There are eight ways listed in SFI to use your valuable T Credits namely:

1. At the cost of 1 T credit you can play any Eager Zebra Game and have an opportunity to win part of daily Zackpots.
2. At Pricebenders’ you can participate to win a product auction at the cost of 1 T Credit per bid at a much lower price than the retail price.
3. You can get rid of old stuff by listing them through member listing at the cost of 1 T credit per listing.

CSA exchange policy can be applied prudently to those CSA who you feel are inactive and you find difficult to mentor due to either language difference or any other reason of your own. This option can harness the power in your team actively as you get new CSA in exchange from your own country that you would find easy to connect and guide.

When a CSA get a co-sponsor from similar cultural and lingual background, it may provide the required trust and give greater possibility of being active

Lack of knowledge is the main reason that may result in a confused state of an individual. Hence in this situation you have to help them know the strong points of SFI and about advantages of duplication.

You should be prepared to communicate with them on one to one basis and understand the point of confused state and devise a training program that would clear the air for them to advance and embrace duplication process.

Working hard is toiling around with the same work day in and day out while working smart would take your focus on results. You would do things with specific results in mind and would be focused to achieve them.

As a sponsor you should be able to lead by example and remain proactive to assist your new affiliates in all ways possible. You can make their SFI experience attractive by:
