilots regularly use autopilots but taking off the runways is still pilots' job :).
By this I mean that you have to go into details of this business and put some effort in order to enjoy the benefits later.
Although this is very well designed technical environment, still it relies heavily on human interaction. So to answer your question: If you want to succeed - no.
What should new affiliates NOT do in their first month?

In order to answer your question I was thinking to list the things they should do and then the failure of doing these would be the answer to your question. But then I paused and had a thought....
What would really happen in that case? Would they fail? Would that make them less successful on the long run?
I made mistakes and I could have done things differently but I am still progressing.
People have different styles and attitudes...some have problem with listening for advices, some are suspicious, some are investigative and like to do things on their own.
SFI is tailored the way you are never late, you can always start again and be successful.
So even if they make mistakes in their first month they are not necessarily subscribed to failure.
So I would not be so strict by saying that one should NOT do something unless, of course is not violating some rules.
It would be best for them to follow advice of their sponsors but after all it's their business and they do not work for sponsors.
But, then again..it is my opinion which does not necessarily has to be the correct one.

How do you convince your life partner that investing in your SFI business is prudent?
Goran Stokic, Aff (Bosnia And Herzegovina)

Firstly as with your PSAs you have to explain the concept and how you can earn with SFI.
Secondly when I invest money I deduce it from my own pleasures such as cigarettes, going out with friends, etc. so my investment does not interfere with my home budget.
When my investment has shown results my partner understood the worth of investing in this business.
Why is it important to have team members to take on leadership roles?
Goran Stokic, Aff (Bosnia And Herzegovina)

Answer:For the same reason why you should take on a role of a leader.
However, I will address 2 points here:
1. You want to guide your PSA the best way possible so they can develop their system and business. By doing this you get benefits and that is how you earn here.
Ideally the same logic is transferred down your generations.
And again, you benefit from it.
That is called duplication.
2. If you do not do that, and your team members do not do that...! The duplication process can last very long and the income would not be significant . And not to mention that you can lose your TL status if your downline asses that you are not doing a good job as a leader.
Therefore it is vital for you and your downline to understand 3-step plan because in that is the essence of success.
