What should I do when I receive inactive CSAs?

What should you do with inactive CSAS? The same as you do with active ones; be a supportive leader. The difference will be in the content of your communication because your aim is to inspire or motivate these inactive CSAs to act and get going building their businesses. There was a very interest thread in the Forum recently where an affiliate shared that they were inactive for many years but now is a Team Leader.
Often times it is said that you should never give up on any teammate and this is the right approach because these inactive CSAs can suddenly "wake up" and provide you with 15% commissions plus VP to match. Therefore, where they are concerned, you should always aspire to inspire them to act.

Can I set up my SFI business to run on autopilot? If so, how?

Putting your SFI business on autopilot is somewhat possible but the real question perhaps is how effective and successful will it be? Certainly if you are a ECA, you have to get involved and sign in to fulfil orders.
Achieving the rank of EA is an aspect that works well on autopilot because all that is required is a Standing Order of 1500VP or more. Also, some individuals utilise the convenience of auto-responders on their websites to address pre-written questions and concerns. However, how effective would you like your SFI business to be? Here are some ways:
1. Staying informed- Changes occur from time to time that may impact your business.
2. Providing timely responses to Team concerns
3. Building Team relationships.
There are other ways but the point I would like to make is that all these activities takes signing in and visiting your To-Do List and this does not work on autopilot. You have to put some time in. The points you accumulate for this are called Action Points for a reason.
Feel free to place the aspects of the business that you can leave on autopilot such as the SO but they must be supported with actions in order for the business to thrive.

I am broke but I really want to make EA this month. What do I do and what is the best advice you can give to me?

One of the beautiful things about the SFI business model is that there is still a way toward success even if you are broke....it will just take a longer time.
In order to make EA this month, here are some of the key things to do:
1. Sales, sales, sales! Sharpen up on your sales skills and promote sale of TC products to PRMs because you are the one who will get the VPs that will count toward your EA rank.
2. Utilize the free opportunities. Ensure you visit your to-do list and earn your action points. This in turn earns you entries into the Daily Grand draw where you never know....you could win cash or other prizes! Enter T-Time to win Tcredits which are very valuable at TC and earn additional VP when you use them to bid in auctions etc.
3. Becoming a Wave 3 Member (assuming you are not completely broke). Its costs $1.95. This earns you 50 MRPs and 5 TCredits monthly which both have value.
The important thing is to read all relevant information and have a plan. Becoming EA is attainable.
Regards.

How do I convince someone to try SFI when they've had bad experiences previously with online businesses?
Alison Richards, Aff (Jamaica)

It is important to present the facts about SFI regarding its structure and possibilities. We should never "sugar coat" this opportunity with any kind of promises. The truth is that many people who explore SFI will always be skeptical especially if they have already had bad experiences with previous online businesses.
Here are some of the aspects to highlight that may help individuals see past their skepticism:
1. SFI is free to join with free training - Be very careful with this one though. I think it is important to state this fact but not stress it too much because there are other online businesses, some of which are scams that state this therefore your prospect may think SFI is just another opportunity that doesn't work. Follow up with some other good facts.
2. Highlight the company's track record - A company in its 16th year is an indication of substance and success associated with it. Why would individuals be a part of a business for so long if something wasn't working?
3. Share your own experiences - Of course stay within the rules of the Affiliate Agreement and let your prospect know about the journey of your success. I think it is okay to let them know about the challenges you faced also. This way, they may see the legitimacy because most real ventures have ups and downs. In sharing the challenges, use it as a selling point by letting them know how you overcame them.
Someone who has had bad experiences with other online businesses may pose questions to you. Answer them honestly. Recognize that you won't convince everyone but you may just convince those who have that "never give up" attitude who are ready to try again and remember, this Is an importsnt quality to have in SFI.

As a new Team Leader, how do you know when you have enough PSA's to reassign to your downline?

I don't think this can be answered simply in numerical terms. If you find that you are having time constraints in terms of keeping up with correspondence from your team, then it may be time to reassign to one of your most promising PSAs. Also, if you have acquired your minimum recommended 5 active PSAs besed on the 3-step plan, then it may be time to consider reassignments because duplication is one of the most powerful tools in generating that residual income we seek.
Hope this has been helpful.

Why is setting goals so important in becoming successful in SFI?
Alison Richards, Aff (Jamaica)
7/2/2013 7:19 am
Affiliate since: 02/12/2013, Power Rank: 99999999
I will start by answering this question with a question. If there are no goals, how will you know what you are working towards?
To be successful, we must first know what we are working towards. We must separate our goals into "Long-term Goals and "Short-term Goals".
For most of us, the long-term goal may be to achieve financial freedom by earning enough to fund retirement. This monthly figure may vary from person to person. Setting one's short-term goals are particularly important in becoming successful at SFI because they allow you to gauge your progress towards the long-term goal. You will be able to identify what methods work and which ones don't and then you are able to make the necessary adjustments.
It is very important that these set goals are REALISTIC. It would be absurd for anyone to think that in their first month at SFI they will become a millionaire. Know what your capabilities are and set your goals accordingly.

How do you choose a LocalPay provider that is efficient and reliable?
Alison Richards, Aff (Jamaica)

LocalPay is just another great way in which SFI has responded to the payment needs of affiliates who perhaps may experience difficulty with the use of other payment methods. LocalPay Merchants relevant to your location can easily be identified via your GROWTH TAB at the Affiliate Center.
To find those who are efficient and reliable will require you to take a closer look. Each Merchant has a ECA Rating and also a % Rate on your order. These help you to determine if others are satisfied with the service provided by the particular merchant and also allows you to choose one that is more cost-effective. Once your search is narrowed, I would suggest contacting these LocalPay Merchants with any questions you may have. If there is no response, then that is not a good sign that this Merchant would be reliable.
Also, reach out to other Affiliates in your area via A2A or other means who perhaps utilise LocalPay merchants and get their opinion. Their feedback could be invaluable.
All the best.

SFI represents multiple income earning opportunities. Should I focus on just one, some, or ALL?

There is a saying, "The more the merrier." This means that if you can, do it all and reap all the potential benefits. After all, you are here seeking wealth.
The real truth though is that not everyone will have the time to devote to all areas. This is where a good realistic plan comes into play. You are the only person who knows what your reality is so based on this, you can specialise in the areas you think will be a good fit for you and can earn you a solid income. For example, if you offer products for sale at your day job, you may want to consider becoming a ECA so you can expose your products to a wider market to increase sales. Perhaps you are in an industry which has many sellers. Introduce them to the ECA Program at TripleClicks in order to earn ECA Royalties.
The important thing is to identify what areas suit you best and plan accordingly. If you can do them all, go for it.
All the best.

What is the best way of encouraging affiliates who have become dormant to become active again?
Alison Richards, Aff (Jamaica)

Affiliate since: 02/12/2013, Power Rank: 99999999
I think this is a question every serious affiliate has asked him or herself because I'm sure no one has a team of all active affiliates. Wouldn't that be amazing if all were active?
Even though we know we can never twist someone's arm and force them to become active, there are some little details we can pay attention to in order to encourage action. I pay very close attention to my Affiliates Primary Language. I personally use Google Translate prior to sending an email to them. Let's be honest, most may probably disregard a message they do not understand so your encouraging words may not even be seen. Take the time to address these affiliates by name and in their own language. The content of your email must be one of openness where you always offer a listening ear about whatever assistance they may need and provide your personal success recommendations.
Additionally, there is a saying that "reward sweetens labour". Offer a reward for taking an action. Try setting up a contest. It may very well awaken some of those dormant affiliates because who doesn't like getting free stuff. In announcing this contest, make the "subject" of your email sound interesting and irresistible so that everyone would want to click to see what it was about. It could be some TCredits, PSAs or some other of your choosing that you think would be appealing.
Always always keep the lines of communication open.
Kind regards.
