I can help you with some tips which i used to give my frustrated affiliates some time. But before that you must ensure "You have understand his problem well and tried the best way of solution". If it is still not fine, try following points.
1- Teach them the concept "Winners never quit and quitters never win" with some classic examples which you can find in SFI forums.
2- You must have faced the same situation in your early days in SFI. Tell the your real story how you got benefited because you never gave up where as many of your friends lost because they gave up.
3- Tell them, the only to fail is giving up. Inspire them with the success stories of Patience.
4- Make them realize that "Every dog has its day" and hence his/her days will certainly come. The only thing he/she needs is patience and persistence.

I feel SFI provides many offline promotional materials to attract new SFI members, but as you have asked i must tell you the best one. I found the recently introduced TC gift cards are the best one to get PRM as well as PSA. Here i have explanations for it.
1. It has $12 redeemable balance which makes easy to share with my friends, family and colleagues as a token of gift not as business.
2- I used to approach local business man for selling their product just for free as they do not have to purchase any TC for listing.
3. It gives a chance to offer someone to participate in price bender auctions without purchasing TC pak. As you know everyone loves price bender auction but they want to start for free. so TC gift cards are very useful here to give them a taste first before they participate.
Do not take it as i explained to recruits PRMs, Indeed all these PRMs become easily my PSA in a couple of days. So i have a double benefit here. And when your PSA enjoy auctions, i believe you make real money.

Absolutely you should do if you have affiliates or persons who want to join SFI, do not understand English. SFI is a global business and can be operated from anywhere in the world with just internet. Although English is the most wide spread language in the world but still there are many countries which do not use it often. So creating separate forums to discuss various topics of SFI, clearing the queries about SFI benefits will certainly earn you more quality affiliates to your business.
Webinars are always great tools to promote any business. There are already webinars on SFI in english. So, creating webinars for people who do not understand English properly will bring you many great affiliates.
I would suggest you to create both forums and webinar in your National Language which will be highly effective in generating ECAs, PRMs and PSAs.

SFI provides a very wide range of payment options. So if your PSA does not have a credit card, it does not mean he can not make it to Team Leader by purchase.
1. Debit cards are also useful in payment in TripleClicks. The only thing you have o do is, you need to take permission from the bank in which you are having account.
2. You can use the local pay option. To use this, you can purchase T-Currency from any of your Local T-Currency merchant.
3. In case you do not want to use any of them, You can use any other persons credit card like your friend and relative. Then you can pay then in cash or by Bank.
4. SFI also accepts wire transfer and cheque. So, if you are somewhere near to the SFI office, cheque is not a bad option too.

A question specifically asked for India affiliates i guess. Thanks for your concern about us. I am from India and have inquired a lot about payment in India as i do not have a credit card.
Paypal is the best payment option to receive commissions in India. As per Indian rule you can store money in Paypal but you can receive money through it. Let em tell you what you have to do to receive your money in bank.
1. Open an personal Paypal account for free
2. Add your PAN card number
3. Paypal will send two small payments to your bank account within 5 working days
4. Go to your Paypal account and enter those amounts to get verified.
5. Now you can set your Paypal email id as your commission method and receive money comfortably.
Now for purchasing you have only few options.
1. If you have a credit card then there is no problem. You can use it directly or through Paypal
2. If you do not have a credit card, ICICI Visa debit card works too
3. Other wise you need to contact your bank service provider to make payment.
4. There is also one more option for payment through Virtual credit card. In that case you need to create a virtual credit card provided by one third party online. Then you can send money to that from your bank account through online money transfer. Then you can use that for purchasing too. But this is bit risky as you involve a third party
