One should be coachable, make the commitments, read and study a lot, plus be willing to follow instructions. Everything is already laid out, step by step for you to learn, build your business and obtain unlimited income in SFI if you are willing to do what is required to become successful.

Other qualities will come along in due time, like patience, leadership and communication skills as you continue to progress and grow in the business.

Many Affiliates are actually purchasing credits and using them at Pricebenders in vast numbers. The key to success has always been the follow up.The initial contact has its merit too,but sometimes you may have to contact a person more than one time it you are using a direct approach.

Example...
A. If you are trying to make sales, a person may not buy on your first initial contact. Always ask if is okay to contact them again.Then get a specified time and definitely follow up.

B.If you are trying to sponsor / recruit them, do the same thing. Continue to follow up until they tell you otherwise.


Most people fail to do this this because they have a problem with rejection. Always remember to never take it personal when you interact with a prospect or potential customer.

There are no great benefits of using an auto-responder system in SFI. The reason is because using it is one of the biggest " Donts " in this business. Sometimes you have to do the right things that gets results and that system will actually cripple your business. As you study, read and learn how to make money and become successful in SFI, you will soon discover the best and effective ways to build and grow your business. For me it would be hard to overate or underate any activity. SFI has the most extensive training program of any company I 've seen so far. It is simple and if all SFI Affiliates would follow and commit to each activity, success would be guaranteed.It is like a big puzzle and each part has a piece to that fits into our big picture.

I think that reading could be classed as an underated activity in SFI. Most SFI Affiliates getting started don't want to do that, so they find themselves frustrated and sabotage their own success. I can relate to that just from reading the many responses.

Take the Ask SC question for example

The Ask SC itself is designed to help all of us to become successful,not hurt anyone. Some have not even taken to time to read the the rules and instructions on how to respond to the questions.In the past so many were just concerned about winning that they would copy the answers of others and use them instead of expressing their own thoughts and opinions.Some are still abusing the section by identifying themselves which will discredit their vote. We are here to learn from and help each other by sharing knowledge.

All SFI members should take time to read, study everything, then commit and follow instructions on each activity in order to find out how simple and easy this business can be.

As far as an overated activity,there is none in my opinion. All are equally important and are the stepping stones to success in this business.Here is an example of what I'm saying about a particular activity and I hope that all of SFI members would see it in this perspective.

Example..
Logging in your account and doing your Daily to DO List .

This one activity will guarantee you success because it is the cornerstone for all SFI members getting started right.We talk about Versapoints which is the designed system that SFI put in place in order to make things work in this business so we have to kindly adjust to this if we want to be successful....point blank. This one activity will first teach you discipline because you are learning how to score pts, and it keeps you active as you learn and build your business. It's all about scoring as many pts as you can each month and you will soon discover this as you continue to move around on your Versapoint Ledgerboard every day.

Most of us would love to have everyone in their downline doing this one activity. It would eliminate all of the 0 Versapoint PSAs and CSAs in your group.The light bell would come on because a person will stay focused and be on point.All of the SFI activities are tied together in equal importance ,one by one like a giant step ladder to help you be a success.

There can be a lot of reasons why so many affiliates become inactive after joining SFI.
This is straight to the point.

1.They don't understand the program.

2.They realize that this is not a quick rich quick

3.They don't want to read and study. So many get deterred by this one

4.They have no patience.

5.They don't want to follow instructions.

6.They want to complicate everything and not keep it simple

7.They want instant success today!

8.They don't want to commit time and a little investment in the business

9.They have a negative attitude about our business

10.They don't see the big picture

The benefit of receiving non active,re-assigned affiliates ( PSAs) from your upline is to help you build your geneology,first and foremost. I have read many responses with many opinions.

Most people are anxious to jump right in and start working on trying to motivate the non active affiliates by fire hosing them down with all the great detailed information to get them to go to work, but from past experiences,it is best to build your relationship with them first. Most are still trying to "raise the dead " out of an affiliate. After a while, when you have been in SFI long enough, you will realize that you don't need to spend a lot of time trying to motivate them. As their sponsor, you should help them, but you can only do that when they get in the receptive mode. They have to want your help, or feel as to though you really want to help them without any interior motive.If you do this right, they will eventually seek you out!

The best way to do that would be to communicate with them every month at least one time.Most people have their way of thinking that they know what to say, but that is not the case if you come off as persuasive, prodding or aggressive.You should have a relaxed care free attitude about it and this takes time, wisdom and good judgement.Do your geneolgy mail out and get your 30 Versapoints each month. If you want to do it each week , that would be your choice...but not mine.

You will have a chance to work on your Leadership and communication skills, which is the other great benefit of having re-assigned PSAs to you from your upline. Look at it as a blessing and not a curse because every one in your downline is important, whether they are active or not.Your focus is to be the best sponsor that you can be to your entire group.

As a new Team Leader, the single most important thing you should be doing is to constantly grow and build your downline of PSAs and CSAs, step up and take your Leadership role and develop them to be successful.This involves recruiting,giving good support and training to get the right results by helping all of them understand the Power of Duplication and how to use it to their advantage.

Follow this Proven Plan to Success....

As a Leader,you must realize and understand what is already here for you.This proven plan has been laid out and formulated to make it easy for everyone who really want to be successful in SFI.All you have to do is be willing to make a commitment,take action, follow it yourself and train your team to do the same thing.Why try to reinvent the wheel?Simply do the steps and the instructions that have been put before you and your success will be guaranteed.

Getting your Team to understand The Power of Duplication and how to use it to their advantage is the real key to success to SFI and can be very effective when you keep the process simple.Being individuals, we all want to implement our own style,our own way or our own attitudes in the process and expect people to follow it as you build your Team.This can lead to a bigger problem and should be avoided.

SFI has a system in place that works,so be willing to tie into all of it,follow instructions and commit yourself.Most people will not follow the steps so they sabotage their own success and usually self destruct.Before you try to motivate,encourage and lead others,you should first make sure that you are self motivated,have the right attitudes,and can be a good follower.

Questions to help keep you focused and stay on track.

1. Are you on the 11/21 Plan?

It is one the simple structured directions that SFI has already put into place to help you and anyone get started and stay on target as you continue to build and grow your Versapoint Activity each month.I call it the 11/21 plan.If you log in your SFI Home Page and work your Red Tabs each day you will score 11 pts daily,stay active and remain on the right road to building your Versapoints.If you are doing that, you can get others on your Team to do the same,which is putting the Power of Duplication to work for you.

2.Are you committed to doing what is necessary to score as many Versapoints as you can, maintain your EA status and above to possibly make the Top 300 List in VP activity each month?

SFI directs you to work your complete Versapoint Ledgerboard and learn to score as many points as you can each month.Making EA and maintaining your status sets the pace to maximize your earnings and earn a residual check. Scoring more pts means a higher payout percentage in VP commissions.If you are doing that, you can get others on your team to do the same and let the Power of Duplication work for you.

Of course, you will automatically qualify for Team Leader status too with the added Leadership Action points each month when your PSA downline duplicates what you do.

3.Are you making sponsoring a regular routine to easily grow your business with new PSAs?

SFI suggests that you share this opportunity with others.The key is to constantly bring new people in your group.This is the life blood of your business.Develop a good sponsoring attitude and it will make the process much easier for you to recruit people. If you are doing that, you can get others on your team to do the same and and will definitely get the Power of Duplication working for you.
