First of all, this is a task for professionals, so at least once, hire a pro and let him do it the work.

Anyway, we all want to do things by ownselves... so read everywhere how to do it, and start from the basics:

- Choose a good domain name
- Find the important words to catch visitors.
- Use often these words on your pages.
- Work on meta tag title on every page of your website.
- Check your web validation, complete alt images tags...
- Check broken links.
- Try to get backlinks (links pointing your website from other related webs).
- Check web structure, H1, H2, H3 tags...
- Check semantics.
- Check responsivity to different resolutions and platforms.
- Try to update your website quite often.

We can face two estrategies:

- To stand out really from the crowd, implies to be really original, innovative, creative and also persistent and find out the best idea to promote your business wherever you are promoting it. This is really hard to do, but always try to do your best.

- Search for some new place or method to start it up, where no SFI members are doing their business. The one who arrives first, get the best.
