As an E-Commerce Associate (ECA) your captive audience can be as large as 2million affiliates, therefore you want to put your best foot forward. You can build unlimited streams of income. In your first month you should continue to study the rules and technical aspects of the program.
Practice uploading your best product images with proper description and best competitive prices. As friends/members connect with your store, acknowledge them as potential customers. Accept messages and suggestions cordially. Advertise your store in social areas, your blog/website so that you can build your customer base. Be prompt in fulfilling your orders and queries.
Review your return policy and encourage customers to send a review of delivered products. Ensure your inventory is adequate and be honest with your customers in offering specials or discounts. Continue to upgrade your store presentation (logo, welcome message, etc)
Failure to be attentive to any of the above pointers could bring negative results which can only be discouraging. As such, those are your ‘don’ts’! So, keep working at improving your store every day. It’s a real business with real customers and real profits to be gained. It all depends on you and your limitless imagination.

How can you offer financial support to a hard-working PSA/CSA who is truly financially challenged?

Well surely if you are rich, you can simply support him with cash so that he can invest. But chances are, he will always be returning for the same help as there would be no need to continue working hard.
“If you give a man a fish, you feed him for a day, if you teach him how to fish, you feed him for a lifetime.” The better way to help this individual would be to give him your support. Show your affiliate how to create cash.
Everyone and I mean everyone has something they don’t use, don’t need, don’t like and can definitely live without. Why not set up an ECA and sell it. Either you sell for him of he sells for himself, either way; he gets some cash to invest. Perform a service, e.g wash your own car or wash a few of your neighbour’s cars during a weekend and accumulate some cash solely so that you can invest. Babysit, house wash, take care of a pet….are some services that can be performed for cash.
Get all your affiliates together and brainstorm for some ideas. Each one will benefit tremendously when they see the interest you are taking in them. Each affiliate needs to be encouraged, motivated and supported by the coaching of their sponsor/co-sponsor.
However, it is prudent to note that this business can be successful without spending any money. Cash just speeds up the process. Help your affiliate to be patient and build a strong downline.
Participate in free advertising and promote TripleClicks store. Play all the free competitions offered by TripleClicks, SFI and Wave 3. Collect all free points TCredits and RPMs. In time success will be achieved. Help him to find fellow associates in his own country and hear their strategies and success stories. He should work with others so that he does not lose zeal.

How can I convince my downline of the benefits of having a Standing Order without them feeling pressured?

It would be best if you first have a standing order. Then you can show them the benefits you derived from that action.
1. It frees you from worrying about how you can achieve your target of becoming EA each month
2. You are closer to your goal to attain leadership rank
3. Your standing order promotes sales at TripleClicks
4. You are the one who benefits directly and not your upline
5. Additional chances in the daily grand draw
6. Monthly Versa points
7. Monthly T Credit rewards
8. Extremely beneficial if one cannot have access to a computer for any period of time.
9. Freedom from the responsibility of having to complete daily, weekly, or monthly tasks
10. More time to concentrate on assisting PSAs/CSAs
In order for them to not feel pressured, inform them that having a Standing Order is not necessary. Give examples of others who have been successful without Standing Orders. Some affiliates enjoy the challenge and fun of meeting the monthly targets. This also gives them the responsibility of completing the daily tasks and having continual training with the SFI tools.This will help them to see that the choice is really theirs.
With the right attitude from the sponsor/co-sponsor they will be able to make the best decision for themselves and see that their upline is genuinely interested in the success of the affiliate.

How do you learn to write effective ads if you have never written any ads before?

You can learn how to write ads through observation and trial and error or practice. Observe those ads that have been prepared for us by SFI. You can substitute your own words and use along with their image.
Think of the person you want to attract and write to suite. Think of what might attract you in an advertisement and imagine how another person would view it. You can review ads that are written in the classifieds in newspapers and on the blogs and websites that you frequent. Many affiliates are good at that skill so you can also communicate with them.
Any ad you write keep a record of it in a separate file. While reading or blogging and you come across one that you like, add it to the file. Eventually you will have a collection of beautiful ads that you can choose from. The advantage here is that you won’t have to keep thinking up new ideas or trying to invent the wheel. Just choose an appropriate ad from your file, add your gateway and you are ready to post.
Writing ads is a basic skill that can be easily mastered. It is very important for the success of this business because you need to attract people to your team. The more you read and practice writing the better you will be come at it. The fact that you have no experience should not be an obstacle. Begin writing now. After you see your results you can tweet what you have written.

I have set up an auto responder. How can I determine if my auto responder is working?

You should do your own test run after you set up your auto responder. Be the first subscriber on your list. This can be done adding your own email or subscribing to your own opt-in list. Once you receive a confirmation mail, click, then you will receive your mail from the auto responder. You have just done what a visitor to your site would do. If you are happy with the results, your auto responder is working as you desired.
If you don’t want to use your own address you can set up a secondary e-mail address for yourself, and subscribe it to your own mailing list. When your auto-responder sends out messages, you will receive the outward copy which you can peruse. This is a good way to check the formatting and alert you to how well the auto-responder is working.
Once you are using an auto responder you should receive reports and this will indicate how it is working. There are various things you can look for to determine how well it works for you. Check the report for the actions or reactions of the recipients. For example, you can check for number of subscribers, revenue generated, who visited a particular page, most popular products, who viewed your emails in Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo, etc.

Sponsors can help their affiliates move forward in both tangible and intangible ways. Guide them on what should be done. Achieve this by referring them to specific areas of SFI’s training and reminding them to stick to the basics.
Give them tips on how to market their business. For example, explain ways in which advertisements can be sent out. If possible, give them some free advertising sites or you can encourage them to join your own co-op. Your help to them will eventually benefit you.
Show them examples of your own efforts. If you want them to set up a Standing Order or ECA, you can first complete such a task. Then, not only will they emulate your example but if they are stuck in the process you can assist them by guiding them through.
Give motivational assistance and/or reward their activity with tangible gifts, such as gift Certificates, or some reassignments, or TCredits. These will be highly appreciated and can spur them on to greater success.
You can be creative in setting up contests where your team can interact with each other. Competition is always healthy and can bring great results.
The main point to remember here is to adhere to the rules and regulations of SFI. Be generous with your knowledge and be always ready to answer questions. There are no boundaries to success.

The fact that you are willing to exercise ethics and adhere to the rules of SFI is a demonstration of your honesty and professionalism. You can connect with many ECAs who are already in the program and this will give you tremendous exposure. This can boost your business since they in turn will recommend your store to others.
You can make use of the many marketing tools provided by SFI such as, the ECA feed where your comments can be directed to those connected with your store, and you can post on your Tconnect page.
Through your a2a family, you can for a social group with those of like interests. Then, via email you can highlight the good features of your product or service, give special discounts or freebies and even receive advice and feedback from many of them.
Another suggestion is to make the introduction to your store attractive. Add your logo and give some interesting points about your business. Tell the customer why they should come to your store before viewing another’s goods. Be as creative as you want. Remember you can edit your information whenever you want.
The essence or focus of a successful business is your ability to offer a product or service that people will pay for at a price that will enable you to receive a profit and still purchase more goods for sale. You want to be fair to your customers and encourage them to return to do business with you.

By monitoring the movers list you, the team leader can keep a check of your PSAs and CSAs to see if they login regularly and you can check their progress. From that overview you can make many decisions.
All affiliates need encouragement at one time or another. Some can be congratulated or rewarded for their progress while others may need some form of encouragement. Those who return after a period of inactivity should receive your focus if it is apparent that they need your assistance. Never give up on any individual. People are motivated at different levels and from different actions.
You, the team leader should always strive to be adaptable. Try new angles or new ideas. Check your affiliates’ profiles and try to reach them on their level and their interests. It is important to see what their goals are, and try to see things from their perspective.
Remember too that these movers are going to rate you as a team leader at the beginning of each month. Therefore your communication with them is important.
Use your Movers List to identify and encourage activity among your members. Encourage them to become a2a friends and interact with each other. When ideas are discussed among the group, no one feels insignificant. Everyone can contribute in his or her own way. The main thought here is that we should never give up on affiliates. Always let them make the final decision

The first thing you should do is to activate your “VP Streak Vacation Mode.” In order that your VP streak will be preserved.
I think it’s very rare that you wont have internet availability. Most stores/coffee shops/airports/hotels and even hospitals have hotspots. Search for them and you can provide support to your team.
Ensure that you have set up a Standing Order so that you can maintain your EA status if you may be out for longer than one month. Make use of your social networks to keep in touch. It would be a good thing to inform your team members that you would be away and for what period of time. Don’t let them think you are deserting them. You can plan in advance areas that you need them to work on in your absence, or actually if you wish you can leave another team member to communicate in specific areas for you.
The main idea here is to continue to support the team while you are away. You can try one of the many smart phone apps which allow you to communicate without an internet data plan or mobile connection. Once you have put things in place you can enjoy your vacation knowing that your team is fine. Have a safe trip!

If your PSAs and CSAs are constantly contacting you for help and assistance and following your advice, this is a sure sign that they are serious about building a successful SFI business. You can see potential in those who are not afraid to try new angles.
If they are setting up a Standing Order, purchasing items from TripleClicks, or creating a healthy group of PRMs, this is a sure indication of their seriousness. It means they are ready to go! Participating in the new games is also an indication of interest.
Their level of communication should indicate how they respond to your leadership. Help them to keep ahead of the pack by being creative. By participating in any team activities, like team contest, etc. and contributing by regularly sending in their Ratings form for the previous month and giving feedback, they indicate how serious they are.
