All of us desire to see our affiliates to become serious business builders in SFI. Here are my suggestions.

1. We must be serious ourselves first in building our SFI business and be an example. There are three things that a serious business builder does;

a) Earns as many VP as he can - It means that he logs-in daily and do the task in his Affiliate Center.

b) Finds as many affiliate as he can - It means learn some internet and warm marketing skills and techniques

c) Teaches his affiliate to do a) and b). - It means he also learns how to befriend and communicate what he knows to his affiliates.


2. Learn to help your affiliates from where they are. There are several route for serious business builders to be successful in SFI. This depends on his situation.

if your affiliates has money to invest teach him how to buy PSA's or advertisement. Teach him the route via pricebenders where he can bid for PSA and CSA.

If he has no money to invest, teach him how to sell products from TripleClicks and how to advertise from free websites and social media.

3. Give them constant Techniques and encouragement - Always arouse their interest and curiosity. The most important here is you are able to engage them in a conversation. They will only respond if you hit their interest and curiosity.

As you do these suggestion, do not be surprised if still, very few will respond and get serious in their SFI business. Embrace the reality of any internet marketing. We only get 0.1% to 5% of our affiliates to get serious.

I want everyone to see the big potentials if we can be able to recruit affiliates through Pricebenders. So this question is very relevant.

Affiliates who are heavily involve in Pricebenders usually spend a lot in buying TC. The more they get involve the more commission we will have as sponsor. In other words, Pricebenders are only for those who can afford.

Pricebenders, however is not just a place to spend but also a place to win and buy valuable items at the lowest price up to 99% off the real price of the item. Pricebenders is also one route to success in SFI business.

So we have several talking points in presenting Pricebenders to our prospects. Those who are not members of SFI yet, they wont appreciate winning PSA's and others that support our SFI business but rather they will be attracted by:

1. Valuable items like MacBook, Ipad and other valuable items. Show them how they were won and sold at a very low price.

2. Show them the thrill of competition out bidding many people from different countries.

3. Show them how Pricebender can lead them to a successful online business.

The longer we stay at SFI we discover that the most important success factor are affiliates. This question I guess is part of that realization.

We need a lot of affiliates because we know that only few of them will become active. It follows that we also need a lot good spots to advertise. These sites maybe free or paid sites.

Is there a way to determine good sites for advertisement? The answer is yes if you know exactly the characteristics of a good site for your advertisement. Here is some helpful guidelines.

Before finding good spots to advertise you must know first your product well. In our case, we can market SFI based on its different features and component.

We can market SFI as an affiliate program where we earn income by commission. This feature of SFI can be marketed in "online earning" sites, like PTC's and all programs that promotes earning online.

The health product of SFI can be promoted in health and wellness related websites. The song of the month in TripleClicks can be promoted in ammature music websites.

The Pricebenders can be promoted to penny bidding auction groups and fora. There are unique features of SFI that we can promote. This is what I mean by knowing our product.

The characteristics of good spot to advertise are:

1. Must be related to what you want to promote. Even google adsense and other similar services are using that principle.

2. If the the ads site is general, see if it has the category where you can put your ads.

3. See how many members that site has, if it has no information see the number of traffic using alexa. The basic assumption is, the more visitor the site has the greater the chance for your ads to be seen.

4. See if the site offers audience targeting like demographics or profile. We want that our ads not only be seen but be seen by the right people. Interested and has the capacity to transact business online with credit cards or paypal account.

One of our success factor here at SFI is duplication, and duplication does not happen without communication. Nevertheless, not all kinds of communications can enhance duplication. There are certain quality of communication that would help duplication to happen.

1. The content of your communication is the most important. Good quality content can only come from what you yourself is doing and wanted to communicate. Without you doing what you want to duplicate is powerless when you try to communicate them to your affiliates.

There are three things that you should be doing and want to communicate to your affiliates.

a. Finding affiliates - Engage on any methods of finding affiliates and communicate your experiences to your affiliates. Tell them the techniques you use and the results.

b. Earning VP for rank - If possible set an SO and tell your affiliates its advantages. Tell them what are the best items for standing orders. Do log-in and earn those daily, weekly and monthly VP's. Join ask SC to earn some more points. Tell tel them your experience.

c. Duplication - share to them what do you do to ensure duplication. Discuss issues related to hindrances that an affiliates are facing. Again share your experience.

So the content of your communication must be real not just a copy and paste from SFI website.

2. Frequency and Timing - Do a general message at least once a week, but attend to those queries anytime it comes.

3. Focus - Always bring the communication back to what is important, the success factors. Always find the connection of what you are doing and communicating to the 3 success factors that you want to be duplicated by your affiliates.

Good question! you don't have much space for advertising and don't waste that valuable space for something that is not appropriate.

Here are the things that should be avoided when creating SFI ads.

1) Try to avoid misrepresentation and misinformation about SFI. Do not mislead people with your advertisement. Specially promising certain income.

2) Do not let other similar programs down to bring SFI up. Present SFI alone without mentioning the negatives of others.

3) Do not use other materials owned by others without implied or actual permission. This is illegal.

4) Do not put unrelated words to SFI nor engage on ego trip. trying to advertise yourself rather than SFI.

5) Do not post you ads until you have checked it thoroughly, in terms of spelling and readability. It's good to let someone read it first and ask for comments. Make a test specially if you are using images.

6) Avoid creating ads for wrong audience - When you create ads you must have your audience in mind and tailor made your ads to them. So choose your words properly.

This question brought me to have a second look on the possible causes why many become inactive or do not even start to work after joining SFI.

I writing my answer also as a feedback to SFI management that probably we can improve specially on the first time the affiliate log in to his SFI account.

What I did is I sign up a test account, which I plan to opt out after I made some observation. I put my self as a new affiliate and see how i feel with what I saw, the first time I logged in. Lo and behold, there are many reasons that I observe why many do not even start working.

1. Our Affiliate Center is nicely designed but it is presenting so many buttons that a first timer will easily get overwhelmed with the information presented there.

2. Many of the information presented there are not for the first timer. The first timer has to really find his way press the correct button for the first timer so that he start right.

I suggest then that SFI would make a separate page for the first timer where all information and buttons are only for the first time to log in.

This is one reason I think why there are so many affiliates who do not even start working. This is validated by feed back from my friends whom I asked to join. They said one thing. It'd complicated and difficult to understand. So, I need to repackage the information and do summaries.

Second reason of course is when the affiliates that came in are paid to sign up. We have these kind of affiliates from what we buy from others.

Thirdly, these affiliates has a "get rich quick" mentality and once they see that it will take time to earn good income from SFI they stop.

If there is one single goal that all of us in SFI should focus on, it should be on ONE single success factor that will affect almost all of our streams of income.

This single success factor is "AFFILIATE". There fore set your goal on the number of affiliates you want per month.

We have several types of Affiliates; PSA, CSA, PRM, ECA. We want them all in our team specially PSA's.

Let me first explain why your goal should be related to affiliates.

1. Our two biggest income in SFI are from affiliates. The commission from sales and the executive pool.

2. The cheapest way to earn and maintain a rank is through our PSA's who are turning EA2 and higher. Believe me, it is expensive to maintain a rank via purchase and TC spent in bidding and games.

3. Ranks (that gives us bigger share from executive pool) comes naturally as a consequence of growing PSA's.

Now, how many Affiliates you need as your goal to put your SFI business in a profitable level? You might be shocked but this is the reality in almost all internet marketing.

I will start with small number but the implication will be huge. We only need 5 to 10 active PSA to build and maintain a SFI business that can give us full time income.

BUT only 0.1% to 2% of your affiliates will be come active. Therefore you need 250 to 5,000 affiliates to have 5 active affiliates and 500 to 10,000 affiliates to have 10 active affiliates.

That is the magnitude affiliates that you need to put in your goal. Brace yourself, and plan how to get that number. Study all forms of internet and off line method of marketing and use them to achieve your goal.

Let me give you an idea of my affiliates and my monthly goal. Presently I have 1,031 PSA and 1,491 CSA. I have 5 active PSA's and 7 active CSA's. My monthly goal is additional 200 PSA's per month. I buy some but most of these are coming from my own internet marketing efforts.

Understanding SFI business model is the key to be successful here at SFI, and the best thing is, all the information we need are all contained in our Affiliate Center.

The knowledge in our Affiliate Center is huge that sometimes some of us are overwhelmed with it. Therefore reading them little by little according to your capacity to digest is the best way to do it.

How do we demonstrate this to our team members?

1. Always begin with the the three buttons near your profile picture. The "START, SFI BASICS AND THE LAUNCH PAD".

2. Then encourage them to examine the different buttons with drop down menu and find out what are the contents of the list of topics in the drop down menu.

3. Encourage them to list down questions as they visit each topic in the drop down menu and through those questions either to you, their other uplines and to the forum.

4. Give them summary to help them organize their thoughts. Example; All possible VP that you can earn are listed in your TO-DO list. Your member will put that in mind that if they want to earn VP what they have to do is go to their TO-DO list and start doing the task to earn that VP.

5. Most importantly is you are doing it yourself. Lead by example.

There are so many penny auction enthusiasts out there. You just have to know how to find them and promote Pricebenders auctions.

You just use google to find them, use keywords like "penny bidding enthusiasts", or "penny bidding forum". Even in facebook there are groups who are penny bidding enthusiasts.

Technically, you should know how to cut your penny bidding links from your list of gateways and paste them in the websites that you searched.

I am glad that someone asked this question because this is an indication of a potential affiliates.

Yes, you don't have to wait to know everything to start recruiting PSA. When you do this early you are in the best position to jump-start your SFI business early, it will save you a lot of personal money for investment.

So, what do you do to help your PSA if you are new to SFI yourself? Here is my suggestions.

1. Immediately get hold of the available resources inside the SFI website, these are:

a) The three buttons (Start, Basic and Launchpad) found below your name. If you have started almost at the same time, you go to these buttons together and discuss what are in there.

b) Questions that you don't know the answer, pass it on to your up-lines and post it in forum. Forum will give you almost instant answer.

3. Use search bar in forum or Ask SC for any topic that will give clear understanding to his and your questions.

Whatever happens, encourage him/her to log-in daily and earn those VP's and read the info in each tab. Encourage him also to do what you have just done, recruit PSA's as early as possible.
