As a rule of thumb give it to people that are likely to sign-up and has the potential to be active. Here are the characteristics of people who will likely become active.

1. They are keen on earning from the internet.
2. They have the capacity to buy online
3. They have the basic internet skills.

You look for these people first among your circle of relationships: Family members and relatives, Friends, workmates.

If you exhausted you circle of relationships, then you are now ready to find people with same characteristics in places you go. But again talk to the person and bring in the topic internet earning in general and see the reaction, you will know if he has been in some internet program. If he has the three characteristics I write above then give him the gift cards.

Next is the social media like Face Book. Find groups with earning online as theme. Join that group and find people who are from North America, Europe and Australia and begin commenting in their comments until you engage them into conversation and again try to sense if they have characteristics that we are looking for.

So here is my sample of message to a new affiliate.

Hello (Name of the new affiliate),

Welcome to SFI and welcome to your team!!! I am your sponsor and I am committed to help you succeed here at SFI because my success will depends on your success.

There is one important thing that I do not want you to miss. Try to earn at least 500 points in your first 24 hours with SFI. This will give you 200 points bonus points plus a "fast track" badge. Points and badges are very important in your progress at SFI. this only come during your first 24 hours. Go to your To-Do list and do whatever you can do to complete the 500 points.

Most of your first month here at SFI should be devoted to learning and the three buttons under your name are the best part to start. The "Start", "SFI Basics" and the "Launchpad" buttons. After going through these buttons I am sure you will have a clearer understanding of SFI Business Model.

Do not miss to log-in everyday, and read the read tabs in your SFI homepage, you will not just be learning new things but you will also earn your free versa points.

I am glad you ask this question because one of my friends said the same thing when I invited him to join SFI. Let me share what I told him that ended up with my friend signing up for SFI.

I told him that, it is one good thing about internet marketing because you can get affiliates even if you do not know the person, and you can get them from anyplace worldwide. So, what is needed is to learn some simple internet marketing techniques to get those affiliates.

So I begun to enumerate to him some simple internet marketing techniques.

1) Face Book Marketing - I told him that I will make a simple splash page/blog for him in blogger that he can use to promote in Face Book. I teach him how to join a group with online earning as the theme and start posting there.

2) Showed him some free ads listing in 2 or three ads site. I thought him how to use google to find more free ads site.

3) I also showed him two paid ads websites and help him to sign in.

4) I brought him to some ECA who are selling PSA.

5) Finally, I showed him the Pricebenders where he can win PSA and CSA.

These made him very excited and signed up as my Affiliates. Until now I am still teaching him some other techniques and he is very thankful for the new things he is learning.

Hope you can also convince him that it is not necessary to know a lot of people to join and be successful in SFI.

There is a difference between actual physical leadership and online leadership because you will not be dealing with people face to face.

In SFI you need at least three qualifications to be a Team Leader and being a born leader is not one of them. Here's what you need to be Team Leader at SFI even if you are not a born leader.

1. You become leader with what you know - You must have a thorough knowledge of SFI/TripleClick's business process. You need the knowledge to be an awesome sponsor. Your affiliates will ask for advise when they encounter problem. Your knowledge will make you an automatic leader even if you are not born leader.

2. You become leader with what you do.- This is leading by example. Your badges will usually show what you do with your SFI business. Example of this is logging in daily which is shown as your daily versa points streaks. Each badge that you earn represents thing that you did. Try to have at least 10 badges in your name. Earning points that gives you rank of a team leader is important.

3. You become leader with what you say - showing appreciation and cheering up your affiliates is very important. Words of encouragement and concern will automatically put you into team leadership.

Some us are not aware of the multiple income earning opportunities here at SFI, so I would like to summarize it first before I give my opinion on the question asked.

Here are the multiple income opportunities here at SFI.

1. 45% of commission value (CV) from the purchases of your Personally Sponsored Affiliates. (PSA)

2. 45% of commission value (CV) from the purchases of your Personally referred members (PRM)

3. 15% of commission value (CV) from the purchases of your Co-Sponsored Affiliates (CSA)

4. 10% of the commission value (CV) of all the sales of your E-Commerce Affiliates (ECA) as royalty.

5. Share from the Executive Pool which is 40% of the commission value (CV) earned company-wide.

6. You can have your online store and sell your products for free.

7. You can sell your unwanted stuff at home.

8. You can earn by directing sign-ups to the site, if they do activities, called SFI pay per action program (SFIPPA)

9.You can receive thousands of rewards in doing certain tasks.

10. You can win thousands of prices by joining contest and draws.

11. You can save up to 99% on gadgets through auction. You can also win valuable items at low price and sell them at big profit margin.

You will observed that many of these faucets of income require rigorous actions and works. Few can be accomplish simply by joining the draws or bidding and will depends on you luck to get them.

If we are tight on budget, like many of us are, We need to concentrate first on two things which will give us immediate income.

First is finding PRM who can buy products from TripleClicks. Second, parallel activity is finding of PSA, which will be the foundation of our SFI business. These two will make our SFI business stable. You do not only earn from the sales but you are also building your share in the executive pool.

The next two that we need to concentrate on is the ECA program by being an ECA yourselves and recruiting prospective ECA.

Then you learn how to win and earn from auction. This will take some skills and capital to master it but many of the affiliates in SFI are having their success via auction. They are winning lots of PSA and CSA from there that ultimately boost their SFI business.

Lastly, do not stop earning your daily, weekly and monthly VP's they will contribute to your rank that would bring you to have bigger share in the executive pool. This is a given activity that we should do daily.

I would like to put this simply.

Paid ads is best for those who have financial resources because they can build their affiliates early and faster. As we all know that affiliates are the foundation of our SFI business.

Paid ads however must be done carefully, Do research first before you start your paid ads. Ask your up-lines, a2a friends and read forums how and where to put your paid ads.

Free ads on the other hand is best for those who don't have financial resources. This means, you will spend more time in putting your links to different free ads websites.

The best of the best of course is when you do both. This is exactly what I am doing. Part of my earnings I spent in finding affiliates through paid ads but I never stop posting in Face book and in many other forums and free ads site.

I am glad that this question is asked, because in my guesstimates more than 80% of those who join SFI are financially challenged.

Those who don't have resources and are not able to sell early soon stop on their second month. But there are those who have little resources and sell just enough to jumstart their SFI business. This are the target of this question.

Although the main purpose of making standing order is to ensure that we qualify as EA every month but we must not think of it separately from the other success factor at SFI, which is finding affiliates.

With the rank and getting affiliates in mind the best choice is 100TC pack. From your daily, weekly and monthly task we can earn about 500VP, and you earn 1,200VP from purchasing 100TC pack, you will end up with at least 1,700VP enough to qualify as EA.

Now, you use your 100TC to buy few affiliates (PSA) from ECA store selling PSA's. Use some to bid or list old stuff for sale, so that you can earn more for the next month.

You can also use the 100 TC to bid for CSA or PSA or S-builder or even 3 or 6 months membership in IAHBE. if you win that will be a great boast for your SFI business. So learn the skills in bidding at the same time. Hang around at Pricebenders and observe how items are won. 100TC is enough to win you at least one of those.

100TC pack will cost you $29 per month. you can save $1 per day as your investment.

Now if what you want is just complete the 1500VP, with almost 500VP from daily, weekly and monthly task, what you need is only 1000VP more, then just buy 10 1TC pack that will only cost you $19.50 per month with 1020VP. Add it with your free VP collected you have enough to qualify as EA. Use your 10 Tc to list some old stuff from your house to sell.

I would tell him/her what I believe and my purpose of Joining SFI. Here is my one sentence answer.

"I am building a an online business with SFI that will secure to meet my needs now and my retirement needs too, and something that I can pass on to my Children."

It's not enough to just say "yes the playing field in SFI is fair to everybody whether you are new or veteran". One has to understand few things as the bases for that statement.

1. Fair in Information - There are no hidden information in SFI. All of them are written and open for everybody. All of us has access to this information. You are only in the disadvantage position if you don't read and study them.

2. Fair in sources of PSA - We have our own unique primary sources of possible PSA's, our own circle of relationships. We also have the same sources of possible PSA from the internet. We are only in the disadvantage if we don't work hard and smart.

3. Fair in Selling product - We have our own unique products that we can sell at TripleClicks. But at the same time all of us can sell all the products that we see in TripleClicks. The only disadvantage we have is when we don't sell any product.

4. Fair in our share of the company wide income - our share is based on the VP we earn, and all of us has a fair way of earning unlimited VP. The number of possible VP that we can earn is not fixed that only those who come first can get more. And fair in sharing because our share is pro-rated.

5. Most of all Fair Team of Administrators lead by Gery - One of the treasured value here at SFI is fairness. you can see it running through the different parts of the program.

Good example of this is on the bidding at Pricebender, you can see items out for bid where only first timer can bid, you can also see items for junior bidders (1-9 times winners) and you can see items which are for big guns bidders.

Rest assured that when admin see some unfairness they will act on it without delay. I can cite more example, like the case of earning VP from the review of ebooks before, the case of ask SC where the first to answer usually win.

One of my latest experience of fairness is when my commission was stolen by hacker. SFI was able to bring it back to me the next month, because that was rightly belong to me.

The admin all act on it all out in the name of fairness.

I am glad that this question is asked because i am fond of looking at indicators when it comes to accomplishing something. For the people who signed up under me I also look for indicators that he will be a good one.

1. He/she accomplished 500VP in 24 hours and earn the fast tracker badge.
2. He/she proceeds to earning his first 1500VP in few days and earn the rank of EA.
3. He/she starts asking questions after few days.
4. He/she starts inviting friends and having PSA.
5. He starts buying from TripleClicks in his first or at most on the second month.
6. He never failed logging in everyday.

These are clear indicators that my new affiliate is good one. He might not do this on his own that's why I help them from day one until I saw them doing the things I listed above.
