For whatever reason there are people who think they are born leaders; dictators, kings, tyrants, etc. most true leaders seem to really never ask for the position, they never look back to see who is following. Teaching seems to be a calling and great leaders teach with passion and by example. Leadership is humbling because you sooner than later have to realize success is impossible without support from your team.

Becoming an SFI team leader requires that you be a great learner and by doing so you are showing your team by example how to follow a winning program.

Building your business is the most important ting you can do. Doing what is duplicatable is the next most important thing. This makes Eager Zebra games the best way to promote and build your business in the beginning.

Focus on being the best affiliate you can be by focusing on maximizing your participation. After signing in every day and completing your daily, weekly and monthly actions; the Eager Zebra games are the easiest and least expensive way to build MRP and Versa Points. If you can not afford to lose at least 500 TCredits an auction Eager Zebra games will help you make the points you need to become a team leader and grow your team.

Your focus should also be on building VersaPoints. Profit is not a reasonable objective your first year as an affiliate. Take time to read through each Launch Pad Lesson and make sure you understand the basics. Look at the lessons laid out in the Beginners, Intermediate and advanced sections of your VP Ledger. You do not need a huge following to set up a co-op or any money to set up a blog. Learn how to get your basic foundation for marketing and support set up first.

When you have money to invest; start with buying single TCredits, you will get the biggest VP bang for your buck. Setup your standing order for as many TCredits as you can afford to buy at one time once each month, even if it is only one. We receive 102 VP for every single TCredit we buy, along with 5 MRP. If you can afford to spend $20 throughout the month, your purchase of 10 TCredits will warrant you 50 MRP and 1020VP. When you have additional funds throughout the month purchase Single TCredits. You are investing in VP. IF YOU COMPLETE YOUR DAILY TASKS, you will make EA every month.

Don' t worry about the growth of your team. Over time it will grow as will you as an affiliate. The Eager Zebra game Pick-the-Price will teach you a lot about the auctions. Use only 200 TCredits each month for all the Eager Zebra games. When possible add one S-Builder and one set of gift cards to your monthly purchase ( not as part of your standing order). There is no need to set your standing order for more then the needed 1500VP to make EA each month. The 125 Special Standing Order pack is great for this.

Start every month with a standing order of 125 TCredits: 1500 VP right off the bat. Plus you get 100 more VP for just having the standing order worth 1500 VP. EVERYTHING ELSE IS COMPLICATED ! Keep it simple and easy to duplicate.

This is also the most cost effective way because those TCredits are purchased at their least expensive cost per credit. You can save your TCredits over the next few months and really dominate on your first auction; like the 6 month TCredit Subscription.

I would remind them that there is no successful business that has substantial return without hard work and a serious investment. Then I would tell them it's OK to quit but it will cost you much more than what they already put in. There is No return for quitting. We will still be here when they change their mind.

Continue to work with the workers, let them go... The world will teach them the hard way. I guess they could invest in a 401K or the stock market and end up with less than they invested and principle worth less tomorrow then it was the day they gave it away. I put out more than I'm receiving every day at work. Taxes!

1. Do Not expect to make any money your first month

2. Do Not miss a day just as if you would not miss a day at work your first 30 days

3. Do Not expect to understand SFI without reading the material available, that's why it is free

4. Do Not expect to grow your business without making an investment, real business owners know better (there is no such thing as a Free lunch)

Personally, I have a standing order for 125 TCredits and make EA on the first day of each month. Tell every body else to do the same and to show others how they do it. I hear this formula works well.

Find more people to play with. You can make Bronze Team Leader by participating and applying the lessons learned in the tabs; advertise, play Eager Zebra and PriceBender Auctions (any combination to get (500VP), buy S-Builder units and Gift Cards. This will help you find more PSAs and CSAs every month. Have fun!

1. I am an affiliate; I market products and services other people and companies sell on line.

2. I buy all the products I can afford at our own online store; not to save money but to make money.

3. I show others how to do the same thing for their own business. There is no cost to set it up and all the training is free.

I tell friends and family what I'm doing with no intention, I do not ask them to join me and I only tell them more if and when they ask. All of my marketing is on line or with the tools available for SFI at TripleClicks.
