How far should sponsors go to help their affiliates move forward, is there a point you should not go beyond?
Affiliate since: 08/23/2013, Power Rank: 333
Hello and thank you for your question.
According to my oppinion you should be helpful to your affiliates. Monitor their progress, if you see they are stuck, offer your help. You can't work instead of them, but your task is to motivate them, show them the right direction, advice them how they can prosper in this job.
You can't have the same approach to all your affiliates. Some people like working alone, so let them. From time to time just remind them you are there for the help they might need. Other people like being in contact with other people, need motivation. To those people try to find a little mor time. Congratulate them on every single achievement they make, monitor their work, direct them.
But remember, you can't do their work instead of them. That is point where you should stop. If they ask you 10 times the same question, that means they are not focused and not interesting in this job. So, let them go.
I hope I helped with my answer. Good luck!!!

Is it worthwhile to send individual welcome letters to new PSAs...or can I just send out group mailings?
Affiliate since: 08/23/2013, Power Rank: 333
Hello Jovan,
Thank you for the question. For every new PSA I send individual e-mail. I greet them and write their name in the text. I want them to feel special and to understand that there is someone that cares and will help them.
Team e-mail I send to all my PSAs, CSAs and whole downline at least once a week. I don't want to overwhealm them with lots of e-mails, but if something special happens or I feel I need to forward them an important information, I write an extra e-mail.
I think you will have more success if you send individual welcome letter to every new PSA, and try not to overwhealm them with the informations so you will scare them. Hope I helped.

Why is it important to have a good SFI account photo? And what makes a good photo?
Affiliate since: 08/23/2013, Power Rank: 333
Hello and thank you for this question.
Think logicaly about your question. What message you wish to send to your new PSA? When your new PSA join SFI, your picture will welcome them. I think your picture should look positive, smiling, motivating. If your new PSA sees a picture where you look happy - more chances they will stay in this business. But if you put a picture where you look worried or unhappy - which message this picture will send? Run away from here!!!
I would suggest colorful picture, with encouraging smile on your face and on which you look professional and confident.
Hope I have helped! Good luck!

Which TEXT ADS have worked the best for you to attract PSAs?
Affiliate since: 08/23/2013, Power Rank: 333
People say for the contact the following statement "The best contract is the one that is not brought down".
The same thing is with the text ads - the best text ad is the one that attract the most number of PSAs. For me the best text ad was the one where I said that the registration is FREE and that I won't ask from them to pay anything to join this business opportunity. Some of my PSAs even told me that they joined because it was free to register.
I think that you should be honest in your ads but "wrapped in the nice shiny paper" if you know what I mean. Don't promise, what we say in our country, "towers and towns" in few days as people will be disappointed if they do not reach it.
I hope my answer helped.

Is it a good idea to reassign your PSAs to someone in their own country?
Affiliate since: 08/23/2013, Power Rank: 333
Hi, thank you for this question.
Yes, I do think it is a good idea. I did it few times myself. Specialy if you have PSA who is not good in English and you don't speak his language. It could be better for them if they could be reassigned to someone who speaks their language.
I had a PSA who was very bad in English so he told me Urdu was his mother-tongue. As I could not speak Urdu, I tried to translate my instructions through Google translate, but it was not successful. He gave up. Maybe if I had someone in my team who spoke Urdu, I would reassign him and maybe he would still be in SFI.
So yes, I think if you face such problem, try to reassign that PSA to some member of your team who is from their country.

How often should I communicate with my Sponsor and Co-Sponsor?
Affiliate since: 08/23/2013, Power Rank: 333
Thank you for this question.
I think that you should contact your sponsor or co-sponsor when you really need some help. People are sometimes lazy to read and ask all kind of questions. Sometimes they could find the answer very easily but they think it is easier that somebody solve that for you.
You should have in mind that your sponsor could be only a bit longer in this business then you and that he or she also are struggling to build their business. Anyway, as your sponsor's success depend on your success, I think that they should find the time to help you if you have some serious problem or if you need a bit of motivation.
So don't ask for any small obsticle that you come accross, try to solve it alone, but if you really need a help or motivation, feel free to contact your uplines.
Hope this helps. :)

Would it be beneficial to create separate forums and do web seminars about SFI in languages other than English?
Affiliate since: 08/23/2013, Power Rank: 333
Hello Goran,
For the people from your country, who are not very good in English, I would advise you to do web seminars in your own language. For my new PSAs I make short web seminars in my language for the people from my country and in English for international affiliates.
What has happened to me, is that I got a new PSA who is not from my country and is not good in English at all!!! So I made a support group and explained everything in pictures - Fast Track, daily tasks, weekly tasks, etc...
This is an international business and we will always have the language issue - so your idea to have forums and web seminars in different languages is really good! I would do it.
Hope my oppinion helped a bit.

Among the popular Standing Order items (IAHBE, S-Builder, TCredits), which is best and why?
Affiliate since: 08/23/2013, Power Rank: 333
Hello, I like you question!
I would surely go for 125 TCredits Standing order (in fact I have this one already).
Here is why: by placing Standing order of 125 TCredits you get 1500 sales VPs + 100 action VPs. This ensure you to confirm EA every month.
With your 125 TCredits you can participate Pricebenders Auctions and possibly win either IAHBE or S-Builder, or maybe both if lucky enough.
Hope this helps! GGood luck everyone!
What is the best strategy to win the E365 Championship for my class?
Affiliate since: 08/23/2013, Power Rank: 333
Hello, nice question you put here! And I would say you know the answer deep inside you!!
I think you should be generaly very good affiliate to win E365 Championship. You have to do regulary your daily, weeekly and monthly tasks, need to promote, generate sales, build a successful team, refer a lot of ECAs and earn a lot of VPs every day.
Only the best affiliates among us can win the E365 Championship!
What do I need to do to make myself the best SFI affiliate possible?
Affiliate since: 08/23/2013, Power Rank: 333
Hello, thank you for this question.
It made me think - what really we need to do to be the best SFI affiliate!?
I think we should be dedicated, to try to serve our PSAs and CSAs the best we can and help them succeed in their business. We need to promote products from TripleClicks and if we produce something to open our own ECA shops.
We should be regular with our daily - weekly and monthly tasks. We should be present on SFI forum. Read regulary News. Your success will show you how good affiliate you are.
Hope I helped. Wish you to be the best SFI affiliate :)
