What's a better investment and why? TCredits or S-Builder Co-op?

Comparing the two is like comparing Food and Money, So it is not a fair trade off.
You need both Tcredits and PSA's to contnue at SFI and be successful. if you do not invest in one this month you will have to do so the next month and so on.
If; however, you have a sum of money and want to invest it, but can only invest in one, I would say it depends on your needs. For example, are you struggling to maintain your rank, then go for TCredits.
If it is not a small sum invest it in both.
You need T Credits for Sales VP and for Action VP when you play games and bid at auctions. You get sales points when you buy them and then action points when you use them. They have many uses but they are only useful in the month that you use them.
When you invest in S-Builder Co-op you are investing in building a team of PSA's. PSA's are long-term assets and are useful every month that they remain active. You cannot grow without them.
I would say invest in both, do not think of one as better than the other.

How do you explain to team members why VersaPoints appear to reset to zero at the start of each month?

Each month commission is paid out to affiliates who are EA2 and above, a check is issued or money deposited. The VersaPoints(VP) that we acquire during the month are used to calculate this commission and pay us.
On the first day of the next month we begin earning again. We require a new set of VersaPoints to calculate our commission for a new check at the end of that month.
The VP's are therefore reset to '0' because your commission is set to '0' once paid.
The VP's don't disappear altogether, they are added to your VersaPoints ledger.

I want to be a good co-sponsor to my CSAs...but I don't want to overstep boundaries on those who have a great sponsor. How do I fill my role appropriately?

Although your CSA has a great sponsor, you can be a great Co-sponsor.
Follow the instructions for Co-sponsors.
Do not overwhelm them with unnecessary information. Remember that they will be receiving newsletters from a sponsor and from SFI.
Remember they have a great sponsor who has a role, so treat them as business partners, not as children who need to be trained. Send them newsletters just as you would your PSA's.
When there is a major important change that will affect them. notify them of it, although a great sponsor would do the same, a second notice would ensure it is not missed,
To Be a Good Co-Sponsor
-Welcome them as you would your PSA's
-Send them a welcome eCard, when it is appropriate to do so.
- Be available to respond to request for help or for your opinion.
- Congratulate them on their achievements
- Include them in your stream posts
- Share your knowledge with them
From time to time remind them that you are there to help and ensure that they have your contact information.

The first statement a prospect may hear or see is the initial ad that caught his/her attention. There are many texts provided by SFI at the marketing Center. Some of them can also be used for word-of-mouth promotion or emails.
Choose statements that will appeal to your audience, For example, are they:
-Unemployed
-Looking for a second income
-Entrepreneur looking for a business opp
-Retired
-Homemaker
Here are some top statements:
-Established company in its 17 th year, with a proven track record
-Multiple streams of income, there are 80, 000 ways to earn

The decision is up to you. It depends on your financial situation.
A good business decision is to invest it back into the business. If there is an expense you just could not afford, this is the time to do it.
You can use it for business expenses such as:
-More advertising and promotion.
-Rewarding PSA's
-Buying more PSA
-Bidding more
-Gift certificates to increase your TripleClicks sales
You can invest it ALL into the business, or you can invest SOME into the business and buy something nice for yourself from TripleClicks.
You can use it for Transfer of Buying.
You can use it instead of your regular investment into the business, this way you get to keep some of your own money.
If you already invest enough and your expenses are covered, you can withdraw it and put it into a savings accounts.
You can buy something nice from TripleClicks for a member of your family who supported or help you.
If you have a loan or credit card payments to make, you can use it to pay off on the debt.

What tips do you give to your PSAs in your welcome letter to them?

Our welcome letter to our PSA's must be short and direct.
We must be careful not to give too much information that can overwhelm and confuse.
There are some sample welcome letters that are available at SFI that I use.They include
-Introducing ourselves.
-Our role as their sponsor
-Ways to contact you
-Offering help and support
Any tips must involve their getting started and settled.
A tip that comes to mind is: a quick and easy way to navigate on starting their day at SFI. A lot of time can be wasted on navigating from one page to another, how about a tip on saving this time.
For example, How do you navigate when you start your day? You can give them a tip for their day tomorrow. make their work easier.
My Tip:
Instead of giving them three links to SFI Basics, Launchpads and Getting Started, I give them the link to the Homepage and draw their attention to these three menus at the top to the right of the page. I draw their attention to the RED tabs just below and advise them to use the page from Day 1
Remember too many tips may be confusing.

Although TCedits can be used to make purchases, bid at Pricebenders and play games, spending your TCredits on sponsoring PSA's on a regular basis will guarantee you more PSA's to build your team.
You need active PSA's to build a team and grow as a business.
Many affiliates may fall by the wayside and become inactive, but there are those who do not. Replacing those who become inactive and adding more to your team are ways to build your business, this is mandatory for your business to grow. This is the case in any sponsoring business.
Playing games and bidding at Pricebenders are attractive because of the Action VP's that you need to maintain a Team Leader position, for this they are also valuable. They; however, lose their value at the end of the month when you have to start all over.
The PSA's are like fixed assets at least for a year, more if they remain active, even more when they become team leaders.
Although Playing games and bidding are entertaining and can cost you less, they are less valuable long-term.

What is the biggest mistake to avoid when advertising?

I think the biggest mistake is setting up a BIG advertising budget and spending too much without tracking results FIRST. Before long your funds are used up and your advertising is not effective.
Tracking the results of your advertising will prevent you from wasting money on ineffective advertising. After all you want to make a profit.
Even though you may have a large budget, use a small amount of money or FREE advertising and TRACK the results from two or more sources. If they are not effective you may have to repeat the process until you get the best.
What is important is that you get results. If you track and don't get desired results at least you didn't spend a lot, if any.
After setting up a budget gather some information on the advertising company, this could include testimonials from others or number of satisfied customers, policy, guarantees etc.
Do some homework first.
Do:
Search for the sources available to reach your target audience
Track your results
Choose the most effective
Even if your budget is small, track your advertising before spending it all.

That is a very good question.
For a newbie to follow the example of his leader requires understanding of what it is all about.
This is therefore one example of when prevention is better than cure. Preventing confusion begins during the first 24 hours of signup. I think we lose a lot of prospects during this time.
Set up a simple guide that your downline can follow until they can find their way around. Label the guide appropriately so they can be drawn to it.
Include in the guide:
-The main pages like the Lunchpads, the Getting Started and the SFI Basics
-A daily work assignment- What they must do each day
-A weekly assignment- What they must do weekly
-A monthly assignment-What they must do each month
Post the guide on your leadership page and send it after the welcome letter.
To avoid unnecessary confusion, be prepared to explain what the badges are in stages, not all at once. it is no point confusing them about a Top Authors badge when they don't understand what a 10 Day VP Streak is.

If you have habits that can block your progress or prevent you from making decisions you will not grow. The best ones are those that will allow you to grow, those that will allow you to earn more and more.
The Things-To-Do list is a concise tool for us to use throughout our work day. By disciplining ourselves to follow it we can develop good habits for growth.
Some Daily Good Habits:
-Be always there. Make it a habit to be at SFI everyday
-Make it a habit to read your emails
-Make it a habit to get your maximum VP's in everyday
-Make it a habit to respond to your team members
-Make it a habit to read the news
-Make it a habit to complete your tasks on time
-Make it a habit to always support your team members
Habits to avoid:
- Complaining and murmuring
- Laziness, although active affiliates may not be altogether lazy, laziness can affect their ability to be persistent. A lazy attitude may prevent him/her from going the extra mile to make it happen. Laziness may prevent him/her from being there when a team member needs help.
