What do I need to do to make myself the best SFI affiliate possible?

I started out with a set time in mind for me to decide whether SFI was right for me. That was 12 months. In the first month although I did not have enough information to know it I achieved GTL and almost hit PTL but didn't realize the buying of another item I had already bought would not be unique and therefor not be included in the tally count for ranking. Month 2 start saw a reset. Did I stop? Did I get despondent? No way!
I saw that with my little learning I had already had some measure of success so I continued my learning while earning;) My learning is making me the best I can be.
Any real business (and SFI/TripleClicks is the most real online business I have ever experienced) needs time and money to develop or wither. Thankfully, Gery knows this and learned his lessons a long time ago and knows how to signpost the way forward for anyone who has the mindset to stay the course to follow Gery's path and become successful in their own ways.

I almost gave up on SFI. What did you do to keep pushing forward?

At the start of my second month in SFI I was GTL and nearly PTL so what was next? How could I keep the momentum going without the extra support that SFI puts in place ion the first month? I found A2A membership my saving as it showed me successful workers who if they are doing well could point me in the right direction. How to find them? Look at growth. See the badges being earned by sheer hard work as team leaders and champions of their class. Ask the workers and share your own tips and hints with others. The benefits are rewarding.

How can you build your SFI business on a tight budget?

Work smarter not harder is often said about devoting time to any business. Similar applies to budgets too. Some combine their daily tasks with minimal spending on TCredits one at a time to maximize the 102VP available as well as maximize the daily draw chances. In this way they spend very little to maintain their EA status and grow their business slowly but surely. If they are able to connect with friends and family to recruit PSA and ECA from their close networks then this can work well as people do not buy into a corporation ever but they will associate themselves with like minded people.
Many will allocate about $30 each month to try to advance the business through buying sign ups or using a bulk purchase of TCredits to play cleverly at auctions. It can be more difficult to get sign ups to know like and trust us this way as many will forget why or when they signed up and treat internet businesses as a scam so there is a greater obstacle to overcome before team building really pays off.
Short words...YOU make the difference more than any budget;)

A complete stranger sees your WAVE3 banner on your car. They ask what TripleClicks is. What do you say?

I thank them for their interest and, as I pass them the wave3 card with my SFI ID printed on it, I tell that that it is a collection of great online stores that provide unique member benefits freely each month.
The rewards are internal credits (called TCredits) for use in differing ways as well as member reward points (MRP) that when saved can amount to more free stuff that would otherwise be expensive to buy so there is great value in the TCredits and Member Reward Points.
I then talk about the music clips that are voted on each month and the free download of the Song of the Month. I finish with the drawings held weekly for cash prizes.

I'm designing an SFI business card. What information should I make sure to include?

Name and contact details are vital with if possible a short number of words to capture the essence of what you are representing to your contacts and it's worth trying to capture the attention of the person reading your card with a QR code on the reverse too so that it is actually big enough to scan in to a mobile and go to either your website of a gateway. A website would be ideal as you could then have articles and links to your various gateways.
I have used white card and colored card also in an attempt to find what works best but it is a personal judgement really as to what you find is welcomed by your contacts.

How often should I communicate with my Sponsor and Co-Sponsor?

Many affiliate programs have a form of sponsorship but SFI is really best by far in their systems of sponsorship. They provide two immediate sponsors in the Sponsor and Co-sponsor but in reality there are many more to be seen daily in the Forum and ASK SC sections. I have found that with the stream I have good number of updates and I know I can at any time send a message on a particular topic and get response quickly.
How often do I do this? Whenever I need. But just like the way we are taught to work with our workers I also think of anyone in SFI as at least a team member and try to ensure I reach out from time to time even if only to say howdy neighbor.

Among the popular Standing Order items (IAHBE, S-Builder, TCredits), which is best and why?

"Best" is a subjective viewpoint so many will give various answers and you will have to decide which you prefer. All have their good points and if you set and forget with a Standing Order (SO) then you will have secured the Executive Affiliate (EA) status that ensures you do not lose the Co-Sponsored Affiliates (CSAs) given to you because of your hard work in securing EA benefits.
Although, initially, we get 2 CSAs when we get to leadership status we get larger numbers of CSAs. A review of the benefit chart will inform that 1 share of second homed CSAs are allocated to Team leaders because an affiliate fails to keep their EA status. Even one month failure could mean a large number of CSAs being second-homed to another affiliate of Leadership rank. Although 1 share might not seem a large number it does in practise mean about 40+ CSAs are allocated per share. That is the motivation to keep working hard at our own business. I would not like to lose my 500+ CSAs.
Which is best? personally I learned a lot from joining IAHBE in my first months but moved my SO arrangements to TCredits and S Builder so I could recruit more and use TCredits in auctions more. It might not suit everyone to do what I do though but I like the hands on action of auctions while also knowing my recruitment is done for me in terms of initial signing up.
Consider the answers and decide which you might find works best for you and work hard to not only secure VP but also grow your business well.

Why is creating duplication in your SFI business important?

Having a structure of affiliates in a team makes it easier to maintain forward going momentum. "work with your workers" is how the training pages put it. Knowing our own limitations with factors outside our control it is good to share tips and ideas and have a focus that only team work brings. Our own efforts alone will make any business effort seem daunting but sharing the load with upline and team workers helps one to find a strength that would otherwise be missing.

How do I get my downline members to participate in my team contests?

I find it difficult to set contests and have some look for the benefit without really working for it. I now try to empathize how if they go through the effort required to take part in the contest the benefit of doing so will bring its own results and rewards and the prize on top is a bonus. Often I will reward my workers with reassignments of PSAs or TCredits without a contest and publicize the reward in my newsletter and stream posts so everyone sees that if they work hard then I will reward them.

Is it a good idea to reassign your PSAs to someone in their own country?

I often do this to strengthen communications as there are times when it is good to be in the same time zone or even country with fewer issues of translating between languages and cultures. I sometimes think I am wrong to group and reassign by countries as there then seems to be tension about competition.
That is easily answered IF they talk about it because I know that even though ill health restricts me to my house I can use online facilities to compete with any affiliate in any country just as long as I have an internet connection. I get them to see the bigger picture of not just a town or city but the number of online devices worldwide are such a large number that there is very little chance of having too many competing against us even if all our neighborhood was also in SFI.
