I have found the best possible way to tell new affiliates about the new
"Fast Track 2.0 is to give them the link to the explanation provided by
SFI. Sending them there (http://www.sfimg.com/FT) is the sure way for
them to get the correct information and the benefits from "Fast-Track.
Remind new affiliates that everything that is a part of their SFI business
plays a part in their overall success.
What do you do with affiliates who never do anything--despite your constant encouragement and offers of support?

This is a good question and one we need to think about. Right now only about 1% of the people on my team are actually consistently working the business. So what I am doing is reviewing my ads. Are they sounding like the SFI business will instantly change their financial situation? Does my ad suggest others are doing the work and they will reap the benefits? What does my ad say to the reader. I believe our ads will affect the mental attitude new people have toward their SFI business.
Then I have thought about the 99% who are not working the business. Who are they? What are their needs, their goals, etc? Why did they respond to my ad? Which ad caught their attention? What in the ad caused them to fill out the capture form for more information?
When we remember these are people, real people, some of whom have been scammed maybe several times, and now they are skeptical. They need to see us as real people who care about them. When people understand that we care and will help them they will be more likely to start working their business. Certainly we are hoping to profit from the efforts of our team, but the money follows the work and the relationships we build with our people.
In summary, Analyze your ads for the message they convey, learn as much as possible about the needs and wants of your new team members, and show that you really do care.

There is no harm in contacting someone and asking permission to send them information that you believe would be of interest to them. Suggesting that they might find this an extra source of income in addition to what they are doing should be ok. Never include your links when you approach someone. Provide your links if they respond and request info.
I believe that if you are consistent in your marketing efforts over time, people from other Forums or programs will find you and request info. Make your ads or Facebook messages appealing and that makes people want your unfo.

How do you manage a large, active downline? How do you provide personalized attention for everyone?

I find the filters built into the Genealogy Report the best way to send targeted messages to groups of affiliates. Example: I can send congratulations to all affiliates who have gained versa points this month, have become EA this month, or to send a Welcome Message to all the new affiliates today, etc.
Sometimes a message to one affiliate is necessary because that person has asked a specific question and I want to show them personal attention. I always respond to all requests for help.
My recommendation is to make use of the Genealogy filters as much as possible because it will save you lots of time.

How do you motivate lazy and unmotivated affiliates?

Sometimes what we see as lazy may simply be a lack of understanding by our affiliates and they may need some hwlp following the start-up steps.
I recommend what is sometimes call "Dripping on them" with weekly emails that include tips that may help them get going in the business. Take a look at their "Ledger" to see what training steps they have taken.
Suggest places they can go to promote their SFI business, suggest some ads they can use that have been working for you, and maybe which Gateway to promote.
Tell them about TripleClicks products that will earn them VP and be useful in growing their business. (SBuilder, TCredits, PSA to go, etc)
Always assume people want your help until the drop out of SFT or unsubscribe from receiving emails from you (and/or) SFI.
Let them know about your success, always being truthful.

What is the best way to start building your SFI team?

New PSAs should carefully follow all the start-up steps in the very beginning. Be sure to take your time in doing the LaunchPad Lessons. I see people blow through those 30 lessons in a couple hours. I would be far better to do one lesson a day and fully implement everything in each lesson.
Do this each day for 30 days will give one a much better picture of how the SFI business works.
People who rush through the lessons don't get their business set up properly, they don't know what to do to build their business and they get frustrated to the point they just quit.
This is a great business and I would ask, "Would you rather build a strong business over time that could change your financial future for the better, or rush through the training and decide SFI doesn't work, and just quit"?
Keeping in mind that it is seldom that anyone can begin to make any real money in a new business for the first two years, no matter what business you choose, take your time to learn the business and plan for the long-term.

Freshen up your welcome message with something about your success in SFI. For example, I have receives money in my bank account every month since joining SFI. That should be an encouragement for people to go to work and get their income started.
Fresh news about a recent improvement in the SFI business to make it easier for people to earn money could be used as well. Think about what might help you to want to get right to work and use that in your welcome letter.
Always offer your help and support.

I want to recruit only SERIOUS affiliates. What should I tell prospects about SFI to ensure this?

To date I have not found a way to recruit only serious affiliates in SFI or any other business. I can only wish it were possible. You find the serious affiliates through recruiting lots of affiliates and working with the ones who actually work the business.
Use the "Genealogy Report" to keep track of the ones who are active and encourage them with positive support and assure them you will do everything you can to help them succeed.
Share what is working for you with all your affiliates on all levels in your genealogy and hopefully something you say will click with some of the people and get them into the game.
Remember that very few people anywhere in the world are by nature focused, determined, energetic, diligent, hard-working individuals. Most of them are like most of us. They look for what is easy, providing huge results with minimal effort in the shortest possible time period. That's people continue to believe the "Get Rich Quick" offers and are willing to spend their hard-earned money for a chance at sudden wealth.

What should an affiliate do if their sponsor is non-responsive?

My sponsor has never contacted me directly. In fact he lives in a different country and likely speaks a different language that I could not understand. So I have not received any help from him. This is not a complaint, but I present this because SFI is different from other Network Marketing (MLM) etc. SFI is your business. You must view this business from the owners point of view, because no matter whether your sponsor is available or not, it's your own activities that will build your business. Your rewards are based upon your own efforts. You get what you earn even if your sponsor quits. Hopefully you will get the point. You are in charge here ... Go for it!

I have been reading the answers from others who have responded to your question. They are
right on track. I agree that giving money as a way to support a struggling affiliate is not a good idea.
I have had a lot of experience trying to build a business on a shoestring budget. What
always helps me is when someone lays out a clear step by step "Here's how you do it".
So many times in other programs I was promised training, but too often the training was
presented with the assumption I already knew how to do a lot of things.
When a person is new to online marketing and business building, the very best support one can give is to take that new person by the hand and lead them step by step. As has already been said, your leadership and example are a must.
A good way to support that cost you nothing and can be a great help to your new people isto create your personal Coop (It's very easy to do)[https://www.sfimg.com/PowerTools/TLCoop]
Read Gery's comments about the value of co-oping. Your people will be grateful and your
business will grow more rapidly.
Bottom line, look for people who want to work, and do everything you can to encourage
and support them.
