Both are great for advertising SFI.
What makes it effective or not is what you post in it.
Making your posts stand out from the rest, make them attractive enough to make people want to find out more and also make them want to be a part of this great company.
Think about what attracted you to join and then try improve on it, add a little extra if possible.
All this will determine the effectiveness of your determination to be successful at SFI.
Most importantly to remember is to always be honest in your post's, don't promise a rose bush if you can only give a rose.
All the best to you

Which marketing methods should we be recommending to our new PSAs?

For the new PSA's I would recommend they start off with the marketing methods offered to everyone when we all started off. Getting to now the different methods, getting to know how/where to use the text adds and banners.
From there they can see which one's work best for them and eventually trying out their own methods and key coding them to see in which categories are working best and attracting the most sponsoring.
Practice makes perfect.

What's the best way to gain the attention of Second Home CSAs and get them active again?

Hi Johnette
The first way to get their attention will be to contact them and offer them help and guidance. Send them an E-card with a message attached.
Honestly, it will be difficult to get them active again, reason been the sponsor/co-sponsor they were initially assigned to let them down and left them to figure things out for themselves without any assistance. Therefore loosing interest in SFI.
So now it's up to you to re-assure them that this is a great business opportunity for them and that it does work. Tell them and show them how you have been succeeding and that you can 100% guarantee that you will be there for them and that you will help/guide them. Build a relationship of friendship/trust between you and them, very important to remember is that you have to be there for them, do not break that friendship/trust bond otherwise they will definitely not be interested again.
So once a week a team mail and E-card offering them help/assistance and latest news/updates.
Once you have done that it will be up to them if they going to give it another go or not.
All the best to you.

Which is best for me to participate in...W3 or S-Builder Co-op?

I'd say both are very important.
They are both very important towards your team building and the more you have the more you will benefit from and therefore also have a successful business.
The bonus with referring W3 members is that for every W3 referral you make gives you another entry into the W3 contest to stand a chance to win $250.

How much time a day, approximately, do I need to invest in SFI to build a profitable business?

It all depends how much time you have and what you intend doing on that specific day.
Everyday is a must for the daily task's - maximum I'd say would be 30-45 minutes
Then you might on a specific day want day do some advertising/team building as well. That can take up to 1-3 hours. Depending how much ads you would like to place and do some research where to place them.
One important phrase you must keep in mind is that what ever you put into your business is what you will get out at the end.
All the best to you and to your success.

What is SFI's most important tool to use for building a successful business?
Luis De Gouveia, Aff (South Africa)

SFI give's you all the necessary training and information to start a business.
So I'd say the most important tool in this SFI business is yourself to make it successful.
Reason for me saying this is because only you can make a success of it nobody else.
You reap what you sow.
All the best to you.
How do I assure that duplication happens in those I sponsor?

Assurance that your PSA's will duplicate or even work for that matter is not guaranteed.
All you can do as a teamleader is give guidance and help to those that want to work and be successful. Support them every step of the way. Those workers will be your duplicaters. Remember you just need five workers to succeed. Train those five to do as they have been taught by you to do the same to their PSA's and so forth down the generations.
Those PSA's that are inactive in your team, once a week send them motivational e-mails and make use of the e-cards to give them tips on moving forward in the SFI business.
But don't let inactive PSA's stop you from moving forward in your business. Keep on building up on your team and never give up.
All the best to you.

What are the easiest ways to become an EA (Executive Affiliate) every month?

For your first two months it's easy to become EA by just doing your getting started actions, intermediate actions and launchpad lessons. With your daily, weekly and monthly actions included of course. By just spreading your task's of VP collecting over the first two months.
From the third month it will be necessary to take out a Standing Order for 1200 VP's or more, plus your daily task's VP collecting to make up the difference to get the total of 1500 VP needed to qualify as EA.
Or you could just take out a Standing Order for 1500 VP's and automatically qualify as EA.
The Standing Order for 1200 VP's/ 1500 VP's is your choice.

Is it worth it to keep sending supportive emails to PSAs and CSAs who have 0 VP and been inactive for weeks or months?
Luis De Gouveia, Aff (South Africa)

It most definitely is. Reason been is that you will receive 30 VP's for sending them mail once a week and the another is that you never know when they will become active. Some may take weeks or months before they actually decide to start working their SFI business. I have had a few that just signed up and never bothered doing any task's at all. Then suddenly they started working.
So I definitely think it is worth sending them motivational mail every week.

Can I set up my SFI business to run on autopilot? If so, how?
Luis De Gouveia, Aff (South Africa)

I would say only 50% of your SFI business could be run on autopilot but the other 50% would have to be run manually.
The 50% autopilot would consist of having a standing order for 1500 VP's to qualify as EA every month. This could consist of a co-op and PSA's to go to build on your downline.
This is the only part that can be run on autopilot.
You would have to be there for the other 50% to support your downline with any help they might need and to help them become EA's and Teamleaders. Without an active team you would actually not be successful.
So to run your SFI business on 100% autopilot would not work out.
