How can you be an SFI Team Leader if you're not a born leader?

Very few people are a born leader.
I was so shy I didn't talk to anyone until I was in grade 3, yet as a leader, I have the vision to what I want
And
All I need to do is share MY vision
And MY dream
And the steps I took to get here, going on 5 years, and let people see the opportunities.
I can't convince people, but I can show the dream of my passion, and they either see the opportunities, or not....
That is how I lead, from my humble beginnings to this....
Not a born leader, but having great success

What should new affiliates NOT do in their first month?

My suggestion is never reach bronze or above the first month at the expense of saving some of the VP to carry you over into the second month.
Read all the articles, but stop at 1500 VP clicking for points...
...because being bronze or higher in the first month at the expense of the following month, isn't worth it as you get paid on previous months sales and activity, and first month it will not benefit you any.
...and the result is then losing hope as you drop back to Affiliate, and is the reason many people leave or give up.

How do I convince someone to try SFI when they've had bad experiences previously with online businesses?

I always stress it is NOT a get rich quick.
Other businesses all indicate you can make $10,000 overnight as you sleep, which we all know, and have probably tried, is impossible in most cases.
So since it is free to join
and doesn't promise riches overnight, it is different.
Worth a try and if you don't like it and want to leave it costs nothing to leave.
You might just like it.
What should you say to your PSAs when they say they are going to quit because they are putting out more than they are receiving?

I would tell people, that you really only need to invest $32.00 a month to become EA.
When you build a physical business you need a location and inventory, which can cost thousands and thousands, yet this business can be built for $32 a month and some good hard work. This is a business you cannot buy your way in without work, as SFI is set up that way, and so $32 is all you need to spend, that's under $400 a year for lifetime benefits.
You don't need to go broke on SFi buying many other things....just work consistency.

Why do some affiliates find success with SFI in just weeks, while for others it takes months or years?

In a single word, perseverance , would be the first reason.
Starting from Day one every day actually read the information, and read it again the next day not just pressing for the points but reading it,and in my case each article many times, each time seeing something you can learn from it.
LAUNCHPADS are probably the most important resource behind the reference pages on how to write ads. The LAUNCHPADS give in a story form many helpful tips or information. If everyone read them many times, the answers to most all of the questions and confusion people bring to the forum are contained within them, or the information on the tabs on the home page.
There you get everything you need,
But the key is READ
Not just collect points.
My success came in the early months because of the information I read online, as I had a sponsor who never once answered my questions.
Now there is no need to ask questions, if I don't know an answer I know what tab or which launchpad to look for it, and can respond to my downline rapidly.

How can I get my affiliates to see the benefits of playing games like Knockout Trivia so they will play them?

To see the benefits of trivia, you only need to watch a game.
Check out the formulation of the answers, and see the process you can use to select the correct one. Give it a try and win tcredits.
Once you have tried and won once, you have enough tcredits to keep playing and win over and over.
Invite them to check out some of your wins.
If you could completely start over with SFI today, knowing what you know now, what would you do differently?

I would not do very much differently.
I advertised 30 ads a day for one year, but I would have started product sales sooner and pushed the ads a bit more than attracting as many affiliates.
Now we have so many incredible products, which was not as established when I began, and my enthusiasm for sales only started in my second year.
Also I believe the best opportunities would be gained by doing more presentations locally, which I did in school gyms for a few months and when they became too expensive I abandoned the idea, where I should have continued in a smaller venue giving group presentations, even while waiting for children practice for sports, where parents all just sit around.

What was your greatest challenge to success in SFI...and how did you overcome it?

Single greatest challenge I had was remembering every single morning to sign in and do my basic VP.
Once I remembered that, when I signed into the site I would say
"Why not me?"
And go place 10 ads.
10 ads accumulated to 70 active ads by month end, and I saw the potential ...thousands of active ads working for me...and I never forgot to sign in and do dailies again, and reached EA every month.
What makes you persevere with SFI and not quit?

I persevere because I have an income coming every month, I enjoy the trivia and auctions, and every year the income improves.
Every year the number of people who become friends improves, and the sales and ads out there grow each year.
Five years in I can see the progress, and enjoy the opportunity and unlimited potential I see in the business.
Which is more effective--distributing TCards online or in person?

I think distributing TC gift cards on line is more effective because you can reach so many people so fast, from all over the world.
Delivering in person relies on the locality you beside in, and the number of interested people locally.
Certainly internet exposure is farther and faster.
Getting thousands of people with one single internet or email add, you get response from a dozen, and hand out a doEn gift cards to potential customers in a matter of a very short time.
