Remember one very important point: SFI PROVIDES A SYSTEM, WHERE YOU HAVE TO DEVELOP A STRONG TEAM SPIRIT. Without this you cannot stay for long. By scoring vps you can easily become an EA or TL. But without an active team you will get tired. To develop your team spirit, complete your Launchpad lessons and SFI Basics with full attention and understanding each and every word. Then take actions. Recruit and train your downline. Pay special attention to your MOVERS. Your training and their actions will automatically take you to the highest level of Team Leadership.

How do you keep affiliates who are yet to earn anything motivated when family and friends are consistently telling them they are wasting their time?

Family & friends are very close to everybody and effect one's actions & thinking in many ways. To prove yourself right, you have to show them something solid. New affiliates are lacking experience and they are in need of somebody with proven success. Their upline at SFI are ones who can provide them a solid example to follow. So they should assist them at this stage, paying special attention to some important points as follows:
1. This must be cleared that SFI is not a quick rich system. It is a real business and have to work hard devotedly and be patient & persistent. At the end they are going to earn unbelievable income.
2. Offer them full of your assistance, recognition, encouragement by rewarding them Gift Certificates, TCredits, Re-assignments, Free shares in Co-ops etc. Until you see that they are up and running on their own.
3. In communications with them be like a real friends discussing all the aspects of life, other than business as well.
4. Show them your benefits and earnings you are getting which will encourage them.

I have affiliates who are inactive. Is it a good idea or bad idea to reassign them to my active affiliates?

Always there is hope. And there are chances. Here should be a hope. Sometime changes are better. So re-assigning your in-active affiliates to active affiliates will give you some benefits which you will not get without re-assigning:
1. You will get 5vps if the reassigned affiliate scored 600vps or above.
2. Your affiliate whom you assigned will be encouraged. But tell him/her that this is an assignment for him/her to get expertise using SFI tools and should take it as a challenge to make that re-assigned affiliate active.
3. Consider some points in re-assigning. For example, both parties if belong from same country, it will be easy for them to communicate and may be this point will encourage inactive affiliate to take interest. So if he becomes active, still you will be benefited.

You have to act professionally to motivate them:
1. Call them/secretary & give them some important points briefly in appealing/convincing manners and get appointment.
2. Visit them in time, well dressed, having all the tools ( Brochures, BusinessCards, Laptop etc. ) with professional look.
3. Give them detailed presentation, testimonials & provide them with SFI/TC Brochures, which will impress them.
4. Provide them all the assistance they required any time by giving them your contacts.

Nice question. Are you really interested to make money here at SFI? Not dreaming but in reality, then you have to spend some time to understand the system and taking proper actions. One important point you have to clear to yourself that it is not a get rich overnight system. And there is no such system anywhere but only in beautiful world of dreams.
After you understand this and ready to move forward, go through SFI BASICS & LAUNCHPAD step by step, paying attention to each word.
Learn, Apply & Earn, its that simple.
Initially get easy vps and be an EA, retain your status as EA at least, then learning & applying information provided by SFI, you will see how your income will start growing. Good Luck.

Facebook has policy to dis-approve SFI paid ads. In first attempt for $10, I came to know this and then I stopped completely. Other than paid ads, there are many free ads pages and even my own page at Facebook, I am advertising without any problem. So better save your money.
