In my opinion, an affiliate should extend his understanding to his up-line sponsors who are non-responsive. Take into consideration various factors of individual differences (language, culture, age, interest and more...) and IT problems. No matter what happens, give them respect as they have respected you.

Joining SFI Affiliates is on ones free will and registration is free. Why bother yourself with non-responsive sponsors? The sponsor got nothing to do either with the affiliate's earning VersaPoints, Commission or team building activities. It is not the responsibility of the sponsor to earn VersaPoints, Commission or team building activities for the affiliates. The sponsor is only there to support and guide the affiliate.

VP earnings are based on simple actions/tasks undertaken by the affiliate himself. Business in SFI is simple. One only need to read, review, understand and follow carefully the instructions to do the tasks required to earn VersaPoints. Anyway earning Versapoints daily got nothing to do with our sponsor. Log in daily and do the routine required to earn VersaPoints.

If the affiliate can not get reply from non-responsive sponsor, there are other ways to get answers to the questions, seek the help to the 24/7 support team or visit the forum, there are many other affiliates who are more willing to answer the questions drawn or have a A2A friend that would be able to help answer the questions.

There are some reasons why affiliates who never do anything despite your constant encouragement and offers of support. On my end, I try to understand indiviudal difference since affiliates come from 197 countries of different cultures, languages, ages level, gender and of other types that may exist. I do respect these differences and offer personal assistance through on line training for them to log in again. My mailers contain news what is new with SFI that probably would help them in a way, let them feel free to ask questions about the business and offers personal tutorial online when they log in. In this way I would be able to build trust and here to extend my assistance anytime the best I can to support them. My mailers contains my email address everytime I send them since some of them actually has not started.

I never stop sending mailers even I do not received a reply until I can get a reply from an irritated affiliate on unread bulk emails or SFI will remove them in my list.

There was one who replied in my yahoomail, asking me to stop sending emails since he became irritated on the unread bulk emails he received related to SFI. I told him to send a letter to SFI to include himself in the list of opt or removal from SFI. In this way, he would not receive emails from me through SFI. Divert my time to other affiliates who are still on the list.

We need to log in daily to do the routinary list of actions needed to earn VPs in order to build our SFI business in a small way. Doing this is not enough since we have to learn the complete internet business training for use to build our business network though advertising. Building a business network is not as easy as learning the complete internet business training since it takes time to find a network of hardworking individuals who really wants to earn.

We need to mentor each one of recruit for them to duplicate us so they can pass on what we a taught to their downlines.

There is no employee-employer relationship between us and SFI since we are not employees but entrepreneurs in SFI. We do not receive salaries and required an eight hours working time with SFI.
