Many affiliates seem only interested in the Daily To-Do list. How can I motivate them to do other activities?

Use several things as a challenge

1. Send out weekly Team e-mail with instructions on how to maintain the achieved status

2. Send out personal and Team e-mail with congratulations for those in your Team that have achieved goals such as EA, EA2, TL etc

3. Use LEADERSHIP PAGE RECOGNITION MANAGER with congratulations and prizes for those in that have achieved set goals (https://www.sfimg.com/Resources/LeadershipManager?tab=recognition)

New members need to help and point out the important things

Otherwise it will be proper to send your members and downlines messages once per week targeted at actions and encourage.

When there's a issue that needs to be solved communication should be current via telephone, cell phone or e-mail and etc. depending on what is available.

Your team (downline PSA and CSA) should always know that you are available

What is the benefit of receiving non-active, re-assigned affiliates (PSAs) from your upline?

Is it worth it, re-assigned affiliates (PSA) from your upline, considering that there are many people who are not doing anything?

Of course it is worth it, because a lot who do not work there, but those have who's work there.

The logic is simple: have lot people those do not work, but have more and those who work. As he says Gery "Work With Workers" - WWW. So, you work with people who are working, don't caring for "sank", alone are decided so.

I'm in the SFI only 4 months and I tried a few gateways.

This was the first gateway I used because it is by default set up to all affiliate.

- http://www.sfi4.com/XXXX/FREE.

This was the second gateway I used, because it is associated with free access.

Once I started using the new “first” gateway I stopped using this two.

You are not there owing to him, but you are there for themselves.

There is no better sponsors since the SFI !!!

SFI isn't a system based on the grid model, pyramid model or some other type or models of manipulative , than it's a multi-level (multilevel) MLM system type motivating .

The most common error is not contacting OR insufficient contact downline member !
