Strange question! Why would you want to set up your SFI business to run on autopilot?

If you were a pilot you can fly your airplane on an autopilot, only if your plane is already cruising safely on a recommended altitude.
Even then the pilot has several hundreds of lives on his hand, including himself, so he can't afford to leave his plane on autopilot for a long time and let the computer do the whole work of landing the plane safely on to the ground. You'll crash.

It's the same thing with SFI. Some things can be set up on autopilot, like setting up the Standing Order, buying shares of advertising co-ops, or placing your bid on Autobid when bidding in an auction. That's all.

The rest of your SFI business requires you to do the task personally. If you have an autoresponder to look after your communication with your team, you won't be able to build a rapport and friendships with them. It's the reason why SFI don't recommend autoresponders.

SFI is a real business, it is your business to look after it, personally care for it to ensure it grows healthy and successful,
no one else will do it for you, not even an autopilot.

What a timely question! This has just happened to me this week, and the pain is still very raw.

It's not my PSA, but a very hardworking and active CSA sent me a note that said he is quitting because of the exact same reason you have mentioned. He said he is going to concentrate instead on a new business.

Of course, I was shocked and saddened by his message. So I wrote back and advised him to think it over before doing anything and to give his business a bit more time to grow. As BTL he had built a good size team and was consistently keeping his rank.

I said think hard of all the good work, time, effort and money he had invested in his business will be gone. That he's a very friendly, valuable member of my Team as we often share jokes and other messages in my Facebook as well as thru team mail.

I asked if he has discussed his decision with his sponsor. I tried to persuade him to take a break, but not to quit. However, if he really wanted to leave SFI, there's nothing I can do so wished him good luck. Still, I sent him a "Don't Go" E-card. And for a few days I was so happy to see him still on my Movers list. I thought my efforts were not in vain and he had reconsidered.

Only to be crushed when I saw his name on my OPT OUTS in my Genealogy lately. His reason- no time.

Sure, I felt hurt because I lost not only a valuable team member but also a friend. But, what else can I do? Now, I've learned to let go and wish him well in his new business and in whatever he does.

But life goes on, and more new 2-Home CSAs are coming, although one good person will never be replaced.

How do you handle prospects and affiliates who expect to get rich fast?

Explain in a simple and honest way that SFI is not a get-rich quick scheme. To support your answer, refer them to Day 11 of the Launchpad, which says in part:

“The fact is, anything worthwhile takes sustained effort. If that were not true, we'd all be the perfect weight, we'd all have perfect relationships, etc. It's the same thing with your own business. If you're thinking money's going to start pouring into your lap next month, you’ve set yourself up for failure..

We reap what we sow, but the harvest is never in the same season as the planting.”

Shifting from the quantity of sign-ups to quality ones depends on the manner on which you sponsored them.

With sign-ups bought from S-Builder or ECA, you can sort them out by the level of their commitment and activity.

Most will be zero producers, but some may show potential, who start with a few VPs, send their commitment message, and respond to your welcome letter. Some may become EA in one go, then you have found a real quality sign-up.

These are the quality ones you will need to work with closely. You can shift your attention, if that is what you mean,to these precious few, offer them support, guidance, and motivation to go on and become EA and beyond.

If you're using advertisement to recruit, then you can pre-qualify those who are interested with your smart use of ad words. I don't know much about this, but if you're able to attract plenty of sign-ups, then you repeat the process of sounding out their commitment and work only with those who are serious. Then you're able to shift your priority to work only with quality sign-ups.

If you're sponsoring through your "warm market" then you can possibly pick and choose the right people whom you want to bring into your business, thereby having only sign-ups whom you believe will be quality affiliates.

As you already know, sponsoring lots of PSAs is our major focus in building a team to work with and to shape and develop our SFI business into a strong and sustainable business.

CSAs are equally important to have for a strong team, and they provide a wonderful back up while we’re looking for workers among our PSAs.

For this reason my answer is to pursue both PSAs and CSAs.

If you want to create a major monthly income stream, you must use sponsoring and duplication. So we need to sponsor PSAS, by purchasing them through the S-Builder Co-op, PSAs To Go and other means.

To create a major income in SFI one has to learn to lead and grow a TEAM of active PSAs. As a Team Leader, you'll benefit from one of the most lucrative components of the SFI compensation plan: VersaPoints Matching.

It means that every month you can get matching shares of the TripleClicks Executive Pool on every PSA under you within up to 12 generations downline.

You also get Matching VPs on every one of your CSAs.

So for every VP they earn, YOU can earn matching VP! Many affiliates earn thousands of matching shares each month on the activities of hundreds of both PSAs and CSAs.

While PSAs come to your team as brand new and some may have no idea what SFI is and how to get started so will require training, motivating, and encouraging to log in everyday; some CSAs may have their own team already established and with maybe a rank higher than yours, and so will not require so much of your time in training them. To become EA this month, presuming it is your first month at SFI, is easy to achieve without spending a penny. Being broke should be a great motivation for you to become EA and this is my advice to you:-

1. Log in regularly, daily, to visit your Homepage and do all the red tabs on this page. Don't skip any items in the Daily To-Do list and ensure you have read and reviewed each item before clicking the blue button to get your point.

2. Work your way down to Monthly and Weekly actions to earn the points.

3. Complete the Getting Started and Intermediate actions, but leave the LaunchPad for next month. Just read the 30 lessons for your training and learning but do not collect the points. You will need this source of VP next month when you're aiming for EA2.

Between now and the end of the month you will have earned more points for the required 1500 VP to become EA. Develop the habit of successful people. Read and review the SFI BASICS and the SFI Rules of Success, visit the SFI Forum, rate and review questions and answers in ASK SC, and read, learn, and earn points. Leaders are learners and readers and earners.

Congratulations, you are now an EA! How does that feel? Don't let being broke get in your way, it's only temporary. Focus on the Big Picture and what you can do to become wealthy. All the best!

It is absolutely worth it to keep sending supportive emails to your inactive PSAs and CSAs, no matter how long they have been dormant or have zero VP.

You need to keep them informed, up-to-date and in the loop at all times even if you know they're not even reading your emails. You’ll never know when something in your message may hit the mark and arouse their interest.

A lot of very successful affiliates have said that when they joined they were not as interested in the business as they should have been. Others have full time jobs and family to worry about and time or money was the issue. But because of the weekly messages from their sponsors, they have decided one day to take another look at SFI.

Impressed by the tenacity of their sponsors in not giving up on them, they decided to give SFI another look and were surprised at the growth and speed of progress of SFI and TripleClicks and the success of its affiliates while they were still sitting on the fence. asleep or undecided, and not bothering to have a look-see at their own SFI business.

A lot have expressed their regret that they have wasted a long time ignoring the messages and emails and failed to realize the potential of SFI and failed to see the Big Picture.

Most PSAs and CSAs join SFI for different reasons, and those who joined out of curiosity or by accident will not necessarily get started, so they remain in the sideline, not understanding much about SFI and not sure whether to get started at all, hence they have zero VP.

For this reason, it is not only worth it to keep the communication lines open, to keep sending supportive emails, but to have the SFI door wide open for them to come back in and give the business and themselves a chance to grow and succeed.

That is a good question to ask, but why do you want to know ONLY the single most important thing you should be doing?

There simply is no such thing as Single Most Important Thing you should be doing, IF you want to be an effective and competent Team Leader. There are many!

First of all, understand you are starting on an exciting part of your journey in SFI, that of being a Team Leader to your team. You are also going to have some serious responsibilities towards your team and to yourself.

These suggestions may help you develop as an effective team leader.
You may choose only the "single most important thing" you think will help you to do your job as a Team Leader.

Think of your strengths and weaknesses. Study your strengths, what you’re good at, and have a plan on how to enhance your strengths. Suggestions are: Read motivational and inspiring books/articles/famous quotes by famous motivational authors. Check TC store for e-books listed in TC and ECAs stores, and order them. Then read them and absorb the knowledge.

Now think of your weaknesses- what are they?

. Do you have issues with relationships with your family/friends and with other people? Deal with this first, because it may influence with your relationship with your team such as, if you’re grumpy with your family/friends, then you’ll be grumpy with your team as well and will have no tolerance for some annoying habits.

. Do you have problems with focusing, organizing, or prioritizing? Read/review posts on these common problems as posted in the Forum and Ask SC. Read and learn more from articles and Affiliate Tips found in SFI Training.

. What other bad habits you have developed, dump them and replace with new good SFI habits. As a new team leader, you want your team to copy and emulate you, so whatever good habits you develop now you can be confident will be duplicated by your team.

These good SFI Habits are:

. Goal setting and planning your day. A must.

. Logging in Every Single Day, not only to do your daily tasks to earn your daily VP, but to check on what’s new at SFI, read the latest posts in SFI Forum, check your VP Ledger, accept/reject new a2a members or keep in touch with them.

. Setting up a Standing Order (this is the bugbear of some who don't want to invest in their own business, so lead the way).

. Preparing to submit your answer/s to new question/s submitted for voting at Ask SC for a chance to earn 100 VP for top answer, 50 VP for second best, and 25 VP for 3rd- 10th best. This is to encourage your team to participate and be involved.

. Making your presence known by getting involved in the Forum, by sharing tips,experiences, posting valuable comments that may help others and your team.

. Checking new products listed in TC Store and ECA stores you connect with, etc. to pass on to your team.

. Checking your Movers list, to see their progress, and sending E-Cards like Quick-Tips, Congrats, or anything, depending on their current activities and achievements.

. Checking your Genealogy to see the progress of others not on your Movers list, sending out E-Cards to those with red-flags for inactivity, in addition to your including them in your Weekly messages for continued support. One day one of them will read your message and see the light.

. While checking your Genealogy, check the health of your business: how many PSAs/CSAs you have in total, how many are actively contributing to your business, how deep your line is, how many have opted out, and how many PRMS are on your current list.

. Advertising by using the Marketing Aids, and other means, and buying a share in S-Builder, PSAs To Go, for new sign-ups, among others.

These are only a few of the important things you need to know in order to become an effective and successful Team Leader. You learn from others as you go, and you learn from your own mistakes. But you have to lead the way in order to develop all your potential to be a competent and effective Team Leader. But the question is: Will you?

Which are the best countries to advertise SFI in, SFI has the current list in our Growth tab.

India always tops the list, followed by the US, Philippines, Pakistan, UK, Canada, Nigeria, Bangladesh, Pakistan, etc. Which country produces the most number of leaders? There are a few PTLs from these countries, but there are also plenty of zero producers.

At the moment, the Balkans would be the best countries to advertise
SFI because of the number of leaders and PTLs coming from Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Italy.

For me, my Genealogy is showing majority of zero producers come from heavily populated and economically struggling countries for obvious reasons.

So if you're just wanting to know which best countries to advertise SFI in, my honest answer would be the Balkans, US, UK, Australia, Italy and Canada.

It’s been said that to find quality, you have to have quantity.

Building a successful team requires a number of good, active, and hardworking PSAs. And a steady supply of new ones. You may want to concentrate on a smaller number of EAs and train them to become Team Leaders, but there’s no guarantee that most, if not all, will stay active and keep working to achieve their goals.

While you’re working to get to the next level, and assured of a number of EAs to requalify, a lot of things may happen during the month. One EA may decide to take a break and not log in for days or weeks. Another one may get too busy with work and family and temporarily forget his business.

Worse, if none of them is on Standing Order, then you have a huge struggle on your hands. This is the problem with concentrating with a smaller number of EAs.

Asking them to set up Standing Orders is still a sensitive topic. Some will not want to be hassled into buying TripleClicks products if they are not ready and have no means to do it.

So a better goal would be to sponsor, if you can, hundreds of new PSAs not only every year but every month. Look at the top enrollers. Do you have any idea how many thousands of new affiliates they are signing up every month?

There is safety in numbers. Not all who join SFI will be active, or even get started at all.

So while you’re working with your workers, you won’t have to worry too much about some who may not be there the following month and you’re back on square one.

So sponsor hundreds of PSAs, if possible, in a month, not in a year for the above reasons.
