PSA's are always better to pursue without actively refusing CSA's. Here are the reasons.

1. It gives you higher commission value (CV) percentage of 45% compare to only 15% from CSAs.

2. It helps you build your downlines which will be our source of matching VPs later. PSA's are the foundation of our 12 level organization that will give us massive income.

3. Most of the time we are in control in Finding PSAs. We can look for them from free ads sites and from paid ads site. We can also buy them from TripleClicks and win them from Pricebenders Auction. While most of our PSA's are award to us every month according to our ranks. We can also win them from Pricebenders auction but we don't have full control on having them. We can not sign up somebody as our CSA.

Nevertheless we do not actively refuse CSA's in fact we should treat them the same as our PSA's once they are already in our organization. We help and assist them same as our PSA's. We send them same information as our PSA's and we befriend them same as our PSA's. Remember that even if they give us less benefits but active CSA's are much much better than inactive PSA's.

In all types of business, you invest expecting a greater returns, same here at SFI its good to think of what would be the returns of any expense to give.

Transferring TC to our PSA and CSA will have the following benefits.

1. If you transfer TC to your affiliates that can help them turn into EA2 then you can have both VP for action and matching points.

2. If transfer as rewards for maintaining a rank then you can benefit same as no. 1.

3. You build relationship with your affiliates.

4. Can increase to approval rating as sponsor and c0-sponsor.

5. Your affiliates can try Pricebender and if he likes it and buy more TC thens you will benefit a lot.

I think I can consider myself as successful in SFI because my earnings is far more greater than my expenses. I have 19 badges under my name and presently # 1 in country and class leader boards.

How many hours am I spending per week to be considered as successful? Honestly, I do not count the numbers of hours I spent with SFI. I am logging in daily and every time I am vacant I go to SFI. SFI is simply enjoyable to spend time with.

If you will limit your number of hours per week, you won't go to far with your SFI business. You should simply hang around SFI and TripleClicks if you want to be successful.

Oh by the way, on the lighter side, if you really want to know the number of hours I spent with SFI, you can ask my wife, she keeps the records hehehehe.

It's good to answer this question with the bases of comparison in mind.

1. As to RESULT - Paid ads is more effective because the site have already visitors that are always coming back to their site. It also have little competition compared to free ads therefore have better chance of getting affiliates.

2. AS to COST - Free ads are obviously better. But if you monetize the efforts that you do then paid ads may turn to be less cost.

3. As to EFFORTS - paid ads take lesser efforts that the free ads.

4. As to TIME to get Results - Paid ads can give you results in shorter time.

5. As to QUALITY of affiliates - It will be fairly the same, no one can guarantee the quality of sign-up in both.

Conclusion,

If you have money to do paid ads go ahead its the best and more effective. But if none, well, what can you do but to go to free ads.

There are several areas here at SFI where an affiliate can be considered as superstar. Their achievement are summarized by the badges under his/her name. A real superstar will have 15 to more than 20 badges under his name.

Presently, I have 19 badges. I am number 1 both country and class power rank, I am in the top 200 overall power rank, I am a fast tracker, I have 100K votes as top author in ask SC and many other badges. I am also receiving a lot of a2a friend's invite and lots of questions from my downlines and a2a friends, and of course already earning enough.

I am not saying this to brag but if you consider me as one of the superstars here at SFI then you might get valid information to this question.

I reach this level by doing three things.

1. I never stop recruiting and mentoring affiliates. - Affiliates (PSA, PRM, ECA and the assigned or won CSA) are our foundation here at SFI. Aside from giving us our direct commission, they also give us valuable free VP's that we need for ranking. So, I do recruitment from free sites, I advertise also in paid sites, I try winning them from PriceBender and I bought them from TripleClicks and I buy S-builder also. Once they are in my team I assist those who really want to succeed like me.

2. I am gathering all free VP's daily and buying items from TripleClicks to add the required VP for my rank. My income from my affiliates enable me to buy more and earn more VP's to maintain my position in the power rank.

3. I read and research a lot and because of my knowledge of SFI, I can assist my affiliates well. I also device strategies on how to get to the top. I also answer many question in the forum and here at Ask SC, and many of my answer are voted at the top.

Your personally earned VP is what will make superstars from the outside, where all other people will see, but your earning is what will make you superstars from the inside where only you can see. These income is brought to you by your affiliates.

There is one thing to keep in mind when joining Pricebenders Auction. "You are competing with real people with different strategies" therefore there is no single technique that can make you win. It's very dynamic therefore you must observe the behaviours of the bidder.

However there are general techniques that you can follow.

1. Waiting for the Winning Moment to come. How do we know the winning moments?
a. The timer is going once... going twice.. consecutively 3 to 5 times.
b. There must be no autobidder. If there is you must be willing to dislodge him.
c. Attack and load your autobidder.
d. When the item is no autobid just continuously click the bid button.

2. Show your Muscle - Buy about 1,000TC and just put in in autobid until everyone surrender. If you do this several times and the bidders notice your behavior, you will be winning items at low prices next time. The reason is they will be afraid to compete with you.

3. Toying Around - You also need big Stock of TC. Your Technique is just preventing anybody from winning. Until the time that you will be the person bidding up to the ending of bidding time. So you bid only once you see the timer going once..

4. Intermittent Autobid Attack - You go on auto bid at the start put probably 50 to 60 TC. After that you stop and wait for the time that the time is again going once.. going twice.. 2 to 3 times. Then Attack again with 50 to 100 TC. You will not stop however if you remain as the last person in at the end of the timer.

How the number of TC needed? You must have at least 200TC to 500TC to have a good fight.

Generally, you need both the quantity and the quality. SFI is an internet marketing and the reality of internet marketing is only 1 to 5 percent will be catch and see the opportunity and will get active. With this statistics you need the quantity first before you can select the quality affiliates. That is the truth in internet marketing.

Nevertheless we can increase the quality of our sign ups if we know what kind of affiliates are we looking for and we know where to look for them.

What kind of affiliates are we looking for that we can say that they are quality affiliates? For me good quality affiliates are those:
1. Who have tried network marketing or keen to earning online.
2. Who have credit cards or paypal account and have tried doing transaction/buying online.
You probably can guess now why those two qualities makes a an affiliate good quality affiliates.

Now where do find these people?

1. Well, one obvious answer is from people that you know personally or known to your friend. Find ways to bring those two qualities in your conversation.

2. From social media, you can also find people who have interest in online earning. Example in facebook just search for topic online earning and you will be shown with so many groups about earning online. Join those groups and you find yourself in the middle of like minded people, and start commenting in their post. Now, how do you know they have credit cards? hehehehe well, people from first world country (North America, Australia and Europe) almost all of them have credit cards. You can identify them through their family names and pictures. Start befriending them. You can the same in twitter.

So at the beginning of your campaign expect that 50 to 80 percent of the people you approach will be negative. So accept it because its normal. It is like finding an Ace in a deck of cards, there will be many that are not Ace.

Happily, SFI has given us other paths to move forward with our SFI business. Let me mention few of them.

1. You can buy S-Builders where you don't have to promote you just wait for your PSA to arrive.

2. You can join Co-op with your sponsor where together can put a paid ads.

In both cases you can let them signed up immediately by:

1.Telling them that the answers to their questions are inside the SFI website, so, they need to sign-up to access them.

2. Telling them that's it free to sign-up anyway and they can opt out anytime. They have nothing to loss.

3. Tell them that you are there to guide them to the answer.

When you tell them these,it is very important that you are familiar with the contents of SFI website and where to find the answers to their questions so that when they sign-up you can lead them to the answers.

Young people who are unemployed or underemployed have plenty of time to promote SFI. I assume that the persons you are referring to, also lacks resources but because the y have plenty of time it can compensate and be successful here at SFI.

There are several marketing tools that are available in SFI both for finding affiliates and selling items from TripleClicks. What I want young people to do is to learn how to make a blog or website about SFI that they can use for marketing.

Just do it from free sources like Bloggers, Wordpress and google. Here are the reason why Blog or website or splash page is the best.

1. You have the control of the content. You can design it the way you want it and you can put anything you want.

2. You can promote it anywhere. It is not blocked from social media sites like FB.

3. If you employ SEO you can have a lot of free sign-up if your website or blog are on the first page of search engines.

4. You can use the skills you learn in making blog or website in any other online opportunities.

5. You can even sell it and will give you additional income to invest in SFI.
