For your own SFI or TripleCLicks website to be found in Search Engine results it should be functioning so that it is found by Google and other search engines.
Typically a preferred course of action is to optimize content posted to a website so that algorithms used by search engines actually discover the content and proffer the results to people searching. There are many ways of making what might appear a time consuming chore automated and effective but generally the basics are that content is good in quality, relevant and useful so that it may be served up as a result in a search engine.
As Google provides tools to assist webmasters you might like to research how you might employ their tools and suggestions wisely to get in as high a result as practical. Use the sitemap submission process not only in Google but other search engines like Bing also.
Search Engine Optimization is more detailed than this brief outline of course but a number of strategies will include video and sound as well as text. Links to your website should as a minimum come from your advertising on free websites, blogs and from guest posts also.
Don't think it is a set and forget exercise but rather keep an eye on the progress of your website being searched as Google Tools will allow you to place a file on your website to enable measurements to take place. Depending on hosting of your own website you could also have reporting available that would give detailed analysis of time spent looking at your website with which browsers and from which countries too.

To identify who might be a worker one point I include in addition to the usual advice about first contact is to ask them if they are serious about their new business to ensure their payment details and contact details are correct so they can get payment for their efforts. Their response/action will prove informative...

How can we get across to our affiliates that investing minor (at least) amounts of money into SFI is smart?

Thankfully signing up is free so we are encouraged to find VP from activities while we learn. Some affiliates will remain free because of their circumstances or they do not learn just how the opportunities SFI and TripleClicks provides may work well for them at that particular moment of time. When it is time they may return to us and work the opportunities provided for their benefit.
Although free to sign up we all invest some of our time. Some will look at badges earned and see the evidence of learning and teaching from ASK SC and the Forums and if their circumstance will allow they will invest money into their business when they see it is their business. Some money may not appear to be invested into SFI as they may take a route of paid advertising to grow their team but I think your question is possibly more that money is invested into SFI.
A few options are available which can exceed $29 which for some might be a substantial amount. I have read of EAs who spend less but manage to earn EA status and grow in time. Some will find a steady amount invested in Standing Order for 1500VP either by subscribing to IAHBE or 125 TCredits allows them options to expand their growth without financial distress. Others will invest more to grow their affiliate teams more rapidly by S-Builder or other ECA offered sign ups.
The key to the answer to your question is knowing your team of affiliates. Knowing what they want to achieve. What are their goals and expectations? Are they serious? Have they for example confirmed their payment options so when commissions do flow they can be paid? That is a very serious sign of their commitment. At that point they may well decide it is time to invest to spur on growth of their business.
And at that time they should already know that you are there in the lead ready with a few options you have tried and tested for yourself.

What are the best types of businesses to focus on to maximize ECA recruitment?

If we use a search engine like Yahoo, Bing or Google we can find businesses that have a website.
As they are already using the internet to advertise their store is it easier for us to talk with them about another website being ECA store that would have possibilities of SFI affiliates connecting to their ECA and promoting their store.
They already know about costs of sale so they would appreciate that they can set the cost of sale at the time they list their item for sale.
For potential ECA store business owners the attraction of over 1 million affiliates potentially buying their items should also make it easier for us to sign them up.
When I help my team members I suggest they think of items they would like to buy but find it difficult to do so. By that I ask them to try to imagine if they go on holiday and want to take home a gift for their family or for a souvenir what would they like to buy. It may be a hand made item such as a card or postcard of a rare view or a hand carved wooden item such as a letter opener. A look at the products listed in TripleClicks might help our imagination.

What is the best way to get your PSAs to submit a sponsor rating and comment on how you're doing?

I suspect the best way is to put it out of your mind and concentrate instead on being THE awesome sponsor that everyone would like to be. I am always humbled by seeing my team rate me because in some measure it is about how they see me helping them rather than them looking for an easy 10VP.
The best way is to daily make learning about SFI your pathway to passing on that learning to your team so they see your help and advice in a good light rather than a comment in a stream post merely to get VP.
Make your weekly Team Mailing not just for VP but to review something you have learned that week or look forward to help some get more VP by keeping up to date with the news and making sure the news get repeated until no one can say that they didn't know because you didn't inform them.
Encourage your PSAs through the difficult times we all experience such as how to hit a target level of VP before the month ends.
To sum up be the best you can be and enjoy SFI opportunity for what it really is: the best of internet marketing for brick and mortar businesses to sell online while rewarding every affiliate who works.

FOCUS.
That might seem too simple to state but there is a world of meaning to that word. It encompasses work towards goals with persistence and determination.
I was, am and will always be forever grateful to my sponsor for showing me SFI. Although they have never connected with me in SFI I know their capability as a business person and their continuing worldwide success before I was introduced to SFI.
SFI has allowed me to concentrate my focus like no other opportunity before to learn and pass on the benefits of my learning to my team. To share to inspire and generally be there for them. All of that and more is behind that simple word:
FOCUS.

What is the best way to get people to TripleClicks, generate sales, and earn commissions?

Since the introduction of Giftcards with a face value of $12 I have tried using these instead of or as well as the Xcards to spark interest. As we learn from the start in SFI we are encouraged to take rewards using the debit card so when paying using this we can also spark interest and show just how good we are making our business grow.
Being aware of opportunities to talk and having the confidence to talk is key and for me it has been a difficulty I have had to overcome as I am quite reserved by nature and experience. Learning just how incredible the real opportunity given to us by SFI actually is though makes even shy types like me want to tell it to the world just how good SFI and TripleClicks really is.
Get fired up with enthusiasm and get keen and the rest will come fairly easily in due time. Just be patient with ourselves to keep building task by task rather than expect instant success as we all know whatever we do nothing comes easy or quickly without being valued by hard work and honest effort.
Good luck to all and if good luck doesn't come easy then make our own ;)

Recruiting PSAs or ECAs--which will generate the quickest income?
Philip Rees, Aff (United Kingdom)

SFI allows recruitment of PSAs that rewards the recruiter but does not place the affiliate in the recruiters downline but instead rewards the recruiter with a commission with its Pay Per Action bounty. If we are very capable at recruitment it is an option that some might prefer as there is no team to support and rewards might be quicker that way.
Recruiting into our downline is a way of building residual income and if the sign ups are able to generate signups and teams under them and duplicate then potentially this is attractive for many.
ECAs are aware beforehand of the opportunity that awaits them when they sign up as they already have a business. With assistance in familiarization with the system TripleClicks provides there is every probability that they will generate sales which in turn will generate rewards for their recruiter. The attraction in recruiting ECAs is that they could generate rewards that might be generous.
Unfortunately, no one answer to your question can possibly forecast the results as the variables are incalculable as evidenced by disclaimers on business opportunities.

What are you personally doing to ensure you continue to grow and develop as an SFI leader?

I ensure a team mail goes to all my affiliates each week - not for VP for me but to ensure that important news I learned in the previous seven days is passed on to my team. Some have been in SFI longer than me as they are second homed CSAs. It is good to be in regular contact with them and my movers to ensure a exchange of ideas in order to grow myself and my team. A good leader learns and passes that learning on to his team but should also be responsive to information from others.
Recruitment is not key to a leader's success in SFI BUT sponsorship definitely is. If a leader grows so does the team. How best to grow? Share thoughts and learning with others (in A2A there are a wealth of talent who have learning to share) because every VP earned means we all benefit from the Executive Pool of VP that helps incentivise every affiliate by rewarding them with VP towards commissions.
In sharing knowledge of SFI and TripleClicks with for example potential ECAs it is possible to recruit more stores to grow more VP for the Executive Pool.
It is possible to share a co-op based on S-Builder so that any PSA and/or CSA in the Team may be rewarded with a PSA to develop their own teams.
So to recap: learn about how to run SFI / TripleClicks as your real business with an online presence as well as meeting people offline for conversations promoting the business and share what you learn with your team and with A2A. This should ensure you grow as your business grows rather than just sit at a computer trying to advertise yet another business opportunity online especially as SFI is much more than that.

How can I get my affiliates active with TripleClicks?

When I first started to learn about SFI and TripleClicks I thought of duplication using the standing order and recruiting to grow a team, in particular promoting sales of TCredits.
Some exhort their team to be active in TripleClicks with auctions so their TCredits can bid on exciting items at reduced prices if they are successful in their bidding.
Some become ECAs and offer their goods or services in their stores so are active in different ways.
Any activity in TripleClicks is good not only for the growth of TripleClicks but for the fun and reward it offers.
