I really like this question. Don't you know that you can get your success via Pricebenders?
Well, here is my best tip. Know when to bid and when not to bid. Know the winning moments. There are two situations for a perfect winning moments. 1) When the timer is going towards zero 2) when know one is in auto bid. Be patient in waiting for this winning moments. Of course have at least 200 TC with you!!!

Gift certificate can be used in several ways to boost our SFI business. As you know our two main sources of income here at SFI are from commission and share from executive pool. Gift certificate then should contribute towards these two.
1) You can use it to motivate your PSA to work harder by giving gift certificate as incentives.
2) You can use gift certificate to give incentives to your customer in TripleClicks and a way of saying thank you.
3) You can use gift certificate to invite your TC customers to join SFI.
4) You can use gift certificate to recruit prospective new affiliates both in SFI and triple Clicks.
These make Gift certificate a great SFI business booster.

First of all you must not attempt to send ECA postcards to businesses which are explicitly prohibited by SFI found in this list, they are out. http://www.tripleclicks.com/ECA/Guidelines.php.
Second to consider is the delivery of the items. How difficult or how easy it is. - This the reason why digital products is one of the best. Those that can be delivered through the internet.
Third is experience of your prospective ECA. Have they done this type of online transactions before. - So those who have already their online store is the best business to invite at SFI.
Fourth those in your locality who want to try online selling. But you need to assist them step by step if they agreed to be an ECA.

Success in SFI will boil down to having a LOT of affiliates. And this is usually the bottleneck. specially if a person is shy and can't even present SFI to friends. To tell you even if you are not shy and is good in sales talk you can not get the amount of affiliates needed to be successful in SFI. You must have a steady flow of affiliates month after month. The most effective way of getting affiliates is not by sales talk but working hard with your online ads whether its paid or free. You can even buy sign ups and put a paid ads that will give hundreds of affiliates per day. The S-builder Coop is very effective also.

How can I set up automatic messages to go out to my current and future affiliates?

It depend on what automatic mesaging you want. If you want want a series of messages to be sent at regural interval then Auto-responders can do this. But if you like to send different message to different people in your genealogy then you must do filtering first then click that envelop icon to send message to those people that you filter.
There is a limitation on automatic messaging - That is you lost the personal touch. Do not substitute this to individual personal communication especially those that needs special attention.

Yes New affiliates always have in mind what can they earn from their new found earning opportunities. We don't have to spend money to give them what they are looking for and what we know they need on their first month in SFI. We can provide them with three things.
1. The 500 Bonus Points the will get if they earn 500 points.- this a tangible thing that they like to see.
2. Our assistance and service- Assure them that you will be available to mentor them until they become successful.
3. Friendship - Offer friendship to your new affiliates.
Later you add more incentives as they start to work their task. Like TCredits for them to try selling their stuff or try the Pricebender's auction.

How would you go about organizing a seminar to introduce new, high-quality SFI affiliates?

This is exactly what I want to do. I have here an outline on how to go over this seminar.
I. Before The Seminar
a. Objective of the Seminar: Example: To recruit at least 10 High level affiliates
b. Participants: By priority
i. People involve in Network Marketing
ii. People who are keen on earning online.
iii. Others.
c. Method of Invitation: Email, call, FaceBook Event.
d. Venue: Place and facilities
e. Date:
f. Seminar Content – Power point presentation. The quality of the content will largely depend on my knowledge of SFI business model. So there is need to study all angles in doing business with SFI/Triple Clicks. This should also fit the time, and the audience.
g. Program – Flow of the seminar.
II. During the Seminar
a. Registration with Name, Email address and FB ID.
b. Internet Connection.
c. Sign-up station
d. Card with my Link.
I make sure that before they go out of the seminar they have already sign-up.
III. After the Seminar.
a. I will have three venues where I can communicate with them.
i. Inside SFI.
ii. Yahoo-Group
iii. FB Group.
b. I will prepare some contest among the particpants who signed up

What kinds of contests do your affiliates seem to respond best to?

Contest must be beneficial to everyone. It benefits both the participants and the one sponsoring the contest.
Here are some ideas:
1) First to reach EA status, or BTL or STL. OR all who can reach certain status.
2) First to reach 1500VP or 3,000VP etc. OR all who can earn certain points
3) First to recruits 5 ot 10 or 20 (etc.) affiliates. OR all who can recruit certain number of affiliates.
4. First to have sales from Triple Clicks. Or if you are an ECA first to sell your product.
5) First to earn $100 or whatever amount. OR All who can earn certain amount.
Basic Rules to follow in sponsoring a contest:
1. Contest should be done in monthly basis since the counting of all the above are monthly.
2. Prices must be substantial to attract participants.
3. Must be appropriate to the level of generation in your genealogy. Most of this are done first to your PSA then CSA.But if you are an ECA you can move your contest to all levels if your contest is selling your product.

When should we give up on CSAs who don't respond to our messages or do anything?

When to give up on or our CSA's? Not until they opt out or you can not longer keep them because you are not able to maintain your EA status.
You may give up the personalized individual communication but keep him in your general communication. Because in reality there are so many reasons why they don't respond or do something.
1) They might be facing personal problems. Who can attend to SFI if you are battling with a recent divorce for example?
2) There are just people who are slow learners.
3) They are sick
4) they are full convince yet that its worth the time.
5) They might in assignment where no internet connection.
We think of so many reasons... Just keep them there your genealogy because the reality is you can not also remove them from your list hehehehe..

SFI/TC is a profitable online business, do doubt about it. We don't have to sugar coat it. Just tell it as it is. We don't have to force it to someone. Our duty is know the facts and familiarize ourselves with SFI's Business model so that we can present exactly how great SFI/TC opportunity is. You must be convince yourself that SFI/TC works, your own experience with SFI/TC will help you how to tell your prospects sincerely and truthfully without overselling it.
