This is an interesting question.
It is not just about how the advertising is done,tracking your results or experimenting but actually what you NEED to CONSIDER to make it a success.
Aside your Budget,SFI Marketing tools,usage of key codes,banners,hit tracking and all you can think of,there are 3 MAJOR AREAS you have to consider whether paid or free.I tried using these factors and it worked.

Think of all the countless businesses in your local area first.

For me SFI Group messaging tool in your Genealogy is very powerful especially if you need to do more selective mailings or expand beyond just PSAs or CSAs.
YES you can always use the affiliate snapshot to always reach out to your team individually when the need arises but the most effective way to drive duplication is through quality and regular communication with your team using the CSA,PSA and Genealogy Mailer.

Sharing a common goal, vision, agenda should be the priority of the Team Leader as this is what will contribute to the forward moving flow of the SFI business venture and contribute significantly to its success.

With few S-Builder Co-op shares each month,you can average some good,active affiliates almost each month during that period eventhough SFI donot specify the number of sign-ups per unit in a given month.
If you lead by example doing the right things as a Team leader,your active PSA's themselves would be Team leaders duplicating your lead.Meaning you build a very a huge generation levels between that period.

There are quite a number of advertising methods that works but I want to be specific to the question asked not to beat about the bush with the variety of ways.I will say for me its e-mail advertising.
Why? Because a percentage of the people to whom you are sending the information will decide to follow your suggestion of sign up which makes the concept of e-mail advertising sound extremely simple.

You only grow your business with ACTION everyday.
However,is a great way to lead by example.It plays a part in the key areas of duplication as the basic thing a lot of affiliates do is copy their upline actions as it appears like the more beneficial route to fit in.

That is a good question.
First of all,its vital for us to acknowledge the fact that as an affiliate's Co-Sponsor, you'll earn 15% CV commissions on all their purchases every month plus matching VP in the TC pool.So definitely YES,they are part of my team so rewards and incentives are given to them the same as a PSA will have.
