If so, how can I employ Brainstorming for it benefits?

First and formost, we need to know what Brainstorming is. Brainstorming is a process designed to obtain the maximum number of ideas relating to a specific area of interest.

Brainstorming can be the Traditional brainstorming or Advanced Brainstorming. Traditional brainstorming is where a group of people come together, share ideas and come up with a solution. With this, the whole team is credited or Recognised. But in the Advanced Brainstorming, only the originator of the idea is credited.

The benefits of Brainstorming are:-

1. Creative thinking is encouraged:- When you throw a group of people together, give them a problem to solve and say, “Let’s throw some ideas out there,” it gets the creative juices flowing. Ideas give birth to more ideas, and people will bounce ideas off one another. The creativity will bubble over. When your thoughts are given free rein, it is much easier to come up with solutions.

2. All ideas are accepted:- Ideas offered up in a brainstorming session are never wrong; they are just ideas. Something may never become anything
more than an idea, but it is never wrong. Because of this, people can afford to put forth their ideas to the group without the fear of failure or ridicule. This can sometimes result in solutions coming from far out of left field because participants think “outside the box.”

3. Everyone is part of the Team:- Group brainstorming can enable all members of the group to feel like part of the team. It encourages widespread
participation and involvement; It can make all participants feel as though their ideas and input are respected and valued. When solutions to problems are found, it becomes a group achievement, and everyone can bask in the feeling of accomplishment.

4. Its exciting and easy:- The concept of brainstorming itself is not a hard thing to comprehend. You simply start with a problem or situation, or even a single word, and then you simply map out any ideas that leap to mind as a solution. You do not need to be a genius or have a degree to become involved in a brainstorming session. The very nature of the group structure can often make brainstorming a fun and exciting process. The often speedy
collation of ideas seem to race toward your common goal...the solution. It can make for an intense and exciting environment.

Joseph, employing brainstorming in your group, can be challenging as well as fun. As a Sponsor, you inform them that Tripleclicks is the online shop for all SFI affiliates. It is at this junction that you and your team members can brainstorm and come up with ideas of increasing Tripleclicks sales. Obviously, if the Tripleclicks profits and Milestone shares increases because of you and your team, then you will get more commissions and easier to rise in ranks compared to people who don't do anything or contribute in a positive way.

Another way of employing brainstorming benefits is that you Lead by Example. For instance, if you are a Team Leader, having a group of PSAs and CSAs, your interests should be to promote activities and cooperation within your group. You will not only be praised for your successes by your own Upline or Sponsor, but your downline will like you all the better too.

Another way of employing brainstorming benefits is that you come about with cheaper cost of advertising and getting sign ups. You and your team members can have a list of paid sites and try each of them and note which one works so as it benefits the team. Each member brings a certain amount as discussed during the brainsto?ming session. This is an incentive as the sponsor or team leader is working hand in hand with her PSAs to build their team. If such PSA duplicates their sponsors action, then they rise in ranks as well as their sponsors.

In summary, brainstorming is very good and applicable in team building as it helps in great communication with PSAS and their sponsors as well as working together as a team to achieve a common goal.

Good day Akinlolu,

This is everyone's ultimate goal in the new year and with a plan, set goals, commitment, focus and strategy, we can achieve success in our business.

There is the saying that little drops make a mighty ocean. Likewise, encouraging our downlines to do their daily, weekly and monthly tasks regularly non stop will aid us achieving some of our goals. For instance, if we had a shop, we need to open to our customers everyday at 8am and close 6pm having in mind that when we don't open, we would not sell for that day. Likewise, the same is applicable in our SFI business. If we don't log on, we do not get the Versa Points for the day.

Another thing I would do differently is to encourage my downline to advertise more aggresively. Towards the end of last year, it was stated that before you can become a Team Leader for instance, Bronze Team Leader, you must have at least 1 EA2 first level. This is the new twist unlike before you can be a Team Leader without having an active team. This I agree would be an incentive to my downline as I can set up a team contest awarding T credits, Gift certificates or Transfer of Affiliates to hard working affiliates who have recruited some PSA'S via their blogs, personal websites, paid and unpaid free sites to advertise Tripleclicks products. These incentives are important as they would keep recruiting PSAs having in mind that there is a reward after recruitment has been achieved, new recruits serious in their business and grow it.

Working with these affiliates will help both of us as i am growing my team wih first line of EA2, or Team leaders and they in turn duplicate my actions with the goal of recruiting at least 5 active team members to help rise in Team Leader ranks and aid Duplication easier. This would have a positive significance as your active PSAs would be someone's CSAs helping to reduce redundancy and Inactive PSAs that would be churned by SFI.

Another aspect I would look into differently in 2016 is to lay emphasis on Tripleclicks sales. As we all know that Tripleclicks is our online store. When we encourage our downline to refer friends, family members to shop on tripleclicks, for each purchase, made by them, they get a commission. Going on out with their Tripleclicks x cards and distribute to propects will go a long way. Likewise, they giving out Tripleclicks gift cards to prospects will help generate sales and PRMs. Alternatively, I would also inform them of other Marketing aids they can use to advertise and get more PSAs.

Another aspect that I would look into this 2016 to see that my PSAs become active is for them to try the Price bender auctions to their advantage to get household items at reduced prices. We as Sponsors, we need to lead by example. If we personally want them to participate and win the auctions, we need to have won a price bender auction which would be displayed on our Homepage as well as give tips for them winning a price bender auction. I personally have been guilty about not actively participating in the auctions for the fear of not winning. But I have come to realise this that its a win-win situation. If I don't win the auctions, I still get mrps an action VersaPoints for each bid. For each 10 bid, a possible full PSA or part PSA. So its a win win situation as It will also enable them build their team.

Also, another aspect I would look into wisely is the efficient and effective use of my t credits which I buy on a monthly basis. To avoid me losing them after a year of purchase, I decided to list unwanted items in my home thereby, creating traffic to tripleclicks and likely sales of the items. Also during my leisure time play Eager Zebra Games with my t credits. Each bid gives 1 AVP which helps in build their rank.

Also, what I will do differently this 2016 is to inspire my team members more so that they know that they made the right decisions via the testimonial of other affiliates. Remember, actions is what people want and for such we need to back what we are saying for them to belìeve before we get any commitment.


In 2016, what I would do differnetly is to give full support to my PSAs and CSAs so that they know I am always there for them and that they can count on me. In otherwords, if I am an awesome sponsor, I will get nothing but the best for my team.


In 2016, I intend growing my team further by recognising my hard working affilaites that have been committed and offering my support by issuing a gift certificates if I see that they have achieved or reached certain parameters.


The above is my strategy which I have designed for 2016 for my business to grow and succeed. With that, training my active affilaites in the team to Duplicatè my actions, there would be no limit to my earnings.

Ways in which SFI affiliates can help SFI to have a big year in 2016 is to ensure:-

1. We follow THE PLAN to achieve the highest Team Leadership Status.

2. Promote Tripleclicks products to generate revenue, higher commissions and traffic to www.tripleclicks.com

3. To continue recruiting PSAs and have a solid team of at least 5 active PSAs to be able to follow the plan.

4. Ensure diligent affiliates have a Standing Order as a sign of commitment to SFI.

5. Understand the Compensation plan having in mind the 6 areas of generating income in SFI.

6. Maintaining at least EA2 rank to have a share of the Tripleclicks Executive Pool.

7. Logging on to do Daily, Weekly and Monthly tasks.

8. Be ready to adapt to change, growth and see how such change would be applicable to our businesses.

9. Always read to know what is new in SFI/Tripleclicks and study the growth to help make decisions in your business.

This is a very nice question and i do hope based on my experience, I would be able to assist you in strengthening your team.

As a team leader or good sponsor, we lead by example. Leading by example, is one of the Rules of Success. For instance like having a Standing Order which is t credits that I get 1500 versa points. I let them know that with a minimum of 1500 versa points Standing Order, that they will get 100 versa points as bonus. The badge is usually displayed on your leadership page.With that, they will believe you.

Also, as a good team leader, I must log in daily to do my Daily, Weekly and Monthly Tasks. This contributes to the growth of your business. On your Homepage, the number of days one logs on is being displayed. Likewise, as good sponsors, we would let our PSAs/CSAs that with little drops attending to our Daily, Weekly and Monthly Tasks, can help them in building their ranks amd give them prestigious badges on their Homepage.

Also, as an awesome sponsor and leading by example, I will encourage my downlines by Praising them when they win in the Daily Grand, achieve certain milestone in their business or when they log on regularly as a sign of seriousness. This will make PSAs/CSAs have a sense of belonging and would motivate them.

This is an interesting question and I do hope, I would be of help.

Remember, that the Designated Diamond program is long-term programme which prescribes identifying five serious PSAs and working together towards the mutual goal of becoming a Diamond Team Leader.

How this works is that, On your Genealogy ( https://www.sfimg.com/Reports/Genealogy ) , a new tab has been added titled "Other." The "Other" tab contains a DD column with "Send Invite" links for eligible affiliates. Click these links to issue invitations to your PSAs where:-

* Up to 10 invitations may be issued if you are an EA2
* Up to 12 invitations may be issued if you are a BTL
* Up to 14 invitations may be issued if you are a STL
* Up to 16 invitations may be issued if you are a GTL
* Up to 20 invitations may be issued if you are a PTL

Once you have sent the invitation to your prospects and they have agreed to the terms and conditions, they would be given a $200 signin bonus which would be paid gradually in their commissions when they reach each Team Leader Rank which is a one time payment for each level.

That said, the qualities you look out for in your PSAs before sending Diamond invitation is that your PSA must have been consistent for over a year. That is the PSA in question must be committed and diligent in his duties. Such duties like logging on daily, advertsing tripleclicks products and recruiting affiliates on a daily basis as well as being an EA2 and above within the one year period without relenting are some of the things to look out for before sending such invitations.

You can find your Designated Diamond through your Movers Tab on your SFI homepage as well as your Genealogy where you can filter your current EAs, last log in date, number of versa points for the current month, whether the prospect has a Standing order and PSAs recruited (Note that the PSAs recruited by your PSAs will be in your 2nd genetation PSAs as would be seen in your Genealogy).

2. Silver Team Leader (STL)
3. Gold Team Leader (GTL)
4. Platinum Team Leader (PTL)

You will bank:-

* 10 Milestone Shares per 10 VP if your rank is Affiliate or EA

The Biz quiz:- This is another innovation by SFI this 2016, as it builds all affiliates IQ and knowledge of SFI/Tripleclicks business. This is helpful to me as it involves me constantly reading and acquiring knowledge which I could channel down to my team members.

Simplified VersaPoints rules:- This rocks as the changes in my opinion is to the positive as we need to achieve success by simply meeting team leader requirement especially on our first level PSAs being EA2 and above, do our to do lists to acquire the necessary versa points for the ranks in question. For instance, BTL will require at least 1 EA2 first level, combining both sales, purchases, our To Do List to achieve the rank and so on. This is much simplified unlike previously, maximum sales and purchases was 2000SVP but now, no limit provided Team Leader requirement has been attained.

More VersaPoint opportunities:- With this new change there would be increased awareness and patronage on Tripleclicks. More versa points to be earned when bidding, lising of unwanted items in the home, music downloads etc. Such AVP would be helpful in the long run when trying to achieve Team Leader ranks.

From my own experience, when you own a business and you advertise online, online customers who buy a product from you would likely give a review of the product purchased. This in turn, would influence the purchasing of that product or other products by other customers. Customers are sharing their experiences on everything, and what they say has an impact positively or negatively.

That said, you can use testimonials from the Testimonials Gateways to gain interest and sign ups by:-

1. Putting some of the Testimonials on your Personal Websites or blogs with the products you wish to promote. This is a win - win situation as you can either get a PSA or PRM or both as when they are your PSAs they automatically are Tripleclicks Members and purchases by them will give you a commission.

2. Using Email marketing:- Using Email marketing, we can contact a number of our customers via email gathered through our mailing list or personal blogs. With Email marketing, we can advertise some products and at the bottom our email, ournTestimonial Gateway for our existing and prospective customers to view the testimonials and make a buying decision. This will influence some sign ups.

3. By using our Testimonial Gateways on Social Media:- For example, we see ads like loose 25 pounds in a week etc with people's picture before they used the product and after the product was used. With these testimonies put on our Facebook page, Twitter or LinkedIn, we can increase traffic to Tripleclicks store, possible purchases and sign ups. As earlier said, the testimonies are there to influence prospective customer buying decision.

4. By using Traffic Exchanges:- By using traffic exchanges, we can increase sales of Tripleclicks products by advertising a similar products that people have purchased with our Testimonial Gateways on the person's site in exchange of them advertsing your link on their site. A good elevator pitch is a simple and concise information about your business or the company you represent.

As an affiliate to SFI/Tripleclicks, we need to be a Professional as we are the image of the company. Given an opportunity, we can meet our customers any where that is why we need to be ready with our business cards and a 60 seconds speech about our businesses.

In this restropect, our elevator speech should be stong and captivating to make our customers interested in what we have to offer. As such, an elevator pitch consists of three parts namely:-

1. The Benefit. That's the reason the customer might want what you're selling.
2. The Differentiator. That's the reason the customer might want to buy from you.
3. The Ask. That's where you ask for meeting the customer, if the customer shows interest.

That in mind and setting the ball rolling, we can take for instance the PrivacyMaxx product on Tripleclicks which is an original that we can use as an elevator pitch.

In terms of Ask, at this point, all you want is that first but all-important a fact-finding meeting, where you can assess the customer's needs and mutually
decide whether you can meet those needs. During the meeting, decisions are made and necessary arrangments are made to satisfy the customer. Once we satisfy our customers, a sale is achieved.

In summary, If you've got a strong enough benefit, and if your differentiator
makes sense, you'll probably get the meeting and a sale would be achieved. Depending on how strong your elevator pitch is, you can win you new customers wherever and whenever you might bump into them.
