I would say it's a must. But we must be very careful of the content. The gist of welcoming them personally is good but the content of your letter may drive them away and do more harm than good.

To have a good content of your welcome letter use this guidelines:

1. Your objectives is to win their trust and engage them in a conversation. - greet and welcome them in their own language. From their profile you will know where they come from.

You can use online translation of english greetings to their language. Use simple greetings so that it can be translated correctly.

2. Have a short introduction of yourself and your commitment to help.

3. Make them excited about SFI specially on the potentials on making multiple income. Do not give details but always say that you are ready to explain in details if he ask you.

4. End with friendly action-to-do statement and make it easy for them to start. Example: go to your TO-DO list and start earning here's the link https://www.sfimg.com/Home?tab=to-do_list.

5. Maintain a friendly and helpful tone in your letter.

Some of the DON'Ts:

1. Do not push them, specially to buy. It is not the culture here at SFI.

2. Do not overwhelmed them with so many information. - They are not ready for it.

3. Do not make empty promises or expectation - be true and be honest.

4. Do not make your welcome letter very long nor too short. The objective is concise, short but with substance.

JMT Gateway is one of the most powerful tool that SFI had launch this New Year 2015. I am already getting sign ups using this gateway.

The greatest feature of this gateway is, it is personalized. It shows your profile and achievements with SFI. It gives attractiveness and confidence to your prospects to join.

It also show the other features of SFI and TripleClicks in just one page, it highlights TripleClicks, Pricebenders, and our Eager Zebra games. These are goldmines for us if our affiliates starts to enjoy these sections.


However there are two things that are important to note before you recommend it to your Team.

1. The New JMT Gateway contains your profile with your badges. Your badges tell your prospective affiliates who you are and your achievements in SFI.

If your team member has nothing there to show, I would say that do not recommend it yet to that particular team member. Rather encourage him to improve his profile by earning badges. This will encourage him too to be an active affiliate, this is what we want to happen as sponsors isn't it?

2. Part of the message says

"My #1 job in SFI is helping the affiliates that I sponsor become successful. When you join my team, know that in me you will have a committed partner and mentor, and that I stand ready to assist you in any way I can."

Therefore do not recommend this to your new affiliates or to those affiliates who did not take efforts to study and learn the system and the SFI business model.

Auto-responder is a useful tool. Like any other tools you should use it appropriately. It is best used for finding leads and follow-up for those who have shown interest and for general information.

BUT once you established connection with the person, I will not advise to use auto responder. The tool itself communicates impersonal dealings with people. No body wants to stay with you if you are not doing personal touch.

In SFI, you don't need auto responders, because the messaging system of SFI is sufficient. Yon can communicate individually or with particular group.

Skype and YouTube Marketing is one of the most powerful method of marketing that very few have tapped. Simply because they don't know how.

I'll share here the basic enough for you to get started:

Steps in Skype Marketing:

1. Go to skype.com and download the software and install in in your computer.

2. Sign-up for your skype account right there in the newly installed skype software.

3. Those who have already skype installed in your computer do this very important step. This is the one that you use for skype marketing. Edit your profile in this manner.
a. Include your SFI gateway link in your name. so it will look like this:
Your Name - http://www.sfi1.biz/xxxxxx.xxxx
b. On "About Me" section put your ad phrase and your gateway link example "I am helping people build their second income at SFI http://www.sfi1.biz/xxxxxxx.xxxx" - this is very important because as you add your friends and other people this will be your first message.

4. Now it time to look for prospective affiliates. Use the skype search bar to look for them.


You Tube Marketing

1. Produce your own video first. Learn how to do it if you don't have this video. There are so many tutorials in the internet just google "how to make YouTube Video" and you will find a lot.

2. This is the most important. Integrate your SFI gateway link in your description of your video. Do not forget this part!

3. Start promoting your video in social media like Facebook. You can also embed your video in your blog. And of course you can also add the video link in your email signature. Be creative on how to spread your video.

I've been putting ads to different sites across the internet with very little result not until i sat down and think and plan how I can get results from my ads.

True enough, after figuring out what makes a great ads, I earn my first Top enroller badge when I post my ads in FaceBook groups.

Let me share with you the principles I used in making the ads.

1. I picked up the great feature of SFI that I want to advertise. - SFI has many great features that are unique from other business opportunities out there. Pick one of those and concentrate you ads on that feature.

Then make another ads highlighting the other great features. Example of greats features of SFI are; multiple income streams, profit sharing (executive pool), you can sell your own product. You can buy great items at more than 90% off (Pricebender). There are lots of great features of SFI.

2. I Made great ads. - Here are some characteristics of great ads.

a) Ads should appeal to the eyes - use appropriate picture or signs or color that immediately upon one look your ads will appeal visually because its different from the rest. Study which of the visual effect is permitted in the ads site.

b) It should appeal to emotion - Make your audience, laugh, smile, happy, shocked, mad, angry, cry but never make them bored. You do this in your title of your ads.

c) Appeal to their intellect - You put this in the message part of your ads. Present the great feature of SFI in a very simple manner in such a way that even un educated audience will understand.

d) Make sure that there is coherence in your visual aid, your title and your message. Make them 1 single ads and not separate thoughts.

e) Always include "call-to-action" statement. Like "Click and join!" or "Join Now!"

3. I look for my right audience - In Facebook its easy to find the right audience for your ads. Just type your topic in the search bar and it will present you the groups and fanpages whose members are interested on what you want to present.

4. I post regularly - ad post are pushed down as new ads are being posted you need to do something to keep your ads at the top on a regular basis because people come to ads sites in different time.

This question is asked probably because of the desire to ask someone to join SFI. True that that we use salesmanship in marketing SFI.

There are three things that we should be mindful if we want to become a great salesman or saleswoman.

1. Earning the Trust of your prospective customer.- Its very difficult to sell to someone who don't trust you and your product. To do this, you must:

a. be familiar and convince with your product, in our case we must be familiar with all aspects of SFI and we are convince that SFI works. Out of what we know is true, it will come out naturally from our mouth.

b. show that it is working on you - use the products and show them that it works on you. Work hard on your SFI business and show them some results.

c. show empathy to your prospective customer - find out their needs and feel with them. Find common grounds. Most of them are like us, wants to augment their income or in deep financial problem. Show them them that if they can build foundation at SFI then can have a stable monthly income.

2. Add assertiveness. Continue to be genuine and as you build your mutual trust invite them to try and buy your product.

In our case, invite them to sign up with SFI and assured them that you are there to help them in their journey. Give him your gateway and even assist them in signing up and introduce to them the different parts of SFI and TripleClicks sites.

Introduce him to different products and different ways of making transactions including the benefits and the rewards of buying from TripleClicks

3. Remain Positive and optimistic - Expect some bad responses from your prospective customers. But remain focus in your objective.

In SFI we only need 5 to 10 active affiliates to build a foundation that can give us full time income. So, focus on this 5 to 10 active affiliates.

Embrace the reality that in internet income programs only 0.1% to 5% will become active. So do not expect that you will get a lot more negative responses that positive.

Second Home CSAs are those CSAs that were lost by affiliates who did not reach EA and redistributed to all affiliates with a rank of at least BTL.

Majority of these CSAs are inactive, very similar to most of our PSAs hehehehe. There are three categories of CSAs that will arrive to you.

1. Those who have not been active since day 1, there total VP is zero or near zero. - This type of CSA's are nearly impossible to revive.

2. Those who are currently active - you will know it by their VP earned this month. well, we just have to welcome them and let them know that you are their new co-sponsor, ready to help them.

3. Those that have been active for awhile and stopped. - You will know them by the total VP they earn from the time that they join SFI. They have about a thousand VP earned. This will be the target of this question.

You don't have so much choice to initially contact them except through team messaging and email. So we use it initially to established contact.

The content of this first message must be powerful enough to get the attention. The content must include:

1. Reasons why SFI affiliates quit - Hopefully they can identify themselves on one of the reasons you mentioned.

2. You must give a realistic hope that those hindrances can be overcome.

As a simple rule in all internet marketing including SFI is to build as BIG and as WIDE team as possible.

It is good to start with in your comfort zone but our ultimate goal is to push that boundaries as far as we can. Why? Because in reality internet marketing is a number game.

In SFI for example everybody can testify that only about 0.1% to 5% of our affiliates are active. Even if we only need 5 to 10 active affiliates to build and maintain a team that can give us a full time income BUT as to my personal experience, the number of raw affiliates we need is from 500 to 10,000 to be able to accomplish this.

This huge number of affiliates needed can be sustained by those people who speak the same language and environment as yours. You need to go beyond that boundaries.

You need this most if you are living in the third world countries like me, because there are very limited people in third world countries who can do online transactions, either because they don't have the capacity or there limitations imposed by online transaction facilities. We need people from more develop countries who have credit cards and paypal accounts.

My advice is, start and practice with in your own spoken language and environment but plan and aim to expand beyond these boundaries.

I would say that it is valuable to those who read a lot, but not much on people who is struggling even reading the whole SFI website.

All the information you need to succeed in SFI are found in the main website itself. You have many thing to read and learn from the main website of SFI and you might not have time to read more.

Most of the information and softwares found in IAHBE are also found somewhere else in the internet.

The only valuable info that you can give your affiliates is they don't have to worry about their 1500VP everymonth if they make it as standing order.
Let them try 125TC instead they will enjoy it more and you might earn more if he will be engrossed with bidding.
