Should I put my CSAs into the new CSA Exchange? If yes...or no...explain why.

I would say yes.
The reasoning is that you may have CSA's that are from different countries or language. Maybe the weekly team mails that we send out read garbled to them because they don't translate well when they have the need to translate.
My view on the CSA Exchange is this, we exchange CSA's from different countries that have been inactive for a while. We do this in the hopes that the CSA's are Co-Sponsored by an individual from their country and their language, you receive a better understanding when writing and reading in your own language. Then the inactive CSA becomes the Active CSA.
I hope this helps. Best Regards

To be successful in SFI, what attributes do you need the people on your team to have?

The attributes I look for are team members that are dedicated to improving their business. What do I mean by that? It is quite simple:
1- Team members log in daily and complete the necessary tasks.
2- Commitment. They commit themselves to the business. Learn a little bit day by day. Pick new areas to explore and learn.
3- If there are questions, they reach out and ask them.
Some might say that their team members have the money to invest in achieving the 1500VP to achieve their EA status. Well, the bottom line is that not all people that join have the ability to do this. If the team member is willing to log in daily and complete tasks; then learn little by little. They will start to earn a small commission as they move forward. Once they feel comfortable with where they are at in their business and with SFI. They may decide to upgrade to purchasing TCredits/PSA's etc. to achieve the 1500 VP. Then you have an active team member.
So I would suggest to not expect your new team members to explode out of the gate. Give them guidance and help them along. If they decide to proceed slowly, let them. It will pay out in the end.

What is the fastest way to build a team of affiliates in SFI?

If you are looking for the "Fastest" way to build a team. Then you can purchase PSA's to Go from your TripleClicks store.
However, I wouldn't concentrate on building a team fast. If this is all you concentrate on, you might be disappointed.
Focus on recruiting Quality team members. Not all that join will be fruitful. In my case, I have over 600 PSA's and maybe 1 or 2 are active.
I personally have shares in the S-Builder Co-Op. This is not a "seam busting" recruitment tool, however, it provides a steady flow of new team members. For only 72 cents/day, one can't complain if a majority of the new members received are inactive.

What should I spend my commissions and signing bonus on?

If it was myself, I would re-invest my commissions and bonus back into my business.
You could put it towards TCredits, PSA's To Go, Prestige Domain and many more different venues to help grow your business.
Another possibility is to us the funds for paid advertising. Possibly the purchase of a domain so that you have the ability to build a website and attract referrals from your articles or blogs.
There are a lot of options out there. You will need to decide what is your next plan of attack to jump start your business.

I would suggest to start with the Social media platforms that you are already a member of.
With Facebook, you could create a page specifically for your ECA store and promote your products their.
As time goes on, search out more Social media sites and become a member. Then start advertising their.
Another possibility is to create a website promoting your products. Ensure that the clicks will take them to TripleClicks so that they can create their free account and browse all of the products that you have to offer.
As your business grows, I would suggest then to look at paid advertisement channels.
Most important of all is to have patience and commitment to building your business.
Hope this helps. I wish you the best of success.

For building my business, what is the most valuable thing to spend my TCredits on?

What I would suggest is to use your TCredits for bidding on PSA/CSA To Go or TCredit packs. When bidding on these products, I try and make sure that they are also the DP, Double MRP auctions. This will allow you to bid for the chance to win the product at a very good savings and also double your MRP. I would then use my MRP to purchase the 1 TCredit packs to continue on with bidding or playing the games within TripleClicks.
I hope this might help you with your question. Wish you the best of success.

Good communication with our team is vital in SFI, but what if we are not good writers; how do we learn to write well?
David Bryant, Aff (South dakota, US)

Yes, communication is the key to help and build our team. The one thing to remember is what the message is that we want our team to get out of the communication.
There are ways to learn how to be a "good" writer. You could search on the internet, read books, take classes or get advice from friends and family.
I suggest to write out what you want to say to your team or team member. Proof read the message and make any necessary changes. While you are proof reading, keep the intention of the message in the back of your mind. Ask yourself, "Are the words conveying the message that I want to deliver?"

What are some good products to promote during the holidays and gift-giving season?

My opinion is that the "good" products is up to the consumer. I would suggest to take a look at TripleClicks and find products that you, yourself, would like. Then start your advertising with the mention of the holidays and gift giving.
Since TripleClicks offers over 80,000 commission-able products, you would have the ability to pick a few at a time and advertise. Then move to another group and start advertising them. As it gets closer to the holidays and you are growing your advertising campaign, you would end up with a size-able list of products being promoted.
Hope this helps. Wish you the best of success.

How important is it that your family embrace your SFI business...and what if they don't?

Having your families acceptance of your choices is always something that we should strive to achieve. If you family is accepting of your choice to build an online business with SFI, that is fantastic.
If your family is not so receptive of it, there could be a few reasons why.
1- They don't understand what SFI is. If this is the case, explain what SFI is and what type of work you would be doing. The financial side of the business. Let them know that SFI is a invest if you want type of program. Also let them know that the potential for residual income is huge.
2- They might have the idea that all of these make money online opportunities are scams. If this is the case, I would work on my business for a few months then show my family the fruits of my labor.
3- They might simply think it is a waste of time.
There may be many other reasons why a family might not accept or want to support in your choice to build your business with SFI. However, simply explaining SFI to them and showing them your reward for your hard work could be enough to persuade them to support your decision.

Should I prospect people to become affiliates only from my own country...or from everywhere?
David Bryant, Aff (South dakota, US)

I would suggest you do both.
Prospecting affiliates from your own country would be great for a couple of reasons:
1- The language barrier won't be there.
2- If you have team members that live in the same area as you, you could set up meetings to discuss strategy.
Prospecting for new team members from everywhere will help build your team even further. If there is a bit of a language barrier, simply use the Google Translate tool.
Lastly, I wouldn't hold yourself to just prospecting in your respective country. You want to build a team of motivated individuals and build a successful business. You may not reach this goal if you stick to your respective geographical area.
