I have affiliates come to me for help who are not part of my team--should I help them or send them away?

You can and certainly should help the affiliates that come to you for help. Remind them to contact their sponsor and upline by clicking on the "Contact your Sponsor/Team Leaders" link next to their picture, but let them know that you are happy to help them as much as you possibly can. When we help each other, we all benefit from it, both internally from the good feeling of helping someone, and financially.
Many payment restrictions in my country make it very difficult to buy from TripleClicks. What can I do?

Great question! Perhaps, the TripleClicks Payoneer card is the solution to your payment restriction problems. Signing up for one will also provide you with 500 VP in SFI. The Payoneer card can be used to purchase products from TripleClicks. In addition, if you sell items on TripleClicks, you can receive your payments from the sale of your items on the Payoneer card. You can then get your money off the Payoneer card via ATM or use the card to make purchases at stores. In some stores, you may be able to get cash back at the register while paying for your purchases and not have to use an ATM to get the cash off of your Payoneer card.
