A major part of building your SFI and TripleClicks business is being able to communicate with everyone that you will be involved with as you are growing you team. We all know that at this present time most (if not all) of our communications will be done through writing (typing on your keyboard).

We will find that we need to write messages using the stream post, newsletters, Ecards, forum and ASK SC and a host of other things. Your success in SFI can be enhanced or hampered by the way we express ourselves with our writing.

Writing is like any other skill that we have acquired during our life. All the skills we possess have come through trial and error in attempting to get better results one of the best ways to learn any skill is through observation and practice.

How do you observe writing? Easy – just start reading how other affiliates in SFI are writing their forum post and newsletters and etc. The more you read the better of a writer you will become. Learn to look beyond the words – notice the structure of the message, the tone, flavor and flow of the words as they form a paragraph.

Some people believe that you have to know all these long complicated words to be a good writer – that is far from the truth. If you explain something to someone in your team using whatever vocabulary that you now use as if you were explaining something to a friend then your message will get the point across without all those fancy, long words.

As a matter of fact using the simplest, easy to understand words in your messages is the best way to communicate with your teammates. The reason being is that not all your affiliates will speak the same language as you do so the easiest way to get your message said the better it is.

The more you read and the more you write the better you will get at communicating with your teammates.

Just remember the most important aspect of your writing should be up-lifting, positive and contain good useful information – if you do that in your communication then you will do just fine.

One of the best knowledge based tools for our SFI and TripleClicks business is the forum that was created for the SFI affiliates.

The easiest way to learn new things is to read all you can and our forum has posts listed that can answer almost every question you could come up with when needing an answer to something that has you stumped.

I would like to say that even if there were no points awarded for visiting the forum daily I would still visit the forum 3 or 4 times a day. If you are visiting the forum just for the single VersaPoint each day then that is all you will gain from using the forum – 1 point

To gain the most from the forum each day I purposely look for posts that will help me in building my SFI and TripleClicks business. When I find some new information that will help me or my team in having better success in what I am doing I will copy the information and put it in a file using windows. When I copy the post I will include who wrote the post and the link in where to find it again if needed.

I have the same category listing as SFI forum does so I will put the new copied post in the same category in my files this makes it easy for me to refer to it when I need to. By doing this I am creating a fantastic knowledge base that I can continue to learn from, at my own pace, without having to log in.

You can gain a lot more from the forum when you personally answer someone else’s questions. After answering their question scroll to the bottom of the page and select the “Subscribe to this thread” button.

When subscribed to a thread that you have answered you will get the answers sent directly to you from other affiliates who answered the same questions. By doing this you could find easier or better ways to have gotten your answer across. And you will see if other people agreed with you or if they posted a helpful criticizing reply.

This action has helped me tremendously in answering questions in the forum and in ASK SC answers as well.

Visit the forum for knowledge and to share what you have learned, your new knowledge will pay you dividends for the rest of your life. Knowledge is power that is paid back in income.

SFI is one the only on-line marketing company that I know of which freely gives their affiliates CSAs (Co-Sponsored Affiliates). Receiving affiliates that you did not sponsor nor were they “spill over” from your sponsor.

The overriding commissions you earn from these gifted CSA is a whopping 15% of the commission value in the purchases or sales they make. I know 15% doesn’t sound like much but when you add up sales from a few hundred CSAs the income potential is very high.

Our personal responsibility to those CSAs that are given to us is about the same as the responsibilities we have with our own PSAs (Personally Sponsored Affiliates).

Your CSAs are part of your team it is a second income stream for you and you should be doing all you can to help develop that source of income by helping your CSAs whenever they request it or when you can see that they need help.

In SFI every affiliate is someone’s CSA. You have a sponsor and a Co-Sponsor – they are both there (or should be) to assist you in growing your business. Your CSAs sponsor should be glad to know that you are helping their affiliates. You do not need to worry about crossing boundaries when you are assisting someone in your team.

I try to treat my CSAs the same way that I do my PSA with very little difference in what I am willing to do for them without checking with their sponsor. It is not my place to know about how their sponsor is treating them unless my CSA shares that information with me.

A few of my top CSAs have really good sponsors who are working hard to help their teammates and a little extra help from me as their Co-Sponsor only adds icing on the cake.

Work with your workers (movers) whether they are CSAs or PSAs and you can’t go wrong

To ensure continuous growth in your new SFI and TripleClicks business you will have to learn how to start advertising to gain good results. Good results do not come easily but with time and practice your ads will start attracting sign-ups and conversions.

When running ads of any kind there are some basic rules that can help keep you from making drastic mistakes that will ruin your ad before it even gets started.

NEVER USE HYPE: On-line marketing has changed a lot in the recent years. In the past hype attracted people by the thousands. In today’s market hype is tossed into the garbage heap. The surfers on the net can detect hype right away and your ad will be ignored instantly.

NEVER USE COPYWRITED MATERIAL WITHOUT PERMISSION: Using other people graphics, images and content can get you into a lot of legal trouble. It will also ruin your presence on the net as a plagiarist (stealing other people’s information).

STOPPING YOUR ADS TO SOON: Most people must see your ad at least 6 to 9 times before they will respond. Running your ad one day during the week will not be very effective. The longer your ad runs the better results you will receive.

NOT KEEPING TRACK RECORDS: In order for you to learn which ads are good and getting the results you want you will have to keep records of your key codes as far as where (what site) and when (what time of day, or week), the number of hits received compared to the number of affiliate sign ups.

MAKING YOUR AD TO LONG: Keep your ads short and to the point. When I come to a long winded ad I delete it and move on and I know a lot of the surfers out there are doing the same thing. They do not want to waste their time reading long boring ads.

ADVERTISING TO THE WRONG PEOPLE: You must target your ads to go to the people who are looking for what you have to offer. In other words, don’t advertise fishing gear to those who are looking for cosmetics.

The new signing bonuses are a great boost to our business building efforts. I have noticed that I am getting much more “hits” than I have been getting without the plan. As a result there will be more sign-ups when using the signing bonuses adverts.

Are there good ways or better ways to advertise these new bonuses packages along with our regular advertising? Personally; I must say that there is always room for improvement in our advertising campaigns. But to label one as a “good way” or “better way” cannot be determined by any one’s personal opinion.

Some affiliates may advertise in one certain manner that you do not agree with – yet they are getting good results. The “good” way to promote anything is to do what you do best and then do more of it.

Through testing and tracking you can build your own “response” charts with the information from your adverts. When your responses are higher and your hits are greater in number and the click through rate is up then you are doing something right just keep doing more of the same.

Do not be afraid to try new advertising sites and methods – staying with the same site all the time or using the same advertising methods will more than likely continue to bring you the same results.

As far as what I am doing that is working “good;” I have linked the Join My Team URL (Which has the new signing bonuses installed) to one of my Prestige Domains and then I use solo ads for my advertising some paid and some free – The results were the same for me this week so next week I will try “free” solo ads and do more of it.

The email script I use with my solo ads contain very little information – just enough to get their curiosity juice’s flowing. I end the email with a call to action request and include my gateway link and email address.

The only way I know of to find good ways of advertising is to learn how to track all your advertising results like stated above and go with the ones that are showing successful results, you may have to test several different ways to come up with a winner ad combination.

In building your SFI and TripleClicks business one of the first things you are going to find out is just how important it is to develop good communication relationships with your teammates.

With you being the leader of your group it will be your responsibility to share with your team how important it is to stay in communication with each other. This is no easy task and it will take a lot of trial and error to start getting good connections from your teammates.

SFI has made it easier for the team leaders to build good communications with our teammates through the free multiple methods provided for us. Such as: Ecards, the Stream, the forum, live chat, and various mailers.

One of the easiest ways of teaching your teammates how important it is to communicate with you is to “tell them.”

Right from the day a new affiliate enrolls in my team, the E Card I send them, tells them how important it is for them to keep in contact with me and then I list a few ways in which they can do that.

Once a month in my team mails I will also stress how important it is to keep in contact with me, I let them know that I can only work with those who take the time and effort to share their desires and needs with me – “I cannot help if I do not know what you need.”

All the team leaders can really do is to set an example of the importance of good communication by using all of the methods provided by SFI and occasionally using other sources such as social systems, Skype and personal emails and phone calls.

Keep in mind that not all of your active affiliates will communicate with you – and that is OK because it is their business respect that and work with those who are willing.

As long as you keep “showing” how important team communication is, you are doing your part, the results are in their hands.

It is easy for a new affiliate that just joined SFI to rush through the training material to gain as many VersaPoints as possible thinking that is the way to earn money in SFI. While doing this it is easy to get facts so mixed up that all it can do is confuse them as to how to start their new home business.

As Team Leaders and sponsors we should realize that the “duplication” process does not mean to copy everything you are doing at the same rate of speed that you are progressing at. Yes you are to train them in the easy steps of building their home business with SFI and TripleClicks – some affiliates will learn fast and start duplicating the good business building techniques you are using – and some affiliates – well they take a little longer to catch on.

True confusion is caused when someone will read instructions and just do not understand what is being taught. This type of confusion will take understanding on your part as a sponsor. You should send your affiliates detailed, easy to understand instructions on that one particular issue - when the confusion is cleared up then your new affiliate can move on to more progress.

Another kind of confusion is caused, as I said earlier, by not properly reading the training material and trying to go to fast. When confronted with this kind of confusion it is best to direct them to the LaunchPad or forum or ASK SC answers by giving them a link.

Remember feeling confused about a situation is an ugly position to be in – no one wants to be confused for very long so it is very important to find the answers that they need as soon as possible. Always handle the confused affiliate in a sympathetic, professional manner.

Remember confusion is caused by a lack of knowledge or understanding – clear up the issues and duplication will take place.

Building a business with SFI and TripleClicks is an exciting adventure for any person young or old, newbie or experienced. What is even more exciting is when your spouse is backing you 100% and helping in the building of your home business.

When I first started SFI I had a long talk with my spouse and we agreed on a budget of time and money that I could use to get this business in a profit making situation. Of course my spouse was a bit skeptical in the beginning and had warned me that “those on-line” things are more of a scam than anything else.

One of the best things I could have ever done was to share with my spouse the good, bad and ugly things that happened in my new business venture. The thing is, my spouse started encouraging me to keep pressing forward but do it with caution.

I shared every product with my spouse before purchasing it. Every time a new program was added to SFI I excitedly shared it. Every day my spouse started asking me how SFI was doing and asked about my team and my movers.

When I got my first payday we both sat there and had a really good laugh. But the reality of SFI was proof in the payment. We both got excited and agreed to increase my time involvement and also increased the financial investments.

My spouse has now become a part of my business building with SFI and TripleClicks – handing out Gift Cards, sharing testimonies on the products we use – my spouse is responsible for about ¼ of the sales I am making through TripleClicks.

The way it has worked with me is that I shared everything with my spouse – I held nothing back, totally open as I said I shared the good, bad and ugly things along with all the exciting things also.

Show that you believe in what you are doing be honest, don’t use any hype, ask for your spouse’s opinion and suggestions. By doing this you will gain their support and trust. Most of all you will gain the best business partner you can get – Your own spouse!

You can however bring peace to your customers by showing them the Icon of GeoTrust at the bottom of almost every page in SFI and TripleClicks. This Icon cannot be purchased you have to earn it. It is a symbol of a company being very trustworthy.

Another noteworthy item to show your customers is the beginning of the URL for TripleClicks which is “https//” the “s” in this address is showing that it is a trusted site for doing business with on the Internet.

It is also good to inform your customers that TripleClicks has been in business for 16 years. A company that cannot be trusted will never last that long.

The rating TripleClicks has with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) is relatively high for a company that has been business for 16 years.

All the statements listed can above help your customers see that doing business with TripleClicks is safe and secure.

But the most and best method to share with your customers is your personal experience with TripleClicks as to when you place an order, pay for it and then receive notice of when your product has shipped and how quick you received your product. Personal testimony carries a lot more clout then what you might think.

I have come to realize that it is to our best interest to be promoting locally and globally.

You may have more success with those who are in your local area, especially if you reside in a large city. When I lived in a large city, I had my hands full with local prospects, sometimes more than I could handle. Prospects are more likely to sign up with someone who is from their own area. This may be done because your prospects know they will be able to get better service from someone living nearby.

When you have affiliates within your area, it is much easier to have business meetings and social gatherings. This helps you to build a more solid base of affiliates.

When ordering products the shipping cost can be lowered by a group of your personal affiliates batching their orders together. (This is suggested by TripleClicks).

One of the best reasons for promoting in your location is that you will develop better relationships with your affiliates. The better the relationship will create a stronger group and higher incomes.

That said, because SFI and TripleClicks is a global business, we cannot overlook the value in having your personal business reach the far corners of the world. So promoting on the Internet opens the possibilities of having affiliates from other countries and speaking different languages. What a great way to learn different cultures and lifestyles.

The world is at our fingertips and waiting for those who are bold enough to reach out and touch the lives of strangers in foreign countries. To help someone in a deprived country with SFI gives them a chance to change their lives for the better.

Because I live in the backwoods of the Ozarks, I need to do almost all of my recruiting through the Internet. Now I could use targeted advertising to reach large cities in the States so that I could have affiliates from my own country, but I find it more exciting to be building a base of international relationships.

I plan to build an empire, and I want to help as many people I can to climb that mountain to the top with me, and that, my friends, must be done by utilizing local and global methods.
