What should you say to your PSAs when they say they are going to quit because they are putting out more than they are receiving?

I know initially PSAs will think like that only.
Hence it is better to explain them it is long term plan.
This is not get rich quick scheme.
You will have to put initial six months without any expectations.
Just learning and recruiting for initial six months.
After that you will see the real magic of duplication.
Power of duplication.
Do not promise that you will get income from day1 or first month.
Tell them you will get income after 6-7 months.
Motivate and teach them daily,weekly and monthly.

The best marketing method is Warm Marketing.Meet the person physically and teach him the basics same day and help him/her to score 500VP day 1.
He/she can feel your confidence and trust you while you explaining the things and imporatnce of SFI.So your physical presence is very important.Hence I think it is best way of Marketing in SFI.

What is the best strategy to become a Platinum Team Leader?

As said by Gery.
Follow three golden rule.
1. Become EA everymonth.
2. Recruit 5 EA.
3. Duplicate the same in team.
Just focus on 100% Duplication for recruiting EAs,BTL or STL.
And off course you will have to give standing order of Min. 1500VP.
Best option is 125 TCredit as SO.
If you are able to implement three Golden rule for 6 months consecutively, you will become PTL after 7 months automatically.

Easiest way to become EA every month is to order Standing Order of 1500 VP product.
Currently we have 125 TCredit as best SO, which costs around 36.25$ and gives 1500 VP.
So friend if you are searching for the easiest way then go for Standing Order of 125 TCredit from your second month, as you can score 1500 VP first month easily without any SO.Better to give SO from second or third month.

Which is more effective--distributing TCards online or in person?

Both techniques have its benefits.
According to me its all depends on the person you give that card.
How serious is he ?
I think IN PERSON technique is better than ONLINE as we can meet the person physically and explain the SFI things easily, which is not possible online.
In short OFFLINE distributing technique is more effective.
If you could completely start over with SFI today, knowing what you know now, what would you do differently?

I think I am doing well from day one, all because of my great upline and sponsors.
They are teaching me well from day 1.
Till now I have never regretted about the things.
There is no different things to do in SFI.
The system is already there, you have to just follow it.
Mr. Gery have prepared the perfect Training Materials to keep you on right track.
Just we have to follow the path prepared by Mr. Gery in SFI.
