Should you buy PSAs or learn how to sponsor them yourself?
For me, its a great idea to buy PSAs to any ECAs or buying them by winning at price bending auctions. Buying them is not an assurance that your network will grow. If you have much budget to invest, I suggest to busy as many PSAs as you can so that if the ratio is 1:100 (a very conservative ratio) meaning, in every 100 PSAs , 1 is active....... if you buy 600 PSAs, at least you have 6 PSAs active and its the time your network will grow. I gave you that ratio because I have 105 CSAs but noone is active.
Learning how to sponsor PSAs yourself is also a great idea because how could you encourage your team member to sponsor affiliates if you yourself don't know how to do it. Remember the word "Duplication". If you will not learn how to sponsor affiliates, there are possibilities that your relatives and friends will be sponsored by others. It is so called PSA because it is Personally Sponsored Afffiliates.
Both is advisable to "buy" and learn how you sponsor them yourself
For your great success at SFI

What should new affiliates NOT do in their first month?

There are many things new affiliates NOT DO in their first month;
1. They must not skip the audio discussion of our President and Founder Sir. Gery Carson
2. They must not in a hurry completing the 30 days launchpad lesson. They must understand its contents. The advice is 1-2 launchpad lessons a day
3. They must not earning points of the actions at the to-do-list without reading or understanding what are being discussed in each topic.
4. They must not in a hurry inviting their warm list because if their prospect will ask question, they can't explain it well or can't refer the right page for the particular topics of the question asked. They will practice to their casual acquaintance.
5. They must not Expect big income in their first month in the business because Earning such is extraordinary with luck ( frustration will be in them if it will not hit) First 6 months is training and learning period, next one year is digging foundation period and the next one year is the building period.
There are many things NOT TO DO but for me the first five is the best. Hope this helps.

Hello;
You need a mentor and you are asking the best way to find a mentor for SFI? For me, its your own discretion to choose within SFI community. My suggesttion, go to the leadership page of your upline sponsor. In that particular page, you can find all your sponsors there, from your direct sponsor to the highest that is SFI corporate. Even you are not known to them, they are very much willing to help you whether you are their downline or not. Its the environment of SFI.
There is also an A2A friends of yours, you can ask them what do you want to know. There is also a Forum, you can post your question and all knowlegeable Affiliates of SFI will answer you the best they can. Sir Gery himself will answer your post.
See you at the top

What is the most valuable thing you learned in your first year in SFI?
Affiliate since: 10/14/2013, Power Rank: 99999999
The most valuable thing I learned in my first year of S F I are as follows;
1) I learned how to understand other people whom are not connected or under my team. I also learned to lengthen the elasticity of my patience because before S F I, I don't want that my queries will not be answered soon. Every question I made, I need immediate response ASAP but now I know how to wait or I'll ask to A2A friends.
2) I learned that there is an organization where affiliates from different countries will become a friend irregardless to rank and race and willingly offers help. Thanks for S F I organization.
3) I learned that there is a company owner whose concern is the welfare of all his constituents ( thanks Gery Carson) by providing all tools/materials/brochures/trainings and Internet Income courses.
thanks

How do you deal with PSAs who you offer unconditional support but still rate you poorly?

I will deal my PSAs who rate me poorly even I offer them unconditional support are as follows:
first: I'll continue what support I'm extending to them and study more about S F I business so that I can mail to them good points for the growth of our business. I will just take their poor rating as a constructive critics so that I can improve my leadership
Second: I'll just elevate myself as their sponsor as to knowledge/learning/income/support so that next month or next next month they can realize that their ratings to me is understated.
Third/lastly: I'll filter my PSAs who are EAs for two or more months and in my message I will ask suggestion from them on how I can improve my performance. Perhaps the support I extended is not applicable to those who rate me poorly.
Hope this helps

How can we shift from quantity to QUALITY with our sign-ups?
Affiliate since: 10/14/2013, Power Rank: 99999999
This is a very tough question. In my own opinion, we can shift from quantity to quality with our sign-ups by doing the traditional Multi-Level Marketing way of sponsoring affiliates. We will do the one on one presentation ( discuss the co., who's behind the co., compensation and benefits, ways to sponsor, answering objections, observing prospects' reaction and closing the sales) and after the presentation, you'll do the meeting after meeting ( discussing to be humble by having a good learning attitude, prepare discouragement by telling them in advance that not all prospects will join and so many negative comments against the business and the company)
However, after sign up still there's no assurance that they will stay forever until they succeed. Even how committed a person upon your sales presentation and for the first week or month, still there are affiliates who will quit because it is the characteristic of a losers/quitters.
I would suggest that go wide fast, sponsor as many affiliates as you can and after, you filter them. Guide/support those whom do you think the dreamers. These are the affiliates whose commitment is "WHATEVER IT TAKES" they will do the business until all their down the line affiliates will succeed. Select 5 or 6 affiliates to be your front liner and assign your other affiliates under them. Hope this helps

Since SFI has been around for many years, is the playing field fair for someone who have just started in SFI like me?

Is the playing field fair for someone who have just started in S F I like me? "since S F I has been around for so many year"
The playing field is fair enough to everyone who have just started to S F I because our business is an inverted pyramid scheme. Based on my observation, there are affiliates who registered this year earns bigger than those who registered 2-3 years ago.
That's is what I observed also to my uplines, my uplines who registered last year earns big than my other upline who joined S F I at year 2001.
This is enough proof that playing field here in S F I is fair enough
Hope this helps

What's the secret for easily qualifying for the rank of Team Leader each month?

The secret for easily qualifying for a rank of a team leader each month? For me, theres no secret here in SFI. Its a matter of decision and hardwork.
Decision in the sense that, you need to decide whats your target or goals for the particular month. Decision to make an investment everymonth for your standing order or any product of your choice or use. Decision to shift all your household brand to the branch carried to our store "tripleClicks" and ECA.
Hardwork, to develop leaders in your team. Support them to make them an EA2 for 100VP each, 150VP each for Bonze TL, 200VP each Silver TL, 250VP each for Gold TL and 300 VP each for Platinum TL. Everytime they requalify to their current rank or even 1500VP you are entiled to its corresponding VPs.

What encouragement can I give to an affiliate who feels he or she is getting nowhere with SFI?
Affiliate since: 10/14/2013, Power Rank: 99999999
Encouragement can I give to an affiliates who feels he or she is getting nowhere with S F I are as follows:
1) I'll tell them that everyone has success in every endeavor they will engaged into as long as they follow the rules and follow what the successful affiliates are doing.
2) I'll tell them that doing S F I business is like digging a tunnel where gold and diamonds are being stock. You will follow the vein for the directions of its exact location. When there are many obstacles along the way, it means that you are very near to your destination.
In other words, at this time of hardship in S F I and you do the business right, and do what you suppose to do for your business, Your success is longer far from you.
3) I'll tell them to imagine their life 5 years before S F I, are they happy and contented on what they had? I'll tell them to imagine also their life 5 years after joining S F I (doing the right attitude & smart business management) what will be their standing?
I'll let them read testimonials that after 3 years of doing right, those who persevere succeed in S F I. Hope this contribution helps

What is the best way to present the idea of TripleClicks TCredits to someone who has never heard of them?

Hello ms. Rebecca;
For me, your question is very tough but I will try to share my idea hoping that it helps a bit, for you to come up a better one
I'll explain to her/him that in Price Bender Auctions, there's no actual currency involve. In substitute of currency, T credits are being use. Participating at the Auction/s is the cheapest way to buy valuable products at "tripleClicks". If your Downline is within your locality, you can invite him/her to watch while you were buying T credits, & when you participate the auction bidding. You can also show him/her the previous winners at a very low winning price
You can also give her/him T credits so that he/she can try to participate the auction bidding.
