Getting Affiliates that will be doing daily tasks on regular basics depends on one main thing "WHERE ARE YOU GETTING THE AFFILIATES FROM?" Yes, you must put this into consideration. Another thing to consider is "ARE YOU A GOOD LEADER?". Keep advertising some advertising methods brings many low quality signups while some brings few high quality signups. Know what you want and work towards it... after all, we all want a good and responsive team to work with so better go for the quality signups. Most of the things here is about trial and error. If one you've tried didn't work well, try another. If others can be successful, i see no reason why you can't if you work hard. Communicate with your team, check their VP Ledgers, offer to help them, reward them with incentives, set contests, etc. Keep working and learning every day. Do not ever give up!
