I don't see anything wrong with buying PSA's if you have the money to. But, you can also bid on them in the auctions and probably pay less. In doing this, you will also be gaining some action Versa Points.
Either way is a good way to get PSA's in the beginning. But, because you will have to buy or win such a great amount before you can find 5-10 affiliates that are willing to work and grow their business, I would also recommend that while you are getting these bought or won affiliates, that you be learning to recruit people on your on.
People come and go in this type of business. By learning to recruit your own PSA's, you will be able to maintain a steady stream of people. This is a better way to make sure your business is profitable in the long run.

What should you say to your PSAs when they say they are going to quit because they are putting out more than they are receiving?

If a person is wanting to quit because their investment is higher then their income, remind them that how much they invest is a personal decision. No one is asking them to invest any money, so therefore that's not a reason to quit. Back off on their investment and evaluate what methods they are using for recruiting. Help them improve on the methods they are using. Once they start recruiting, then they can start taking their profits and reinvesting.
Explain to them they may grow slower by not investing, but don't let that be a deciding factor on quiting. There are affiliates that have still built a great business not initialy investing. Help them improve their recruitment or marketing skills so that they will start creating an income to reinvest.

If you feel your immediate sponsor or Co-Sponsor cannot fulfill the position of mentor for you, then the first step should be to look up-line. Sometimes it's just a matter of finding the right person you fill that you can connect to.
If you still fill you haven't found the right person, then you need to join A2A and become active in the forum. Here you will find people from all parts of the country and all different personality types. If you look hard enough, you will find the right mentor.
One word of advice. Don't expect someone to do all the work for you. You need to be reading, asking questions in the forum, searching for answers that may already be posted, and, basically helping yourself also. Don't expect someone to do all the work for you. This is your business and you need to be working. Whomever becomes your mentor will probably be very busy with their own business, so don't lean on them to much. Listen to them, but do the work yourself.
